Don't expect help! EDIT: My original review was grave. But after working with support we were able to reach a very positive outcome. My case was particularly convoluted, a lot of troubleshooting was needed. I was worried that I would get no solution until the next version came out or I got another device. But their team worked hard and stuck with it. They attacked the problem from several angles, stayed in touch with me, and delivered in the end. I cannot say enough about the effort they put in!
This has promise, but get rid of the need for Jetpack. There are other secure ways of syncing up. Other apps have done it for years. This app has been long overdue, but is poor in execution when you need to install a plugin that tends to bog down your site and that most don't need. Give an alternative means of syncing and allow us to edit at least the basics of a product on the go.
Completely unable to add products through this app. When I try to add a product and want to add an image, the only option that works is to take a photo in the camera app at the lowest resolution possible, and even then it only sometimes works. I can't take a photo from this app and make it work. It also publishes the item sometimes, and when it does it gives me an error but publishes it anyway. Buggy mess, and frustrating to use.
Of course I tried Xing out the Blaze ad. It still reappears. A lot. Super annoying. And why is it in my Woocommerce settings with no way to remove it?? How do I get rid of the ads for Blaze that pop up constantly? I'm trying to run a business, not fight constant ads. A star off for that. Otherwise, it's gotten better. A new install on a tablet didn't prompt me to install jetpack so hopefully that's gone. Seems to work pretty well, other than the inability to edit a product variant.
Worked very well for most of this year, five star well actually. Unfortunately for the past week, I haven't been able to see my store stats or orders on PC or within the app. I also can't add product photos within the app either. Noth my plugin and app are up to date, but I can't get any info. Please help or fix whatever errors these are!
It does so many things poorly. It's notified me about three sales today but I look at the total it's zero. If you have options on your product you'll get half of the purchase info and the rest well you'll have to go online for. Kind of insane you can tell it's developed by someone else. Not really impressed as I have to either use it in a web browser on my phone or break out my laptop.
This app sucks. First of all there is no way to connect your store without installing Jetpack on your site. It kept giving me a "could not connect" message when trying to login. Second, now that my store is connected, it doesn't actually notify me of new orders which was the entire reason for installing it. It shows my past orders and daily traffic but not registering new orders. I can't access the Woo dashboard either, just takes me to the front end of the site. Bad app, too buggy, too basic..
I moved from Shopify to WooCommerce. This app is not fully functioning like the Shopify app. I will say it's decent, I listed for the first time, the photo editing tool and barcode scanner are brillint. Given time, I know this app one day will be improved so it functions like the desktop. Given my listing experience was good, I'll give it 4 out of 5 for now.
I find that the app doesn't automatically update, and then when I eventually receive an order, I don't get a notification for it, possibly because the app version is stale.
its good for managing orders and products of wordpress from phone, but very annoying issue is that when i edit description or variations/attributes of product, it deletes some attributes while variations without that attribute remain, and they miss bulk delete, 1 by 1 is annyoing.
I was asked from Automattic to reconsider my rating. So I did, from 2* to 1* Honestly, I don't understand why orders tracking number is not supported natively. I will use Woocommerce via web browser from now on.
The old version had notification feature which was helpful to get notified for new orders. Please bring the notification back.
Had an issue and support were very helpful and efficient, getting it sorted out.
sick of this app. Since the update I cannot log in to my store via this app. it accepts the password but then says it cannot connect. Spent too many hours trying. deleted.
orders not updating on the app. used to be able to add tracking to shipping now that feature has disappeared
I liked the convenience of having an app, but super annoying that you can't just do everything you could on desktop.
Initially I was able to upload my products images, but later I wasn't. I tried multiple times but failed, then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app thinking that problem will solved, but nothing has changed, same issue persistent. Now I am going to uninstall it again, because it's not working at all.
I like the app. Easy to use, quick enough...the only thing that is missing is the ability to print the orders from the app. Best would be the option to auto print the order as it arrives.
lots of bugs, and is extremely slow, even though I have an 8 CPU core VPS on Alibaba Cloud on a 273Mbit/s internet connection. My 5G xiaomi phone's cellular connection speed is almost always even faster still, yet I still have to bring my laptop out whenever I can
user friendly. easy to update. simple to keep up with.
