Wish: Shop and Save

Wish is a shadow of its former self. Once riddled with great deals and surprisingly good quality items, those are a thing of the past. Ordered an item for my GBC and received an item for a NES instead. Reached out to support and keep getting the same copy/paste response offering 20% back. You sent me the wrong item and still want me to pay for it, even though I offered to return it. No thanks. You're better off shopping on "emu" with a "T" in front of it.

They have just about everything under the sun! good prices and good quality most of the time!? the return policy is pretty good and they seem to take over when the company doesn't do it, and you still get your return! deservedly! the shipments seem to take a long time, but that's probably due to be US/China trade difficulties!?! I'm having a blast starting a new hobby! I got to say, Wish has more than the ability to fulfill those hobbies! I know huh?!? go ahead and hop on!?!

Ordered several items, but its been over a month and a few items are marked still processing. The other items that have shipped started with a two week delivery date, then went to a month, and checked today and its still going to be another month before receiving them???? I don't mind waiting on things, but starting to wander if I wasted my money here, and if I will ever receive the items I paid for, since customer service is a robot, definitely not ordering anything else.

This app is absolutely horrendous! I placed my order, it said it all items would arrive within a week, I would have had plenty of time to receive and wrap for Christmas, and now it says my items will not arrive until January 17th! That's more than three weeks after Christmas! It's ridiculous! Additionally they do not honor the promotion codes for a new order and customer. I have reached out to customer service and the only thing I ever get our automated prefilled computer-generated emails with no one paying attention to what happened! I will never use this app again. Don't fall for the gimmick sales! This thing is atrocious.!

Great selection of products for less. Shipping costs are on the high side, much higher than the product you are buying most of the time. I have a membership, so some items are shipped for free. I think having to pay $5.99 a month for membership should get you free shipping on EVERYTHING but it doesn't. Items arrive quicker than they used to, which is always a plus. If you don't get the exact product you order, color, design etc, you get a refund on it which I love. It has only happened 1 time.

It is perfectly fine. Not that anyone is gonna read this. No one reads 2 star reviews...lol. Wish will refund your money when you don't get your product, or if the description, and what you get is completely wrong. Just email them. Seriously, just let them know. The waiting "up to" 3 months for an item is ridiculous! advertising says 1, but most the time, it takes 1-3 months, so if it is a gift, plan ahead!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My item's arrival date was initially "between June 16 - July 6", then it was "by July 21", and now it's "by Sept 14"! Does anyone want to buy something that takes at least 3 months to arrive? They trick you with shorter arrival time first, then keep on changing it every two weeks. And you only talk to a bot when you try to contact them in the app. This site used to be good, but now it's the worst!! Spend an extra $ or 2, buy it from other sites, and get the item in a week!

Its really fun looking at all of the different things they offer. It doesn't matter what you search for they have it.. furniture, clothing, toys, gadjets, electronics, makeup, cologne, perfume, animal supplies, baby stuff, cleaning items, storage items, kitchen items, lighting, outdoor and indoor decor, bathroom stuff, swimming accessories and swimming toys, jewelry for men and women, items for couples only, gag gifts, and much much more.. things you didn't even know you could buy or ever think to look for. There are a few things to be mindful of though, first, never jump on the first price you see because about 50 more sellers are offering the same thing for less and always check the shipping details so you know how much the shipping costs because that varies by seller as well. In addition, always look at every picture the item has and check other sellers pictures and find a seller that has customer reviews with their own pictures because the sellers pictures almost always make the item look much much bigger than it actually is. Customer photos don't lie. The next thing to be mindful of is your delivery time. 8 out 10 sellers are from over seas, so when you see multiple reviews about how fast something was delivered or it says arrived early, the majority of those comments, in my opinion are not real because those phrases are excessively used by some customer with a profile name and they usually don't have a picture attached and when you click on their wish customer profile page, they don't really have any info about themselves, their orders, or the review that was under the item you were looking at. That being said, DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THE FAST DELIVERY BECAUSE IT IS NOT GUARANTEED AND YOU DON'T GET A REFUND WHEN IT DOESN'T ARRIVE BY THE DATE IT ORIGINALLY SAID.., also about the shipping time, don't order something that you need delivered quickly. Give it at least a month. I have gotten quite a few things within a 2 to 3 week time frame, but I have had it take longer. Lastly, check out the sellers customer rating. It really matters. If they don't have a very positive rating, find that item with a different seller by simply scrolling over to the heading titled Related.

I had wish for over 2 yrs. Bought several items from it. Rarely had an issue, if I did, was made it right by a refund. But lately prices are different from what's advertised. They added new limited quantity items you can win really cheap! NEVER won any. Most items came as expected, just read reviews before purchasing and It does take a while to receive from China. Last week Unauthorized Purchases were made over $150 . Cancelled card/deactivated account. Take caution. No more wish for me.

The shipping is too high. When you order the same item it charges shipping for each piece instead of a flat rate. It will all be in the same box. For example, instead of paying $22 for each item with shipping it ends up $27.50 for each item before tax. I could have ordered the item from Amazon and gotten it quicker if I wanted to pay a higher price. Pay attention to the reviews, some of the comments are not about the items pictured. Also, pay attention to reviews with pictures for more accuracy.

If I could give this a minus zero I would! I tried placing an order, but when it got to the actual order placing, it kept popping up, oops problem with payment, try a different method of payment, or something to that effect! There should not have been any problem with the credit card I was using! My cc company actually contacted me while I was trying to check out, asking if I had made this purchase! Never could get it to go through, over a hundred dollars worth of merchandise! Bye

I ordered a few items and wanted to wait till they arrived before i rated the app. my items arrived a few days early (they take a month to get as it comes from china). The best description of wish is that it's like etsy. different sellers means some items will be great while others may be just ok. Make sure to read the reviews before buying and you'll be fine. My items were atcually really nice and I'm happy with my purchases. hope this helps!!

It seemed too good to be true. I ordered a boatload of stuff. It WAS too good to be true. Of the many items I ordered, I recieved ONE. The customer service was horrible, if nonexistent. I contacted the company. Wrote several emails with all the order numbers. Kept getting the same, clearly electronic response, telling me to do just that. The website continues to say "arriving soon", months later. I want the items or my money back, or at least a human response! SHAME ON YOU!

They have free and very low-cost items on a limited time availability. I ordered a number of these and then was notified that these items were no longer available. when I processed refund as store credit I was only refunded the portion of the actual cost of the item but not the shipping. I would say that I've lost maybe $50 where they kept the shipping on items that they didn't ship and only refunded the dollar or two of the low-cost item. nice biz plan aka theft!

If you want to be charged hundreds of dollars for things you DID NOT order, then be told upon complaining that someone will probably contact you in a week or two, then this is the app for you! For bonus points, if you actually place an order, expect to wait a couple months before you get anything. But if you get hacked and somebody orders a dozen things, it will miraculously be "already shipped, too late to cancel" when you catch it the next morning.

They have become unreliable. I was not permitted to cancel an order after a 30 day "no show". Their automated system would suggest to "give it more time" due to COVID. They would update the expected arrival time to be ANOTHER 30 days. This kept happening for months. Until finally, on September 30, 2020, they gave me the notice that "OOPS! This order has expired and you may no longer request a refund". They have also apparently managed to delete my previous review which rates them poorly. Adios

I have ordered several items that were advertised as sterling silver however, the items were fake. The shipping cost is 5 times my total cost. I wonder if it is because the items are shipped from China. Some items I never received yet no refund was issued. The advertised price is 5 to 10 times lower than the actual price 😳 wondering why that is. The items that are listed as free has a shipping cost that more than makes up for it being free.

Wish is nearly perfect. Every store I've used is excellent and professional with great products at great prices! I did rate Wish low on "wish lists". I haven't found anyway to make a wish list. Have to put what I want to save in the cart...then if I want to buy something, and don't want a saved item at that time I have to delete the saved item to place my order. Then look it up again to put back in the cart. That's a pain. Needs at least a way to save an item in the cart for later.

I've had Wish for many years and it was always great. I loved Wish because the items were cheap. The only thing that sucked was the shipping times, but I dealt with it because I would get a bunch of stuff for a good price. Unfortunately before Christmas I had ordered about 5-6 items and they were "delivered" however I never received them. My main problem with Wish is that you can not talk to someone. It's all automated messaging which did not help me at all! Never using wish again.

My first experience was pretty good. My things came quick and it was exactly what I ordered. I understand with what's going on that shipping would be a slight delay. But 3 months! I ordered 4 mask for my family. The shipment date was May. I did not receive them until August. It took so long I just went out and bought 4 at the store. Each month the date would change. They have a lot of nice things. But the shipping is terrible.
