Restricted access without even using it! I use it for a couple of days, after the third day without any notice, it shows that I can't use it cause of "unusual activity", then I contact support and they only reply "unfortunately we can't provide you the service anymore" without any explanation, this is by far the worse experience in a cryptocurrency app!

The idea definitely sounds interesting. But I downloaded the app, opened it, clicked on new account. And it immediately told me it's "not available" because of "unusual account activity". I have never had a world coin account and literally just downloaded the app. No I do not care to talk to support people, you lost me as a customer..

It keeps telling me "something went wrong" even when I type the correct password and even when I try "forgot password" it still won't log in, I have tried updating the app, deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, switching networks but nothing works. I can't access my account. This is so frustrating. I am logging in using the Google Drive backup by the way. I've tried contacting support multiple times but they are not helping at all!!

Transferring WLD out of the vault is broken when the value of WLD is less than €1, which it has been for a while now (it won't let you transfer more than the € value). I emailed support and got no answer. Edit: since Tools for Humanity isn't fixing this bug, you can work around it by setting your account to a currency that is worth less than WLD, like JPY, then set it back after withdrawing from the vault.

Login with the app with authenticate page keeps stuck, unable to go into to the wallet, home page and etc. Then i choose to delete the app and reinstall the World App, however in the log in page, I choose Google, i cant even choose any related email then it stated that: "Account not found" and show a black button (Check my Google Drive). But i cant even press the black button and the page is frozen. PLs solve this issue for quick one, I have to claim my coin as well.

it seems legit when I got verified at an orb, but 24 hours later i'm unable to collect any of my free world coin because no matter what I do it does not detect my face. ive also been trying to reach customer support but it does not let you talk to a real person it just put your messages in a queue to be resolved never. but I'm not too disappointed since literally everyone I know who downloaded it is having issues either with missing funds or withdrawing their money,show error unable mini app

I went to the mall to get my eyes scanned at the orb, but it simply doesn't work. I scan the qr code and the orb beeps at me and its ring glows red. It won't let me go to the next step where it actually scans your eyes. I drove like 2 hours out of my way to do this. My suggestion is don't bother, especially if you’re far away from one of these devices. Update: I also tried scanning my passport, and I didn’t get any reward coins for that either.

Total scam, when I downloaded the app, I was promised £20, I didn't receive it for over a week, when I confront the team, they explained to me that I can use it only was a gift card and it was for some lame products... Stay away from the app, total waste of personal data drown by the app....

Useless app! Unhelpful "support"! Oblivious devs and product management... The app will not let me register - It claims there is an existing account that I never even had! I can't believe this nonsense. "Support" takes hours to reply and is limited to asking pointless questions (like wallet address, when I have no such info) and then kicking users back to their stupid AI chatbot.

I tried to backup my account, but I can't log in either. I want to change my password and I've given the correct OTP number, but the system still says wrong. I hope your coins are destroyed and it doesn't work. It's a troublesome system. It's better not to do it if the system is stupid. I'll delete it and I'd rather invest in a more user-friendly platform.

I can't claim my rewards, I'm so disappointed, do something about this!! I'm restricted even though i didn't open the app within 24 hours, but when I open it to claim the rewards, it's already restricted, like what the!!! Do something because it's not my fault to be restricted, it's on yours.. I'm waiting for the actions, hope you'll fix it very soon

My account got restricted due to I'm changing to new device as my old phone is not supporting this apps, try to reach help from their support team but no avail. I even try to delete my account & data and not allowed due to my account is restricted and they will retain my data as long as it is necessary. Don't install this app and give your data, they will keep it as long as they want.

I was told about the World app. in a shopping centre they said after when you sign up they. would give you £20 to withdraw from the app after 24 hours the app seem very buggy and you cant change the language setting. I don't know anything about trading or anything else and their no one to talk or phone number I might uninstall this app soon

Totally useless, unable to sign up. I must have tried 50 times on 3 different networks and it failed every single time creating an account. Still waiting for support to reply after a very frustrating circular chat with the AI bot, the developer replied to this review but not (yet) to the support request.

I have come here to change my review, the app has been misbehaving since the previous update. it's been locking unnecessary, I can't access any service, I can't claim my monthly allocation since 3rd Feb, it's just frustrating me. I had my little savings there I can't access. why? 😞

1. i tried claiming my monthly drops and all I got was an error message "claiming failed" and when i tried again same results...so i decided to uninstall the app then install it again 2. after reinstalling i try to login to the app via my passkey and now i get another error message "something went wrong contact support or try again" and when i contact support no agent is available

a very frustrating app. Can't log in and redirects you to customer support which is quite unhelpful. My account is backed up & I only changed device. Very bogus app & very bogus customer service as well. Can't you see the number of users complaining on the same issue?

BEWARE! The app, just like Sam Altman, just like World Coin is non functional and a bit scammy. No orbs under a 5 hour drive and passport verification crashes app every time. So clearly data harvesting. USE AT YOUR PERIL! update: its still scammy as hell, constantly moving goalposts and false carrots everywhere. check other reviews, a sea of one start reviews yet 4.2 average??? everything points to bad actors.

worst app ever! I can't login to my account. It keeps telling me (something went wrong) and I can't recover it using my Google account. changing the password didn't work either. although I am certain that I'm giving the correct one.
