Word Lanes: Relaxing Puzzles

It's a decent game. The graphics are fun and easy on the eyes! I don't think ads are that intrusive. I'm only getting ONE ad per puzzle. I think that is fair. I usually don't play for long periods of time, so that doesn't bother me. My only issue is with some of the clues. They can be really poorly defined. But this issue can be found in any crossword sometimes. So, I give 2 thumbs up! 2 points for each thumb! If I had 3 thumbs, you'd get a 5!

This was such a great game, Been playing for years, stuck with it when the adds began, but now I'm constantly interrupted mid game with not 1 but 3 adds before I can finish my game. They are practically impossible to exit out of. This game is supposed to relax you and help you unwind. Now It only frustrates me. I understand why adds are a thing but this is excessive.

There are A LOT of answers that are in the British/European vernacular, so if you grew up in the States, you really have to know this or you have to leave those answers for last. There have also been a number of questions/answers that are incorrect (i.e. _____Packard, the former computer company - it is actually still in existence, just split into two parts), but they're still answerable. However, I have never had to watch any ads, and it hasn't cost a dime, so it is really fun to play!

I've played this game for years... Then they started these ads at the top of the screen that freeze gameplay until finished. Due to location you can't hit the X to stop the add. Your only option is to either click on add & back out, or wait for the add to play. Originally, it was one per round, now it's every 30-60 seconds. I've read reviews & many ppl are not happy with this new update. Support: stop asking players to take a screenshot & do your work 4 u. Just play & u will see!

This game has become impossible to play. The ads completely take over your screen, and there's no way to close them apart from backing out of the level or clicking on the ad. Backing out of the level causes the level to reload, which causes a new ad to load. in the last level that I attempted to play, it took me 10 minutes to make one move. It's a shame because I used to love this game, but now it's completely unplayable.

I find myself passing the hours away playing this game! Out of all of the different word puzzle games I've tried, I feel this is the most unique, and it has become my favorite! Sometimes there are a few spelling/grammar issues, but I appreciate the option to notify if a clue/word is incorrect, unclear, even offensive, and more! Daily challenges change up the rules of the game with themes vs hints. I doubt I will ever delete this game! Nearly ad-free unless opted for reward. Definitely recommend!

Perfect game for relaxing. Just challenging enough to not have to strain the brain too much. I would have given 5 stars except for too many ads. I know they are needed to compensate for the game to be free but when it feels like I'm spending the same amount of time (or more) watching ads than I am playing the game it makes me lose interest in the game. I have uninstalled plenty of good games for this reason. If you want to pay the price to remove the ads its a fair price and I suggest it.

It starts out fun, but I had gotten beyond level 40 within an hour, and by that time I had completely lost interest in playing it any further. The game has an element of challenge to it, but becomes repetitive pretty quickly. And there are ads after EVERY SINGLE level, plus offers of additional goodies if you watch additional ads. And they show the same ads over and over and over and over again. It's fun briefly, but doesn't have "it" to be a long-term keeper.

I really enjoy this game! I tend not to like crossword puzzles because the questions and clues given are too hard for me, but this game has been a happy medium between the clues/questions and the words being searched for. I chose the medium level difficulty because I like to be challenged, but it is not too hard to be discouraged. I highly recommend the game if you enjoy a mix of both types of games.

The game itself is fun and relaxing, with what this word person considers a nice balance of clues. Well executed, except for the intrusive and long ads. For instance, after checking my phone alerts in the middle of a puzzle, an ad is launched. They're so frequent that I can't get into a zone with the game so that I want to wait through the 30 second ads. There is an option to buy more coins for hints, but none to have less ads. It was pleasant, but not worth it. Uninstalling.

Good game except the ads are invasive to the point that I have to watch them after every board and even if I've just watched one if my screen goes off I have to watch another. Look, I understand the ads to make money on a free game, but this is just too much. And I won't be pressured into paying to get rid of this kind of invasive ads. An ad after every single round is unacceptable.

Beautiful graphics, engaging game play. I rarely rate games but, this is an exception. Word games have become boring to me, to have to think about a clue then find it much better format. As with any free game yes there are ads. But, I'll take a ad to double my Rewards any day of the week. Also to say you drown in ads isn't accurate 1 ad to double and 1 ad in the time to get to level 15 is ok with me. To the developers who made this game kudos you got something good here. As for ads pffft.

I will never play your game! Your ad shows up on game I play, says Mintegral on bottom right. The ad is looong, too long and you cannot get out of the ad, no x, no ad choice, nothing!! If I was interested in any ad I would download it within the first 15 seconds or so, not the minute and so seconds I have to wait to get out of the ad, plus it shuts down the game I'm playing. Please take my info off your list or I will report your ad. Thank you

Great game too many ads. When I first started it was every two levels then an ad, annoying but it's a free game so whatever..but as you advance it turns into an ad between each level, which is imo too many. Especially when the ads you have to fast forward then close, then usually close again. Uninstalling due to the ads. I will say the game is fun though.

I like the simple gameplay and it is an all around fun game. Few things I think could add value to the game are themes (that can be bought with coins), syncing progress with Google Play, and another way to go through words without reaching to the top of the screen. Only reason I don't think it is a 5-star for me is because of the extreme simpleness; I normally like being able to switch it up the look and buy new things. But if someone else doesn't need that then this game could be good for you.

too many ads! so play offline, in airplane mode, to stop them, for a MUCH better gaming experience!! otherwise, an ok game. challenging, without being TOO hard. the daily challenge is good. nice backgrounds & graphics. some incorrections & misspellings, which can be reported thru the game. they force so many ads on you, yet there's no permanent option to watch ads, by choice, WHEN YOU NEED OR WANT THEM, for coins to continue gameplay; must buy those with real money.

VERY FEW ADS!!!! A game with limited ads that only show up between 1 in every 2/3 new games (each of which last about 2:30 minutes to 4:00 minutes, and also always show up if you minimise the game and re enter it. Few ads and a solid game, please support this so that more companies stop lying about and ad-stuffing their games. This company is a decent one, who actually care about the people who play it.

This game is lots of fun. I've been waiting for a clue/trivia spell word puzzle game for awhile. Many advertise as such but no clues just fill I the letters. I played one for days thinking in the higher levels the trivia world kick in. In the advertising they showed actors, pictures, even math puzzles, but no when you play it's just fill in the letters this game is a fun twist to mere fill in the letters. There's an annoying "gift" scam pop up during game play. It didn't pop up at first, however, as you get farther into the game, it pops up randomly offering a "free" gift. Because of that, I have immediately uninstalled the game. I don't see that come from any other app I have on my phone.

am very pleased with this app, and not even because of the gameplay. The gameplay is great and smooth. But your advertising team advertised the game you would be playing, rather than a game you wish you could play!! Thank you for not baiting customers in with clickbait ads and leaving them with a game that they weren't expecting. My only complaint is that sometimes ads get stuck or provide false close buttons. [12/06] Edit: I was missing the touch targets on the ads, I've gotten better.
