Word Logic: Brain Games Puzzle

I am so conflicted about this game. It gave me hundreds of hugely entertaining puzzles with no ads. Every 10 games or so, a puzzle would pop up that required membership to play, costing $10 a month for a few more games and "coins". What are they? Then in Castle 7, 30-45 seconds ads appeared every game. I would have gladly paid the $4.99 to get rid of the ads, but searches suggest that this is all the levels there are. What's going on with this app? Bizarre freemium model.

I really like the meld of photos and words in the game. The categories are different from any other game I've played. Some of the categories are more challenging than others. Purchasing a hint is less expensive than any other game I played. I also like that there is no timer on the game which makes less stress for me. However, like so many other games, the answers are not in American English, so the spelling throws me off sometimes forcing me to use a hint or two.

This is BY FAR the BEST word game ever made. EVER! It stands completely apart from any other 'word' type / puzzle game out there. Some reviews cite negatively that the game is too difficult or this or that. But that's the magic of the game! You only make progress based upon your knowledge and saavy. The only downside to the game is that the devs want to charge a weekly or monthly charge to play the bonus levels. C'mon. Make it a flat charge! Why be greedy when you've got a good thing going?

I really enjoy playing this game. it makes me work my brain and I learn while playing. my problem is with the scoring and reward part. I am on the sixth castle and still get the same amount of coins for each level, which is 14 coins. if you need a clue for one of the TEN entries, I have to pay 20 coins. if I choose to pay for coins they are very expensive, $1.99 for 20 coins or watch a five minute video for 10 coins. I'm going to delete the app if you can't get this resolved.

Very fun and interesting puzzles. However the constant freezing is a big issue. At best, I can make it through three or four levels before it freezes and I have to clear active apps and restart. At worst, I have to restart three or four times to get through one level. I am still playing after making through 250 levels so far, which should tell you how much I like the puzzles to keep going through the very annoying constant freezes.

1. I like the actual gameplay and concept, but it's a short game. It's not really replayable unless you want to do the same levels over again. 2. Some of the answers, wording, and explanations aren't translated very well or don't take cultural differences into account. Given the way the game is played, that can cause difficulty. 3. Too many ads. Banners on the game screen and full screen ads after nearly every level. Way too expensive to pay to remove them.

Move letter tiles to make words that go with the pictures. Starts out very simple and has a nice progression without getting too challenging. Theme helps when words go with the pictures in unusual ways. I can even solve themes I know nothing about. 4 stars bc I wish I cd skip a level. Haven't found a level I cannot solve, but 2 or 3 I would rather skip because of the content. Nothing offensive. Just some things I don't like - guns, for example. Update with skip level option & I'll give 5 stars!

Completion Edit: Finished all levels. Game was shutting on and off towards last few levels but totally worth it to finish. Hints were good enough, if you just complete 1 row you can realize what that particular grouping requires. I believe this is the only game I've completed! Original: Love this game and I've learned things so that's a plus! I find it a challenge but the problem is that now the game keeps freezing up on me and am unable to move tiles, even with restarting. Any suggestions?

Wish there were more levels. Very good game. A few of the levels were quite challenging which I really liked. I did notice a few times when there were identical choices it would only take one of them which was frustrating when I thought I wasn't right, eventually I tried the other identical letter block and it worked. Other than that infrequent glitch I have no complaints. When will there be more levels?

A huge range of topics, some fairly easy, others require a lot of thought. Please add more levels, and maybe a side game. I've got 1000's of points, and nothing much to do with them. I don't know if the game plays random levels once I'm through them all, which won't be long now, but I'll just delete and reload.

I really enjoyed the game enough to pay to remove the ads. I'm starting to regret that because some levels are so esoteric and obscure. But my biggest complaint is the lack of explanation about the hints. I keep using coins for hints but it's a waste because I don't know what the hints are telling me leaving me stuck on a level and eventually losing interest in playing. Very frustrating.

The one thing I don't like about this game is the help option. Let's say I'm on a level about a subject I know nothing about and looking up pictures isn't helping. I use a hint. The game doesn't explain in the main menu what the highlighted tiles are supposed to tell you, whether they match the pictures, they are in the right position, nothing. So hints and coins are essentially useless.

I gave 5 stars because I thought there were finally more levels to play. But, as with many fun games greed took over and after the 4th castle they are crazy enough to think the game is worth $9.99 a wk, 19.99 a mo., or $49.99 a yr. The game is fun but not THAT FUN! There are way better games for a good price on Google play. My advice for all is to look elsewhere. I can't stand greedy people. My 5 star rating goes to 1 star and a delete.

I love it. This is such a great game. If not for freezing every 4-6 levels, it is the only game I ever wished I could give 10 stars to. But I am a word nut anyway!my game is usually saved when I come back that is a major plus on the harder levels. I have just found out that if I go re-play levels I still get coins to use for hints, I love this!

I am very surprised by this game... it is very well designed and isn't completely screwed up by tons of ads or constant requests for money to keep paying... I am always happy to watch ads in order to get farther in a game as long as they aren't intrusive or every 10 seconds.... I recommend this game for any one that likes trivandrum combined with an interesting method of completing the puzzles... very awesome 👌

Finally!!!! Someone has really come up with a new concept in a word game. I love it, word games are my favorite genre this is a keeper. Has a good mix of difficulty, learning lots of interesting facts. Makes you think outside of the box. Played word games for years, only have a handful that still keep my interest. This game will definitely be one of them. Hope you'll keep adding puzzles. Thank you for a GREAT new game👏👏👏

The game was addictive and enjoyable to start, despite not using British words and expressions. But it froze on me twice. I'm not sure how I resolved it the first time, in my mind I uninstalled and installed it again, but when I did this the 2nd time it deleted my progress and I have to start from the beginning again. It's nice that it has a darker screen, but the buttons for sound and music don't do anything. I contacted developer few weeks ago, no response, perhaps because they are in Russia.

Great game. Great levels. Very addictive. You can accumulate coins very quickly, but if a level stumps you - you can quickly loose several hundred coins - you earn around 12 coins per game (without watching an ad), but having one hint costs 10 and a line would cost 60-80 coins, and the whole board would cost 600-800 coins. The disparity for what you earn to how much it costs for a hint is the only reason I'm not giving 5.

Best word game of all the ones I play. Totally different format that makes you think about your answers, but gives clues if needed. My new favorite.

Excellent game. If I could make a request please... Once a puzzle is finished, could we please be able to see/study what we have completed? It helps memory, especially with the geographical things. It going straight to the arrows score, so is frustrating when I want to see the final connections - especially the ones I may have struggled with, and it disappears straight to the score.😪 5 star if it gets changed.😉👍
