app is running incredibly slow..when I open the app I should be getting the information I need for the schedule of the buses I need to take instantly within a few seconds at most.. Instead I'm having to wait 2 whole minutes or more before any information comes up and if I look up a different bus route schedule I have to wait for another 2 or 3 mins yet again..this is unacceptable especially seeing how most people will be using this app when they're on the go & need the info right away!😤

Although the application can help to know the schedules really is outdated since the time change. no longer says if the route is cancelled or if it comes more than 3 minutes late, it just seems that it has already passed although it has not done so or will not happen anymore.

Terrible. Not accurate. The bus was 20 minutes late. But it keeps saying the bus in 2 minutes until the bus finally got there. If you are not able to build a realtime app, then just say it is schedule only. don't rely on it!

Unbelievably inaccurate bus times, will show busses have passed when they're actually a couple minutes late, show they're late when they're early and everything in between.

Although the app is useful in telling you the routes of the bus stops, it doesn't update you on the new route if buses get re-routed. Was very confused when a bunch of buses got re-routed due to the Truth & Reconciliation Walk, but the bus app will still show you the old route and not the re-routed one when you try and plan a trip. The app can be helpful at times, but is in dire need of major improvments, such as showing the changes to a route in the case of stop closure or public events.

The times given for when a bus is coming is rarely accurate. I have to take the bus every day and the app will say I have five minutes to get to the bus stop while I'm watching it go by or it'll say it's on time and passed but it doesn't come for another several minutes. The only way an app like this works is if the routes and times they give accurate.

since the new system, a lot of the time when a bus is late, it won't tell you when it's late and will just say it's already past and it'll disappear from the list

I mostly use this app to see when a bus will be at a particular stop. It's helpful in that sense and you can refresh the screen to have it update. It is less laggy than viewing the website on my phone's browser. For people complaining about the app being innacurate, Winnipeg's city transit service is not the most reliable, smooth running nor well scheduled bus service. buses often being late or canceled or missing connections is common occurance has nothing to do with this app.

I'm not sure how they managed to make it even more difficult to use. It also got rid of features on the original webpage like being able to rename my favorite trips, stops, etc. And I can't even figure out how to save a location. Just let me use the original website, I hate being forced to use this god awful app.

Navigo on here SUCKS. Big time. It is constantly telling me to wait 15-20 mins early at a stop for a bus that doesn't exist. Or the options it gives me are completely outside of my preferences. I can use the stops and timetables function to look up a better route myself most of the time. Seriously what is the point of this app if you don't have a feedback option. Hard to want to use an app that tells you a bus is coming when it's actually already passed or that it passed when it actually hasn't

The app crashes frequently, as well as showing times that are inconsistent with bus schedules. It also shows busses that aren't even coming. I was stranded in down town winnipeg last night because of it! If 0/5 stars was possible I'd be selecting that.

Maddening choices for the UI. I can plan a trip with Navigo but can't change the time - there is a control for it but it always just reverts to Now. I can follow a bus route but can't follow the trip that I'm on. It can be very frustrating trying to find the walking directions between bus connections.

Surprisingly, it's a decent app and serves it's purpose for my needs. I like that it actually shows you the live location of your bus instead of the "approximate" location like other transit apps, and also shows you if a bus is cancelled so you aren't waiting out in the cold for nothing.

Since the buses changed, the app won't work for me. I'll try to navigate a route, and it'll kick me out and close the app. I tried to reinstall it multiple times, but the app just doesn't work anymore.

There's really only one bus stop I check times for every day, and I assume the scenario is the same for those who don't live along frequent routes. It would be really convenient if there was an Android widget I could set to always show times for that stop

Good for checking when busses are due but very slow and laggs a lot. When it comes to planning trips, I find google maps easier to use and even more accurate in finding the most efficient way to get to where you need to go.

App looks good but I think it's lacking and could be improved if more than one trip were allowed to be pinned. People have different schedules and even taking a class there are two different set times for going and then returning, and it's annoying to have to input your depart times over and over again. Suggest the functionality be improved by allowing more pinned trips. Thanks!

I constantly leave either a few minutes early or at the directed time since I'm a quick walker and I've missed so many busses. Sometimes I even leave 5 minutes early and still miss it. Not to mention it says certain busses are available on Sunday when they're not. I'd recommend to leave 10 minutes early if it's important and hope the bus isn't early.

You had one good feature on your website. It was called BusGuide. It showed the schedule in real time, I was able to see if the bus passed already or if it was delayed for few minutes (would be highlighted in red).. Now your "stops and schedule" feature does not show stuff in real time, it only shows future supposed schedule. I checked a very busy stop and none of the busses shown as delayed or passed already. I tried another app, not yours, and it shows if the bus is on time, delaid or early.

Works with some quirks. Switching to another app it goes quickly inactive and resets your search back to the home page when you switch back to it. It's still better to use the website or alternative live tracker tools for this reason alone.
