It hangs in the field even with 4 5g bars. The problem is with the board of directors of this company. They dont care about you, your company, or how much downtime youre having because there is a software bug. They are also very greedy. Everytime a new feature is released they add a price tag to it. Account managers are always trying to push you into the more expensive package. You also have to agree to a 1 year contract. They only store 1 year of customer data so no looking up old jobs. FAIL!

Horrible, lies, and deceiving! I signed up with this company for the "Lite" version as a business phone number when I'm just starting out, worked for about 2 weeks, & then got complaints of calls not going through to only be told that phone calls aren't part of the lite version. Tried getting me to buy their product as they can't offer it in the lite version. Over 500 business cards printed with the phone # to be given the run around & it's a "human error"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The app is terrible. It's clunky and has a very bloated UI making it hard to find relevant info. A job can have a few lines of notes in it and it will make the text box so short that it requires scrolling through multiple lines to read it and making it easy to miss details. On top of that, it may as well be malware with the way it acts on your phone. You can log out and force stop the application and it will still push notifications through, any day and any time.

App is terrible for calls. Would be nice if it worked. Update 9/16/24 still spotty for calls for last week. Now today app crashed while on call with a client and can't sign back in. App crashes after sending me my 2 factor authentication code. Hard to put a number on lost revenue due to the app failure. It's dissapointing and when I reach out to support all they say is "we're working on it".

After the last update things got really bad. Firstly, the font and icons are smaller and have poor contrast. For those who do not work in the office on a computer, but in the field use this program on a phone or tablet, it has become much more difficult to work. A magnifying glass is required to read the information. It is not possible to enlarge the text by zooming in. The copy text is not copied by the client. It is not possible to copy the necessary information and send it to the office or so

Although there will always be growing pains with software as diverse as Workiz, I have directly (at great cost) compared their product with other dispatch software. The fact that they allow the user to install and use the program at no cost, compared to having to pay thousands for other programs that are bloated and basically useless, is a testament to their confidence in this amazing program. And when we found out it was created by a fellow locksmith...... it was a no brainer. We love it!

Although I am reluctant to express this, I feel compelled to provide my candid assessment. The application has been experiencing frequent crashes, and the developers have attributed this issue to Google's refusal to approve their update. Terrible ap and software, it needs constant updates and every time it requires an update it has so many bugs with it. Not to mention it's way overpriced. If you ever need help it'll take them forever to get back to you, if they ever do. Get the ap "Jobber". Much easier to use, less expensive, and their customer service will actually help you

Updated review - 10/25/22 As of today the app doesn't allow me to login. Says user name not found but I have no problem logging into service on web browser. I did everything. Changed password, deleted and reinstalled app and check my phone for updates. No luck. I'm constantly having trouble with the app and wish my employer would use another reliable service.

It's good when it works, but it's buggy and crashes. It can be clunky to navigate certain tasks. Also, they recently took away the option to click a phone number and call it from your phone... Now it just copies the number and you have to take 4 more steps to paste it into your keypad and dial it after exiting the app... Why?

Workiz has many issues in general. The cost is insane for the service to have MANY technical issues. Jobs will fully disappear from the schedule some days. The app itself crashes often, even more so since a recent update the app won't open, which is now causing MANY MORE issues with scheduling than it was already was. If we didn't have a hard copy of our scheduled jobs, workiz for sure would have us out of business due to its constant issues and never any fixes. Customer service zero stars!

Phones don't work as promised if answering remotely. Customer service is hit or miss. Nothing ever gets fixed and we are losing business because of the phone issues. They get someone to fix it works for a day or 2 and then reverts back to not working. Save your money and your business and use another platform. Right now my app says there is an update but play store says up to date. This company needs to focus on getting the basics to work before all of the form updates which add no value.

Most recent update has broken the pay screen entirely. I can enter in card information, but all text seems to be white on a white screen. The calendar update on mobile needs an option to opt out entirely. The original calendar had issues, but I was able to select and open a job from the weekly or the monthly calendar without additional steps or weird glitches. Although, the entire update feels like it was rushed out with no testing at all, and has been out for a week without any sign of change.

Their quality experience and prices are definitely going down. With this company since they used to be "Send a job". Any conversation with customer services always moves forward very quickly to how to change the package and add more things that nothing really needed and instead of helping busniess owners they are becoming very unaffordable. Very disappointing 😞

Guys just don't do any updates. It's not yours. After last update I can't see attachment and make a call, your app immediately crushes. You just breaking normally worked app. You are not fixing bugs, you're creating a bugs. P.S. it is impossible to see attachments in messages in correspondence with the client

Edit: changing to 1 star. After 6 months, the monthly outages are getting annoying, they push updates on Monday mornings, which invariably breaks features, the bulk payments don't sync correctly to QBO, and the AI chat support is as annoying as you would expect. Days until human support. 3/10: "Better than most field service apps. About once a week it just shows no jobs or anything. Restarting app doesn't work, you have to log out and back in. Which starts the "tour" again which is annoying."

As of 9-9-24 constantly crashes, Open it up, crashes, try again, crashes. Go to app store and open it from there works. Tried uninstalling. Now on login screen after logging in it crashes before I even get the verification code to verify its me. Been using the app for years problem free with this phone. What did they do to app?

Hate this company!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone unless there are major changes. I'm being forced to use it thru a franchise agreement. It's scheduling software with a very poor phone system and point of sale function. It's impossible to speak to anyone in support once you get hooked into a contract by the sales team. You have to submit a help ticket and just wait.....
