live broadcast doesn't work.

This app is not updated regularly and the hourly is always different than the daily information. Why wouldn't they update regular and sync the information like it's supposed to be. It doesn't make sense. It is unprofessional and unreliable!

does not load when you pull up photos, and automatically closes.

In the lastest update of the android version of this app, the video freezes. The audio continues to play, but the video freezes until you touch the image, then it plays for a few seconds, then freezes again. I like WLOS for their local news, but thus problem has me wanting to uninstall this app.

Freezes after 2-3 min of news Refresh does not work Forces restart for more ad But it is the same ad for app STIRR (will NEVER get) OVER and OVER again Apparently they haven't figured how to make the ad run in between videos like CBS NEWS app (sadly no local NC coverage)

After this last update the ability to go full screen on the weather update video was removed and no more zooming in on pictures. I don't understand why you would take away features needed for us to be able to see these better??

App updated recently and is very harsh bright white. Hard to look at. New format seems a bit jumbled compared to previous versions. That I can live with, but the brightness I cannot. Dark mode does not affect. Please add the dark background option.

the app itself is ok but who ever takes care of the app doesn't update it. and only cares about what happens in Asheville most of the time. The idiots cant spell and dont make no sense. If it wasnt for news13 being the ONLY local news I wouldn't even bother downloading this. I wish I could rate it 0 stars.

Hate the app. Too much of what I don't want and not enough of what I do need. And the live feed is 90% COMMERCIALS!! Unless "push notifications" are helpful I'll be uninstalling. 😡

this app sucks!!! it's always got old news, it keeps old stuff up, the only thing I use is weather, but there are apps that use less memory, and actually is more accurate locally, I'm uninstalling. weather bug is a great app, or weather channel app is great, this app sucks a fattie, also, how does it rate this app over a 4 star app? most reviews says it sucks? how did they get such a high star rating???? maybe the Clinton Foundation made the app, and Bill and Hillary just did ratings?

Pretty crappy. Not updated as often as the website. NEVER updated on weekends. Only use it because it's local news.

no longer able to swipe through ads without it being selected. Am tempted to cancel. Fixed with update.

A new year and new beginnings good app. Having trouble seeing full screan it don't do like the other did it came up to full screen since I updated this app it won't let me see full screen

Really need a way to report when STIRR isn't showing the news. I've been seeing the "We'll be right back" message for 12 hours -last night 2/8/22 the 5-6:30 and now 2/9 the morning.

Very good info on storm recovery progress ....great for local news & weather here in the mountains.

no longer able to scroll accurately...moves quickly on its own and cannot stop or slow down, so I'm missing a lot

Keeps freezing up. And cutting off. I deleted this app. Very frustrating
