Work Shift Calendar

I kept having trouble with other work hour apps. This one is simple and displays in a nice calendar format. No subscription, paid a few bucks for some extra features. It's my favorite and well worth it. I've had it since 2023. I have colors/titles for usual work hours (8s, 10s), holiday, time off, sick leave, etc. I can also put notes on for odd start/end times

I like this app a lot for tracking my schedules. I also like that it has an alarm that can be set based on that schedule as mine is on a 6 week rotation. But the alarms are too short. They ring for like 30s and then stop, and do not repeat. It's far too easy to sleep though such a short alarm and I would want it to keep going forever till I disable it. Also, some more alarm options would be nice. Built in alarms to choose from or ease of pointing to files on my phone via file structure.

This app works great. Set the color, and time frame of tour shifts up, then simply tap that you wanna "paint" the schedule in. So when you've got closing shift on which days, or if you open on specific ones, you can tell at a glance. Yes, the U.I. is... "older looking", but that's the worst part of it. You can't ask for better than that. Well done!

Love it! My shift hours are always the same, but my days vary. I was able to add three months of my work schedule in minutes. This app is great too if you work various shifts, as you can customize and save any variety of shifts, even split shifts. This thing is super customizable, and extra user friendly. The UI is fantastic. In fact, 30 minutes after downloading this app and adding my schedule, I paid for the pro version.

I just wanted something to track my start and stop times at work (something I forget till the end of a day). I have a maxiflex schedule, so I try to stick to the 7-1730, but go over or under sometimes. I was really wanting something with a simple format and this app delivered. I really like the calendar setup too. What I like most so far is simplicity with adding entries. As long as I have a premade shifts, all I have to do is paint things like holidays, time off, and my work days on

I love this app! It is the only app I have found that works with my 2 on 2 off schedule. The only thing I wish there was is a way to change your wages in the app for a certain part of the year but keep the previous wages. Say you get a pay raise in July but would like to keep the previous pay rate on the work dates you have already worked so you can keep an idea of what your yearly income is. I am not using pro version so that might be a feature there though.

I really like the app. It's quite useful. A feature I didn't expect was "pay based on range." This alone saves me the hassle of adding everything up each week. Although I give 4stars, as it would be of the utmost convenience if I could enter tax rates and other deductions: social security, health insurance, Union dues. My suggestion would be an "add deduction" tab modeled after "add custom shift." The user could edit the name and rate (percentage or fixed).

It does what I want it to do: keep track of my shifts. Using the free version, so it won't back up to Google drive but it does back up locally to my SD card. I like being able to color code different shifts, so I always know what's coming up at first glance, no alarms needed. Easy to turn off/on wifi, etc at start/end of shift. Simple, straight forward, and the developer is very responsive to questions/emails, even on weekends. Thanks!

I have used this for a year now, haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. Purchased the paid version to support the developer. I do wish there was a way to enter total hours of PTO, and as you mark the hours used on the days where you use PTO it would subtract it from your total, giving you a remaining total left. Other than that I can't think of any other feature I could use. I currently do this manually with creating a PTO day in paint. One of my most used apps by far. Absolutely great App.

Edit: after a few months of use the alarms no longer work. Luckily I did not miss my shift because of it but that's really the only reason I use this app. I tried contacting their email but no response so far. Original: Exactly what I needed for work. 2 alarms able to set. Only downside is not being able to silence alarms on my watch or with the push of a button. If you exit the alarm screen is a pain to shut it off.

I've been using this app a few years now and I have never had to look further for a calendar app. After initial customization, I can fill out a whole year of my basic work schedule in minutes. There's room for notes which I use to track appts in addition to my work schedule. It's a simple, easy to use calendar with all the customization i could ever want and the option to back up my data to Drive or cloud storage so switching phones is super easy.

This app is AMAZING. The only issue I have with it is that you can't snooze the alarms. I got it mostly because I had way too many alarms on my clock app and couldn't really organize them. With this app, I don't need to update which days I want it to go off each week, etc. The schedule is also extremely easy to use. I love the "paint" feature!!

Good app, but inconsistent. I got it mostly because it allowed me to set two alarms for each shift - reminders to clock in and clock out - as I work from home. The alarms work inconsistently. I would love to rate this higher because otherwise it works really well, even the Google calendar integration, but the main thing I got it for just doesn't work all the time.

AWESOME so far! I work as a security guard for a company that has an aviation related contract..... I'm constantly bouncing from post to another based on need. This app REALLY helps me keep track of WHERE I'm working and WHEN. The color coding, abbreviations and shift name/description is super helpful. Very easy to edit your schedule too. I even recommended this app to my husband who works in security also.

I work a 4-week rotation shift. I installed this app a year ago. And use it as an alarm to wake me up on work days. the alarm function has worked perfectly until a month ago, when it did not go off. Fortunately I woke up in time to go to work. I've been setting an extra alarm to wake me up just in case the app doesn't work. The alarm function is working again but I will probably keep setting the external alarm until I can trust it.

This is the ultimate on-the-fly Calendar, simple, and super effective, I can use screenshots and quickly text my whole month, and I can have the app share it in so many ways INCLUDING PLAIN text, and the best part; None of this app is overwhelming, just old fashion simple features with a proper modern polish! Oh.. and get this you don't even subscribe to the pro, you just buy it for less than $5. The creator of this app deserves the key to my city. I'm truly grateful someone made this!

Nifty little app, but like most others I've tried it doesnt quite suit my needs :( I can't sync my work calendar to the app for security reasons, but I work a 7 week rotation and cannot find a way to duplicate it to automatically fill the calendar with my shifts as the edit feature is month by month and I haven't found an option to say, input week 1 and set it to repeat every 7 weeks, or do something similar with the whole rota. Devs if I'm wrong please tell me how! If not maybe consider adding?

I love this app. But recently, the alarm that can be set for each shift will not go off! I've tried everything. allowed unlimited background battery usage, added to all exception lists I can find, but it just will not alarm. It used to work great but hasn't for about a year or so.

I've been using this for many years and like its simplicity for colour coding. Paid for the Pro to support the developers. When the alarm stopped working, I tried everything possible to fix it. Nothing worked so I emailed the developers. Sent a few emails, waited months in between but got crickets. This doesn't have to go public to get your attention.

Great app but it would have been great to have instructions to set up rotation. my shift is a repeat 6 weeks and still can't figure out how to set up automatically. I have to enter my time manually. Else simple design and colours to see at the glance when you are due to work or day off. Please create instructions for users.
