Worst App ever. The app never loads and is always crashing. I have to use this on a daily basis to clock in/out but it crashes every single time I try to use it. REPLY BACK: I have reached out to your customer service with no acknowledgement or improvement to the app. And even worse, this app has affected my phone! It's not just me, it's also my coworkers who each have different types of phone. This is the WORST app ever and it crashes my phone. I would uninstall it IMMEDIATELY if I could.

Used to be so good, new "update" looks pretty but is far more fiddly to navigate. Super annoying when it's something you rely on numerous times a day. Edit, its actually worse, glitchy and slow moving between screens. Contrast shocking in some places-yellow writing, in a lemon text box on a white background! Can't read it! Can't mark a staff members shift "can't work" and offer it to other staff, guess I have to go to the website to do that now. Hopefully they don't mess with that too.
They fixed it so I can see what time I started my break, which is good. However, the timesheet tab only shows the times my roster says I'm supposed to start and finish (same as the shift tab), even when I clock in/out at different times. Because of that, I've lost at least half an hour in wages (I stayed behind 10-15 minutes a few times) because my manager trusts the app and the app doesn't show the real clock in/out times. Not happy.
This app has so many bugs. It's only best used if you don't need to apply for anything in the app (only to open and look at shifts). However in the real world, leave applications of all sorts need to be applied for through this app. When you request for leave it may only work 10% of the time. The other 90% it won't even appear, reapply, request you to log in - to apply which fails and requests log in information again. This cycle is ridiculous. Then you're told to reinstall app every time.
I suddenly can't login anymore. It asked me if I want to see the updated version. It only let me choose to agree. But once I agree to see the updated version, It brought me to login page. I enter my details, (I save it on Google) but I can't login. I can login on computer, but it doesn't show me my roster. I sent email, usually she's very helpful. This time, she told me everything that I already know like I'm 90 yo who doesn't know technology. But anyway, those all still don't work.
Downloaded App but won't open. Have Unistalled and Re installed but to no avail. I have emailed twice but not luck. They responded originally asking the full name of the App and haven't heard anything since. I'm assuming they know they can't fix the problem. Some others are in the same boat. So now I am missing out on shifts that I could be picking up if their App worked.
My experience was always iffy. First time I started using Tanda, it was extremely difficult to log in. However once I managed to log in my experience went like a breeze! It was awesome! Forwarding to present day, I am not able to log in to Tanda. I've messaged the Tanda team and my managers, they have told me to reset my password. I've reset my password 4 times ! Still can't log in ;(
Horrible experience with the built in messenger. Very difficult to send a picture to a group chat, the app randomly sends me to the most recent announcement from my manager when I try navigating. Very slow. Our company's old app Homebase was much, MUCH better than this!
Our company has been using this app and it acts like a poorly made website at best, with extremely tedious and bizzare login requirements. I can only login if I do it through chrome after Tanda sends me an email. I work at a bottle-o, not an intelligence agency, getting my shift times shouldn't be this hard. The interface is also a bit iffy and sometimes doesn't log me out of work for what appears to be no reason beyond a technical error. All said and done not the best timesheet app I have used.
Never in my life has an app made me so mad! The update has rendered it utterly useless. I can't track my hours any more which I need for reporting. The hours it does track is way off. It's telling me I worked 4.33 hours last week. Not the 24 I did work. It makes NO sense! I'm now having to try and find a way to manually track everything myself. Which is impossible for me to keep on top of! Please at least give the option for old view on Android. Was 5 stars. Now it's not even worth 1 star!
For some reason the app logged me out when i try to login back in im hit with the error message saying that it can't find my email or are u sure thats that's rite one. Ive try to rest the password and can't even get a email link. It's very annoying that it's wasting my phone space if I can't even login.
Absolute trash, always had issues with this app with previous workplaces and now with my new job I can't even login, which mean I can't see my roster, I can't set time off or note days I can't work, I can sign off or in... Let alone while I'm using the tablet at work to sign in and off, I've signed out after a shift on numerous occasions and found the next day that it did not log me out. Also ses that it's not updated for years... If you're using this for your business, just don't.
Exceptional system for rostering and making it easy to view. Love the layout of the personal roster/full roster view. Would be good if we could reorganise the order of employees view (Full roster view) so that it matched the original order of the roster itself. Other than that, I have no criticism.
Can't use the app same as before. So many more bugs, worked much better before the update. Literally have to wait for a minute for my roster to load and most of the times it won't load so, I've to restart the app and try again which is really annoying. Hope this gets fixed in the next update.
Takes 10 minutes+ to load the app on a 5g network or with stable wifi. Changing pages takes another 10+ minutes. Going to the 'apps running' screen then returning to the app takes another 10+ minutes to reload the page that you never left to begin with. If these sound like exaggerations, it's because it got to the point where I initially said it as an exaggeration then actually timed it and sometimes took 25 minutes to clock in, prompting why I was late to work. Free is still overcharging for it
If I could give a lower rating i would. . . Ever since my work has decided to use this app clocking in and out of work has been a nightmare for everyone I work with. Constant bugs, doesn't always update any new shift changes, won't let you put your unavailable dates in even though its before 2 weeks notice and doesn't always register when you clock on or off. Considering this app was made to make things more efficient, all it does is make a simple task 10 times harder than it needs to be.
The app often fails to preform it's most basic functions. As an example, while on the same wifi network (91 mbps), I can clock out for a 30 minute break, try to clock back in and instead have the app process me clocking back in for 6 minutes. Then after processing that clock me out of work entirely, instead of clocking me back in. The message function will provide a notification but there are no messages. The list goes on but I only have 500 characters.
The app wasn't notifying me when shifts were getting released or if there was a shift I could cover. I restarted the app and it started working, but only for a bit over a month before it went back to not notifying me. This is so sad because I can only get a shift at my work by claiming them before someone else as they mass release shifts for a couple of weeks. Please fix this issue
No, the new (Feb. 2022) update didn't fix anything, it's literally just a GUI face-lift. Overall it's (still) garbage. I can't accurately tell if I'm punched in or out or not. Easily over 90% of the time I can't clock in or out. The most consistent time it does work is if I'm clocked out and start a break; but then it won't clock back in from the break. I'm literally forced to keep a punch log of my actual punch times to due to this app's bugs.
