The app works fine as is. The issue comes in at delivery time. It takes almost a week to deliver to my suburb. I got a call on the day of delivery for both my orders that the items I wanted were out of stock. They were in stock when I placed the orders. So basically, I can't rely on actually receiving what I ordered as there is no way telling what in stock when they deliver. This was really frustrating and a waste of everyone's time.

New to use this app, and it is particularly bad. Takes forever to load anything to your shopping cart or to navigate around. So many bad reviews, perhaps Woolies need to relook their app... I would love to use it, but with the speed of things, I just can't sit and wait minutes for one item to be added to my shopping cart.

This app is extremely frustrating to use. It either crashes while you're busy adding items to your cart or in the latest update, it never completes the purchase after you verify with your online bank. The worst is that I can't even check out on the website since it keeps giving an error on sign in. Does Woolies not want us to be able to shop?? Btw, I have the latest update!

All in all not a bad experience if you're willing to go without certain freedoms. But most of the substitution lists haven't been populated, and those that have are short. You can search for your own, but most of the time, that option doesn't work. It was better when they had shoppers handling your substitutions. I'd prefer the option of doing my own subs, but only if that option actually works. Right now you just have to make do with 2nd rate subs you don't even like.

I've not had major difficulties previously, however, my current experience has been extremely disappointing. I have been unable to access my cart for the past 2 weeks and after logging a technical problem with online shopping, the customer service consultant suggested that I use a computer or laptop to log in, instead. The issue is still unresolved, despite uninstalling and re-installing the app.

Forced to use app instead of website for Dash. Uncomfortable for older people. Impossible to navigate large shopping lists with ease. Try it, big list, two or three lists, and now try quickly shopping. It's painful. No logic and no way of sorting list items. Spamming. When you turn on notifications for checkout messaging you suddenly also get spammed. Back button on products too small. Drivers pitched before allocated time and then impossible to get customer services.

There have been numerous times that I opened the app, fully intending to buy from Woolies, but halfway through I get so annoyed I just switch to Checkers/PnP instead. There's is a delay on EVERY. SINGLE. ACTION. Partially this is due to their servers clearly being slow but partially its because they make the user wait for a server respons for every single action. The "recently bought items" list has never worked and adding items to a wishlist requires multiple (very slow) clicks. It's awful.

The app is very frustrating to use. It's slow, and basic navigation like browsing or managing the cart is a chore (uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix anything). The substitution feature is broken, not all products that are available to purchase show up in the substitution search results. This makes grocery shopping unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. I expected a better app from a place like Woolies.

Frustrated to say the least!! I once had a profile but stopped using it for whatever reason. Decided to start again but couldn't log in with original credentials - no reason given on UI. Selected "Forgot password", entered email, response was "no account found". Tried to register afresh using my same email. Response was "Please use a different account as there is already a profile associated with this email/ID". What?? Something screwy with your database! So Im stuck! Unable to access platform!

The driver tracking icon appears for a split second, if you try a few times you can just activate it. please fix this. it's been like this for months now. the app is slow as well it feels like browsing a website not an app each time you search or switch pages it's just this blank white page. Please fix the driver tracking icon disappearing almost instantly making the delivery a surprise every time

Signed up to the app to update my Woolworths card details after I replaced it. Now I'm getting emails from "MyDifference" that it doesn't let you unsubscribe from. You have to contact support to get removed from the list. Pretty scummy practice from a company that gives the illusion that they're better.

The app works once before breaking. I have to uninstall and reinstall to be able to order Dash. I have to resubmit my location and then it won't accept Dash as an option for delivery. I keep having to use other services because it never works when I need it.

Seriously, this new app that we waited so long for is still full of bugs. it causes such embarrassment to the card holders at the point of payment. 1. very slow 🐌, in opening the app. 2. we get 'thrown off' ad-hoc from the app, resulting in delays at the till. 3. the follow up on logged calls are over 5 days. What is worst is during the delay period, you have managed to resolved the password issue yourself, theyvthen act on your logged is 'bomb' you out of the app completely...... 3.

After the latest update, I am unable to place an order. It requests to verify delivery address, and then shows no options after selection. Also cannot select any items to add to cart.

App still not user friendly and you don't receive real time updates from shoppers unless you constantly refresh the app which by then is too late to choose substitutes and they close your order. Terrible.

Since the last update, the loyalty card does not open on the app. I have logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice it still doesn't work. I cleared the cache as suggested by the dev team, still doesn't work.

Really bad app....glitching. Update: App is still horrible. Eventually was able to open it and now it tells me my rewards card is not valid.......after I have been using this card for more than 10 years with zero benefit to me at all!! Why has no one flagged this as invalid when I have swiped it?

Generally horrible service from Woolworths dash. They take absolute ages, sometimes 3+ hours to deliver. More than once, I've had orders cancelled for absolutely no reason, saying the driver couldn't reach me, when in fact they never tried to contact me. I then have to wait 5 working days for them to refund me. When you try to call them, there customer service is abysmal. On top of all this, delivery is more expensive than for any other grocery store. Don't bother, just order Checkers 60

I have loaded & uninstalled & reloaded this app to try & access info on My Loyalty card, but nothing changes. Further, I am not able to use my card OR this app when shopping in store. I have emailed customer care but I might as well speak to the wall. Useless app.

I registered on the app to get a digital Woolworths card and once I've logged into the app and I navigate to the Loyalty tab to view the card, I am prompted to log in again. I deleted and reinstalled the app several times and it still does not work.
