Wordscapes Search: Word Games

I love this game and I would give it 5 stars but the Ads are ridiculous! I understand you need to show the ads, but having to click 3 times to get out of it or you have to wait for the full AD to end. it's longer than usual. And to pay for a limited time for no Ads is even more ridiculous. It makes me want to quit and find a different game. Clearly they're all the same.

after literal years of playing with wordscapes, I will be deleting it. years ago I spent money on a permanent removal of ads. recently ive been seeing more and more pop ups for the apps various in app purchases, which is very very annoying but not technically an ad, but today i opened it to discover a 'pay 10$ for 30 days without ads' button—which is a little weird, since years ago I gave them 10$ to play without ads forever. absolutely unacceptable. I shouldn't have expected better, I guess.

I used to really enjoy this game,but I'm seriously considering uninstalling it. The main reason is because they're too lazy to upgrade it. Tuesdays were Echoes of Atlantis or Dino-Mite. unfortunately once you complete those events, their is nothing to play, they have other games out there, but they're locked. The same thing for the trophies, in playing the daily game. once you aquire all the trophies, you get the same trophy over and over again. You need to upgrade this game.

They changed this game to now force you to watch multiple ads after each puzzle before you can move on to the next one. Most ads won't allow you to exit back to the game, but they force you to watch another ad. To top off their greed factor, they are now selling 1 month ad free for $10! Like it's all intentional. Been playing for years, but about to uninstall. Tired of their ad-traps.

It's time to find a different crossword puzzle game to play. I was just in the middle of a highlighter puzzle, and the rewards disappear, so I play a 2nd puzzle thinking the highlighter game will come back, so after 3 more puzzles, no reward games. This is NOT the first time or even the second time this type of thing has happened. I've played this game for 4 years, and I'm done!! Instability and inconsistency of this app is happening entirely too often anymore for me. Crazy

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! The download is free but with application that is free, there are annoying ads. I purchased the ad removal. I purchased this years ago and it was an awesome application for word search until yesterday. I was unable to even view the app without a message specifying I must verify my age and to remove any limited access. Upon verifying my age and removing all limited access, I was unable to past the message after so many attempts. This is a scam! Do not waste your time or money!

Great game if you love ads. Game was OK with ad at the end which you had to play to get rewards. Now they put ads in the middle of it. I just played one puzzle and got interrupted 5 times. Forget it. Edit: here's a trick. You can swipe/end the app. Come back in and you're back to where you were. The makers of this game don't realize that there are many games at least as good and we don't have to tolerate the ads. Note to your advertisers:I WILL NEVER ACTUALLY PURCHASE ANYTHING YOU ADVERTISE.

What makes this different from other word search games is that you can rotate the puzzle to look for words another way. That's so cool! It's not too spammy with ads neither, which is nice. I will eventually make a purchase though to support the developer! I love this word search game! I had to drop to 4 stars from 5 because I made a purchase for a bundle, and naturally, I thought that would remove the ads, but it didn't. There's a completely separate purchase to remove ads from the game tho 😞

Relaxing game for winding down. Once you get to a certain level there are weekend tournaments, which are fun to play... The only problem I have encountered with the game is that once you get into the higher levels, the game often glitches and freezes. When that happens you have to close the game and reopen it. However, when the game freezes, it does not seem to loose the words you have found up to that point, so while the glitch is troublesome, it's not that bad.

This was actually a really fun game at one point. Didn't lag all the time, kick me back to the home screen, or have ads in the middle of a level. I've been playing for not even 10 minutes. Guess what? Always lagging, kicked me to the home screen 3 times, and has interrupted mid-level with ads. If you do not want to deal with this, DO NOT download this game!

Fun and challenging. Each level goes from really easy to challenging! This helps with both my cognitive and my dexterity. There are not a ton of ads and you have the option to upgrade to get rid of the ads as well. I'm zooming thru these levels. I knew my Catholic school education would come in handy for something, just didn't think it would be for vocabulary words/seek n find. Definitely recommend.

💢 The company knows the Ads are too much, hence all the reviews stating it. And no I will absolutely NOT spend $$$ on a WORD FIND GAME, just to get rid of Ads. The fact that they claim it's due to promoting the companies that make the games- is a direct lie. ✨Now onto the playing part- good to medium word play. Nothing difficult, even when it states that it's a 'hard' level, but that's ok. The 'tournaments' however are only geared for when they feel like doing it, and not all day. Fix it!

I love this app/game & have definitely become addicted,but there are some issues with it. One issue is the game will accept certain words in a puzzle,but then in the next puzzle won't accept the same words they previously have. It seems to choose when it wants to accept a word or not. I've also noticed that if I find a word, it won't accept it because it's in a word from the category words needed to be found. Doesn't that give the player the answer to where the word can found?!

It's easy to play. I like the background changes, but I would like to be able to choose the background. No ads until level 11, then it seemed it would be periodic, but ads returned after level 15 and come up every time you advance to next level. At this point it advises you how to purchase without ads. Personally I never buy into that because it seems the ads return regardless of purchase. Other than putting up with ads, it is an easy fun game for a typical word search game.

Game is fun at first, but they use the same words over and over again. A lot of words that you find in the jumble are not in their database. After a few minutes of play time, the app starts seriously draining your battery. Can go from full charge to dead in a little over an hour. And don't get me started on the ads. You click the X to close the ad and it immediately goes to the play store or website of the ad. Plus my anti-virus app says this game is suspect.

Easy and not complicated. To save battery on my phone, I use it offline. I'm a new user of the free online word finds and so far, I love it. Very easy to use. Beautiful graphics. It does have music, but I mute it. Extremely easy to move up levels. When you find a word not on in the list, it counts, which is nice. So far, so good; easy 5 star rating from me.

Come on people, seriously? An ad after every single level? This is ridiculous. They let you get the first 10 levels completed without a single ad, making you think it's going to be a good, not very ad-intrusive game, then it's after every level after that. I would rate 0 stars if there was an option for it. Lower the ad frequency SIGNIFICANTLY, and it could be a good game. Ad free option is $10. Which is NOT worth it in my opinion. Will not be returning to this game.

I love this game! I love trying to collect all the highlighters, display pictures, and butterflies. I don't really care for the frames they just seem like too much extra. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you earn so many coins but they are basically worthless because the game is so easy you don't need to buy hints. I agree with others that you should be able to use coins towards highlighters or butterflies. I have almost 11,000 coins and nothing to use them on.

It's good for what it is. It wastes time. However... This game has some glaring issues. For starters, let's talk about battery. This game hogs up your battery from your phone. Even when restricted and used offline, your batter is sure to drain quick. Next, the crashing.. oh the crashing. During a game, you can crash within seconds of each other, making the app more annoying to use than anything. These will happen out of nowhere and may even hinder your progress entirely. As far as ads, it's ok.

I do enjoy this game; however, I had to buy the 'no-ad' in game purchase because the ads after every round of the free game are annoying. Sometimes I couldn't even figure out how to get out of the ad screen without closing out the app completely, then opening it again. If it weren't for the extreme frequency of the ads in the free version, I would've given the game 5 stars. I play this game frequently and still don't know how I can earn stickers. I'd like to earn more sticker options.
