WOLF Qanawat

I have been fighting multiple small charges on my bank account that track back to Wolf. Anywhere from 6 to 15 charges of a small amount (ex. $1.67) withdrawn in a minute back to back. This has been going on for months. I've even had accounts locked and reissued and then the problem goes away for a bit and then it comes back. I've never installed this app until today because I had to in order to leave a review. I don't know how I got tied in to this as I don't know Arabic.

This app used to be the awesome when the group categories actually mattered. In the options, you can set your group to the category of “science" for example, but for a while now, under Discover, there's no way to search such categories. Why take those away? Those were fundamental for finding groups that fit your particular niche. Makes it very difficult to find groups and for others find yours.

Ive been using Palringo for about 5 years. Might even be more. However, the last few months are terrible. Chats disappear, App crashes and/or doesn't want to open. I have to force close the app every time i want to use the app. Please look into these bugs/glitches.

The update now is ok, I like the fact that layout stayed the same, don't like things moved around each time. But what's missing now is personalisation options for chat. Grey bubbles are boring and makes it difficult to read, and in previous version we had colors and transparency options. Can't even adjust intensity of background photo.

After years of not using this app when it was called Palringo I decided to reinstall it. Only to find out it's been rebranded. And not only that, the default language, that I can't change by the way, is set to Arabic. And it doesn't function at all like the old app used to. Sad, because I had a lot of good memories from pal

Now it's about how much money youll throw at the company and very little chat. Say something the overzealous, drama addicted staff doesn't like and they ban you for basically any reason so you get to start all over again after losing your groups and everyone on your friends list. This app is essentially just a junk version of discord with a pay to play model.

Firstly how can a rebrand screw over your code so much that people on certain phones cant see chats due to an enormous grey box sitting permanently on top of it, sort your spaghetti code out and publish a fix for this! Contacted support for this issue and they decided to do the big brain thing and give support over the app I couldn't use.... very helpful! Worst technical support ever!

I had this app when I was called Palringo, it was the bomb, connecting with people all over the world people who loved the same things as me sure, it had a few laggs here there and there then slowly it changed and not for the better got worse the amount of updates bugs the lagging getting kicked out and this update is by far the worse and it deleted my profile I had for the last 10years.

The app is great and provide a good experience. However, regarding the last version,the performance ia really good and smooth, but regarding the appearance in comparison with old versions is not preferred. It it a little bit hard to distinguish between bots and users messages, please keep the bota messages in blue as in the old versions, please try to make the the users profiles photos smaller during channel chatting as in old version. I hope my comment will be taken into consideration. Thank U

pal has always been hit and miss with all the updates, it crashes often, or lags horribly. ive used this app for the last few years and its changed alot since i first started. it's pretty standard in way of chatting apps, the games keep you amused. The most recent update causes the app to force close, or laggs out trying to resume session. I've been logged out constantly and wonder why nobody has messaged. it randomly will delete your profile, I've had to redo mine at least five times in two week

I've been on this app over 10 years and it's sad to see everything that made the app amazing just get changed and is gone. Even though I've done the update that has been repeatedly recommended I still cannot log in - I'm on android and not had any connectivity issues when the app was branded Palringo - what is happening?

it's quite a dead app. only a few people are talking, there are several groups about the same topic with few member each. in general its full of arabic folks and all their religious events are promoted. they're generally rude when you point out why they're writing in arabic within a group which has English only rule. about the app mechanics: it always logs you out when you registered via google and many times it takes several tries to login again.

The devs are useless morons. I've been trying to log in for months after nearly a decade of not using the account. Their code is broken and will not accept a new password so I can't log in and they don't care enough to figure it out or don't even know how to code.

Has many malicious: hostile, savage, poisonous people. Difficult to have a good time when everyone is so cruel to one another. A lot of users insult & harass each other in group, very distasteful. Besides that, the features the app has is pretty nice. You can send pictures & voice messages, create your own groups, change your layout to different a colors/background. Can by bots, but it doesn't give much in return to grow your reputation, basically sucks ppl out their money.

Reach out to the support team you say?I'm sure people have been trying to do that for several issues but they're mostly either delayed response or left unanswered. How can you expect users to genuinely have a wonderful experience on the app when several users from the support team are also abusing their authority? I've been using this app for a decade now and been trying really hard to cultivate a friendly and positive environment, but it seems to me the well being of the users isn't a priority.

Used to be a great app until the devs got greedy and started to serve only a section of the community. Introduced army of premium playable bots but didn't do anything to enhance the user experience. This must be the only messenger that doesn't let you share gifs and videos. Oh and almost all the groups are either dead or half full of creeps and bots.

Can't reset password so I'm locked out of my account. Every time I try to reset the password, it says "something went wrong" and no one is answering my service request via email. Once this is resolved I'll update the review.

If I could give it a zero I would. I updated my pal yesterday and after the update I've not been able to log into my account. Didn't have any problems until the update. Need to get this problem fixed and soon.

The new brand WOLF has destroyed this chat app. It bugs constantly, it takes forever to load even on newer phones. It always tell you that it can't log in, you took away the bots that made it fun, the loading circle of doom is everyones best friend now. If I could give it a .5 I would, but since I can't, it's a 1. You have destroyed palringo.

the 1 star reviewers must be dreaming cuz this app is perfect. sure minor bugs but it's a damn awesome app. and i've already listened in on an audio show. the shows are perfect and there's nothing i'd change about Wolf. the app is flipin amazing. and yes i do mean that. DOWNLOAD IT NOW.
