This app has been extremely inaccurate lately. I left work early thinking I had to hurry before the roads closed only to find that they were perfectly safe to drive on. I also stayed at work when I should've gone home because this app incorrectly showed me that the roads were fine when they weren't. I always check to make sure the information is recent, so it wasn't because I was unknowingly using hours-old information. I used to be able to rely on this app but can't anymore. Please fix it!

Updates constantly fail. App shows old, inaccurate information. Even after force closing, updating, restarting, and reinstalling, it fails to update every time. The website appears to have correct and accurate road condition information, but none of this is reflected in the app. Not sure what the point of the app is, if you're going to have to rely on the web based version anyways. Perhaps current storm has the servers overloaded? (Feb 22, 2023) 1 star for the app, but 5 stars for the website!

"Data update failed" Constantly getting that error now. Has worked fine for years, then halfway through the day, error. Cleared cache and storage, uninstalled, same error. Now I have to use the website, which isn't as convenient for a truck driver.

This app was extremely helpful to us on our trip. If location services are on, you are able to see where you are as well as icons describing road issues you may encounter. It's not intuitive that the numbers on the map represent how many conditions are on the route. Adding a quick informational popup would alleviate that issue. The only downside is that you can't enter a "from" location & a destination like Google maps. Doing so would give the user complete advance trip details.

App is an excellent travel tool. I have had no issues with updates, cameras load fine, and information is up to date. Not sure why others have been having issues. Have been successfully using this app for a number of years now and love it! Especially in the winter months

Camera availability is poor. Seems the entire camera system goes down often, especially when the weather is bad... Just when I need it most. It used to be one camera, like on the Salt Pass, but lately it has been the entire Lincoln County system. Good thing it is free.

Fast map and road info! Links quickly to data from available weather stations, Loads route camera images fast. These links also display icons/links for Google Maps (so you can get to the trouble spot and fix it, I guess). Works for the basics even if you don't give it some requested permissions for advanced functions (example - phone permission for hands free eyes free voice condition report).

Great app. WYDOT really knows how to make road condition apps and websites as opposed to most other states. The only thing I think should be improved is to add the ability to zoom in on web cams. Right now they are small and side by side. Could be difficult for some to see clearly.

traffic cams don't load, force closing seems to help but then it stops working again. PREVIOUS review: great app. I would love to see dark mode!! maybe make a way to see a list of cameras instead of having to zoom in. why does it have to ask to run in the background every time I open it? camera images are inverted if dark mode is enabled on my phone

super helpful app. it's a big help, especially for winter time.

Gives exact information that you find on the website with hands and eyes free option got me through the 80 prepared today. i didnt have to worry about any changes in reports. Or try to remember what exits it was bad on. Automated voice in my headset telling me a few miles in advanced so i knew what was coming very nice! Saw two trucks wrecked in the median on my drive. Bet they wished they had used this app! Lol

Love it in winter, those who gave it one star need to learn how to use it I guess? It's never asked me to connect to wifi like some have stated, if you click on the webcam picture it enlarges, sometimes the cameras don't load, but for the most part it works like it's supposed to.

Can't login to my account. A specific symbol I use for my password won't even allow input on the app. Changied my password to get around the issue, now I recieve an error. Account works just fine from the website. Developer please fix.

The state of Wyoming really needs to put a few weather stations on US-30 so we can get an idea of how strong the winds are in the windiest locations. Also, you have to zoom-in to far to expand the weather stations.

Would rate 0 stars for lack of updates and misleading information, had to email them personally and they said the reason why was because they were defunded. They said the solution was for me personally to update everyone on this app for the road conditions I drive in and I work too hard to do someone else's job. I'll rate 2 stars if you guys end up doing a better job with updates - my taxes are paying for this so this matter should be taken seriously. Not to mention this app always freezes.

Good info, but it would be really nice if you could see cameras and conditions at the same time. Also, a full screen splash saying "don't use while driving" is actually pretty dangerous. Not safe at all

Thea app works good, just Wyoming dot is slow to update as conditions change. This includes there website as well. The hands free voice should work even if on a phone call, like Google maps does. If you want wind speeds or to see the road cameras website time...

Downloaded app and has a wonderful map, but if there are descriptions of what the issues are on specific roads other than a general color code it's not there. I want something that tells me what's going on and how long a delay if any there will be. Surrounding states are much better

App is a life saver HOWEVER TODAY it stopped refreshing and its showing road conditions from last year! I need this to be accurate please fix. I did the uninstall/reinstall thing already...twice

Hard to read, hard to understand, and gives very little information! Cameras ok, but that's about it! Based on Colorado theme, and I really never liked that one either. Not worth the time to keep.
