I love the concept of the game. But it loses 3 stars because after L5 you get an offer to pay to get rid of ads. If you choose not to pay, you are bombarded with ads! They pop up during your game , between every load screen and they even cover part of the screen while you wait for your turn . This is my 2nd day playing the game and I have uninstalled it ! So sad because I really liked the game . But it seems like you're trying to be annoying to force us to purchase the no-d op

The amount of ads make it almost unplayable. You can pay to stop the forced ads but only for a short time before you have to pay again and at that point the return of the ads is even harder to handle. If it were a permanent off switch then sure but no thanks on only a week each time. Honestly if I weren't getting paid to play this I would uninstall it. If not for all that I would give 5 stars because when I'm able to actually play it's a really fun game.

Love the game concept. However, just like with all of your other games having to watch an ad after every turn is very annoying, especially when I have to watch an ad every time I claim a booster or reward. Also just like all of your other games, My game play is continuously interrupted by being sent back to Prizeplay or Google play and having to reload the game. You really need to fix these issues.

The game is great but it has so many ads it's nearly impossible to play. It's not just one ad at a time either and the majority of them you can't skip & have those stupid fake X's on the ads themselves so you're constantly directed to the playstore. This is the only game I've ever had my phone actually physically heat up to the point I had to stop playing because of the amount of ads it's constantly loading and playing

Fun word game. But you will watch a LOT of ads and the app crashes if you look at it wrong. I had the app open three minutes and watched 4 ads and then the app started to reload for the 4th time. Like I said, fun little game but you don't play much. PS I stopped playing this for about a year and a half, and none of the above has improved at all. Lame.

As many others have said, there are an absurd amount of ads. Even so, many other apps are the same sobig deal. However, lately this app has been draining my battery very quickly and the phone gets hot while this app is open as well. It gets warmer and drains more battery than watching a movie, video call, or playing a game like Call of Duty mobile. And this is just a simple crossword game. There's definitely something running in the background.

Fun game, think it's "rigged" though. Uninstalled it, missed playing it, re-installed the game, and found to be playing the same people who were now at the same starting levels as me. Either all of them restarted as well, or it's actually the game and not real players. Also found when I get to alot of consecutive wins, my opponent seems to get more points than they should during their turn. A LOT MORE! I, of course, lose then.

I really enjoy this game, but it runs hot on my devices. It will sometimes freeze and reset. The ads are a bit much, but what bothers me most about them is that 50% of the time, when the ad ends, and you try to get back to the game, it goes back to the loading screen. The game itself is a lot of fun! The daily games are great. I love the tiles, too. I just get really frustrated with the restarts.

I absolutely loved playing this game! Have played it for about 2 years. HOWEVER, since one of the updates, the ADs have been ridiculously relentless! You can't do anything without an AD popping up and its so irritating! If they cut back the ADs to at least half of what it is, then maybe I will download and play it again. But the way it is now, I had to delete the game because after one click on anything, an AD pops up. It's overwhelming and super frustrating!

I absolutely love this game. Unfortunately, it didn't agree with my phone. It would start overheating while I was playing it, freezing, randomly opening Chrome with a prompt to buy Norton, and overall, lagging to the point I had to restart my phone in order to use it. I don't know if the file is corrupted with a virus or my phone and Wordgrams had a disagreement, but once I deleted it and cleared its cache from my "deleted" file, my phone started working again.

I absolutely love the game. And it's fun to play against others 1 on 1, especially if the scores are very close. You have the option of a rematch. So, why 2 stars? You can pay 1.99 a week or they will almost force you to do so by how many ads are fighting to play at once. top, bottom and redirects in the middle of playing that crash, freezes and force restart game and your device because of them. Because it's fun to play, I really would love to give 5 stars but cannot because of it.

This is a fun and addictive game, but it kills my phone. It overheats, drains the battery quickly, and constantly crashes when I play even for a short time. This is even after enabling the "low power" setting they offer specifically to prevent these issues. Also as others have said, there are a LOT of ads, often in the middle of a round which is so annoying. Please fix these things FunCraft!

Update: This is one of the most advertisment aggressive app I've played in a long time. A year later and it's worse than my first review. I'm pretty sure most of the opponents are bots or ai. Avoid at all cost. Original review: Don't get me wrong; I really like this game, but all the advertisements make this game unpleasant to play. It also gets so bad the app crashes and reboots loosing some points. Also it's very annoying that some of the ads cover the scores, and, or controls.

Fun game. The ads are irritating. Several times, I've been interrupted in the middle of a timed turn with an ad and the game doesn't pause. I've had phantom ads playing in the background. I can't see it, but the audio it's running and there's no way to stop it. If I choose to watch an ad for a powerup, I shouldn't be forced an ad immediately after my turn. The battery drain is pretty bad and my phone gets hot if I play for too long. I'm also pretty sure that most of the opponents are just ai.

This game is addicting, but the fun is removed by frequent glitches or freezes. I reach a high level in a competition game, but when it breaks for an ad, the game closes out and I must reload and start over at step one, losing all my progress and advantages. Over and over it happens. Still too many ads even though I paid for "no ads". This became so frustrating that I QUIT !

Love the game, it's fun! However, I only give it 2 stars because of the ads. Would you like a small game served with your ads there ma'am? It's absolutely ridiculous! I ended up not even playing the game anymore because it was so many ads and I just ended up getting pissed off. The price that they want you to pay to disable the ads is ridiculous as well. I can understand a few dollars but if you figure it up over time it's a lot of money and the game is fun but not worth it!

Worst Ads of any game I've ever played! Every click, every turn, every spin, there's an ad. And they're long and most of the time you can't skip. Unfortunately, I do enjoy the game itself, but I am unintalling simply due to the ads. I purchased one ad free day and even when you do that, to get your rewards you still have to watch an ad. Just to go to the main menu you have to watch an ad. It's infuriating. It also makes your phone very hot and drains your battery. Don't waste your time.

I like spelling/word games. I enjoy spelling a lot. But this app is so bad! SO. MANY. ADS! And it makes my phone too hot. Besides, I doubt all the players are actual people. I'm 99% certain most are computer generated, which makes it less enjoyable. Because I'd actually like some competition! And if I'm going to play against a computer, I'd like to at least play offline. This was actually the second time I downloaded it and deleted it. I'll find a better app. 👎

I loved this game for the one day that I could play it. It's like crosswords combined with Scrabble. I don't even mind the ads. Now, when I try to open a new game, whether I initiated or was challenged, I get an error message saying, "Oops, we can't load this game right now." I can't even play. I tried restarting the app and restarting my phone, but nothing helped. I'm leaving this review and uninstalling, much to my dismay.

This game is really really fun. I was enjoying myself for the first little bit until the ads started. And don't get me wrong I don't mind ads because apps need to make money but this amount is crazy! In a single ten minute game I'm getting fifteen ads. Absolutely don't recommend unless you have the patience of a saint for ads. Beyond that the game is fantastic!
