Update: I contacted the developers via their email address, and they were responsive! They explained they were working on an update, which came through on 8th July. The bug was indeed fixed. Thank you! App worked fine until the update on 3rd July 2025. Now the app won't even open on my phone (Android, Pixel 8). Have uninstalled and installed again. Still doesn't work. Also cannot roll the version back to when it did work. Please fix this!

I've had the cams installed for a month or so. Initially I could connect to both cams, but since day ONE I can not figure out, if there is and if not, SHOULD be a way to mirror image, because the image is backwards. But NOW it won't even connect..... 🤷.......UPDATE 01/04/2026...Now there website DOESN'T EVEN EXIST 😠😡

It just started keeps crashing on my Samsung Flip6 mobile. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still fails to start. When I click to launch it, it just crashes immediately. Please fix the bug. No choice; had to install it on an older Android phone, and it worked then. They must recalibrate it to work with the latest android update or fix bugs.

constantly crashing. I've only had the app for 5 days. I downloaded the app to my wife's Samsung phone, and had the same problem with the constant crashing. it takes 2 days to fit the camera system to a motorbike properly, and another day to remove it. So disappointed that after all the positive comments about their motorbike safety camera, I have to send it back because of the app.

Works really well with the P6F actually. WiFi is enabled by default and it connected immediately. File transfer is painfully slow but it works - hopefully I won't have to transfer files unless it's an emergency. However, you could shorten the video loop. My only complaint is the slow transfer - otherwise, it's good. I really bought the unit and the app is a welcome bonus.

Looks like this app has some bad reviews and not a very impressive overall rating but from my point of view it works, and works well. It detected the cameras right away and connects without issues. Some have said that you can't access the rear camera recordings from the app, but you absolutely can, and very easily. Read the instructions. So far I like it.

The dashcam is alright, however after I've changed the SSID and the password of the unit I could not log back on to it. It says autheni failed. Not sure if the application didn't properly stamp the new settings onto the camera but it renders it useless if I can't connect to it. Factory resetti the camera didn't work, it doesn't revert the network settings. So frustrating really! Also the application requires way too many permissions from my pov

I could not find the mirror setting. My video footage shows my rear and front is opposite mirror image

NOTE: This app is for Vsys dvr only, as stated on play store. Do not try any other cameras with it.They will not work! Using this app with my motorcycle vsys P6LG is straightforward enough. I really only wanted app in order to stop constantly removing sd card from camera thus saving wear and tear on sd card slot. Files are viewable on my Android phone. You can download them but this process is REALLY slow and as others have said, the connection keeps dropping out in favour of home wi fi source. This is really annoying as you have to restart download. I'll probably just go back to removing sd card every time I want footage. Much easier by far!

Will be great if with a button we can download all pictures front and rear cam at once. And need some how to improve video download performance because takes too long to download a 500 MB video file. Or at least at the files chosee option a button to select all and only pictures.

This app needs quite a bit of improvement The problems I faced: a) When downloading, the video name is shown only partially, cutting off after teh first digit of the hour. Makes it hard to follow what video is actually being downloaded b) after clicking 'Edit' the videos are shown latest first. That should be selectable c) there is no easy 'select all' to quickly select all available videos. one has to go and select every single one d) one can only see the front or the rear videos at one time (and thus download from only one group at a time). if one needs a few from the front and then back it is not easy to remember which ones to click. It would *really* be nice if it showed the matching front/rear videos in the same selection screen and allowed one to download them together e) if a file exists on the phone (local) it mentions this if it is to be downloaded again. But there is *no* information whether the filesize are the same (the file could have only partially been downloaded) Without size info the only sane selection is to select 'overwrite' and possibly have to wait a long time again. It should really should show the size online and local (ie on the phone) for one to make a more informed decision f) if one downloads a list of files and it find one that already exists, there should be a 'skip all that are already fully downloaded and download the others' rather than having the 'skip' function stop the downloads. Downloads do take long enough as it is already, so allowing a full set to automatically download even if one or two files already do exist would be very useful.. A smaller font that showed the full filename in popups is required. The next bit is is more a camera feature/issue. The camera starts recording when the app is not actively downloading. So even while one selects other files etc. it keeps recording new files. That should be optional

android has a nasty tendency of forcing disconnection if a wifi network has no internet. had to keep forgetting network and reconnect just to get the app working. thats not the fault of the app. you'll also need to disable mobile broadband. whats wrong with the app, though, is being littered with engrish. what's "cancle"? lmao. that i cant rearrange recordings newest first is also a pain. suggested improvements would be to allow picture in picture for preview.

Works well on my Vsys E6L motorbike cameras & Samsung S9. Transferring files camera to phone could be more friendly by showing full file name & putting both views in one place, but you can get what you need by muddling through. People seem to complain about wifi link dropping but as far as I can see this is setting in peoples android phones not app. You need to go to advanced wifi settings & switch OFF auto drop wifi in favour of mobile broadband if wifi doesnt have internet (ie a wifi camera)

It would have been nice to have a sorting method of the videos in order to see only the emergency ones. There is a problem on how WhatsApp recognizes these videos, you can not share them. Good connection and stability with the model: Q6L moto.

Worked great, if very slowly when it worked. Won't even open on my new(ish) phone. Just immediately crashes. Uninstall/reinstall made no difference. Time for a new camera system.

Turn off mobile data and VPN before using the app. The app should say this on the first screen Everytime. Also the camera switch button at the top should be relabeled to "switch camera" or there should be a help screen to clarify how to use the app. App works great but needs the above.

The video doesn't save with audio. The app will download the video to my phone, but without audio. I can play the video with audio in this app, but it's impossible to get audio through my phone's video app. Please fix.

slow to download onto phone. can't put sd card in phone and transfer into folders to speed things up. can't hear audio unless downloaded via app which drains battery on bike. decided that it will no longer open. uninstalled and reinstalled and still won't work

Started app up and worked fine. Marked up where to mount the rear camera (still working) placed the rear camera on the bike and screwed into place and now the unit will not see the cameras. Tried EVERYTHING to get it to work but nothing. Not 100% sure if it's the app or the unit but it's seriously annoyed me

Bought a dashcam that's supposed to connect to this app (D6WL) and the app won't even open. I can install the app, and every time I try to open it it just crashes and I get a message telling me that the program keeps stopping.
