Very disappointing service I purchased WPS Pro, but my account was also charged for WPS Pro + AI, which I do not need. On the same day of the purchase, I contacted WPS several times to explain the situation and request a solution. I sent emails, but I never received any response. This lack of customer support is very disappointing and unprofessional. When a customer reaches out immediately after a purchase, at least a reply or clarification should be provided.

Hi! I'm experiencing the same issues as many other users. I was recently charged 2,800 even though i don't have active subscription. I only signed up for 3-day free trial, and without any notice, the app automatically deducted the amount from my wallet. I've been trying to request a refund, but it keeps getting declined. Same as all of them i wasn't aware that the subscription would auto renew. I've sent an email to your email many times but you wouldn't respond.
