X Video Downloader & Player

I love this app! I use it all the time. I've only had one draw back - it doesn't download to your device, you have to extract it. I lost some videos, thinking they were on my SD card when I broke the screen on my phone and had to get a replacement. I couldn't get into the phone to extract the videos, oh well. Live and learn. Although the videos were supposedly in the app, when I downloaded the app to my new phone, there's nowhere to sign in and retrieve previous recordings.

This app does a terrible job copying videos. There is lag in 95% of all the videos I downloaded. Their notifications are ridiculous. You get multiple a day just saying that you haven't recorded something. There isn't an option I could find to select what notifications I get. You either get them all or none. I paid for enhanced for the lifetime. It made things worse when trying to download. The larger videos freeze, skip, and lag more. I have tried watching the video and then downloading it, Nope

It's a good app to have. It'll download in the background freeing your phone to do something else but if you try to dl more than 2-3 at a time, it might forget one of them. Depending on what website you are on it can change speeds, definition and size of the screen. And it's free, no matter how long you have it or how much you dl it'll download until your memory fills up.

I've used others, yet sometimes certain ones don't work depending on the video in question. Haven't tried any new ones for a while and decided it might be a good time to. I saw the ratings for this so I thought 50/50 chance it's good or staged reviews. The whole tutorial to download that you can't skip was a BRILLIANT idea on some geniuses part. Who doesn't like being forced into tutorials you can't skip for things you already know. Needless to say I just uninstalled it. Great waste of time.

Works like a charm! Very happy with it. If you want to d/l videos with higher than 480 res, you will need to pay. Only 1 ad per d/l and then another one or more to "speed up" is not too bad. for the free version. I have noticed that ads are playing for the lower res dls now as well. Not so bad to chase me away. I hope it doesn't go downhill from here as so many others have done in the past. Other than that, Good job, Devs!

we all understand that you need ads, but your adds are like pitbulls once they have you they don't let go. i wait for the ad to play through, ok, so i try to (x) out but that just takes you to playstore for the ad, even if you don't want to. so i go back and wait, but nothing happens so i try clicking my way out again but right back to playstore. this is not that bad but everytime you try to do something new it happens. and that's just to annoying so my search goes on, to bad, its a nice app

hi. I paid for the xdownloader premium lifetime in April 2024 and this app has worked brilliantly until today. all of a sudden, the adverts are back and there seems to be no way to recover my ad-free version. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but that hasn't helped. Can you please explain how this can be fixed? I've followed your instructions and the same problem persists

One of the best downloading apps out there ! very versatile! picks up from sites that most downloaders will not! I like how you can put stuff in folders within the app! makes it very convenient one downloading to separate it and organize things!

I've used this app for over a year and it's pretty good when it actually working but occasionally it bugs and all of my downloads will just disappear with no way to recover them or I won't be given the option to download videos at all.

PORN STYLE ADVERTISING IS THE BIGGEST OFF PUT OF THIS APP. Other than the advertising downside, this is a good app to save videos, they also save in very small sizes. There are draw backs that have been mentioned with extracting the videos after downloading. Please Change!

paid for the pro version, deleted the app and wanting to reinstall to see if some bug issues can be fixed, will the previously paid features be restored?

love this app.. only one drawback. since I got my new phone (s25 ultra) it doesn't work at all any more... some suggestions to make it work again

It's like censorship in an app. It won't load many things. Tons of ads which is fine that's understandable but terrible otherwise.

Bait and switch scheme? I downloaded this app and things went well for a day. Then decided to buy the Pro version in order to enjoy the "life time ad free" experience. After purchase, I still saw only a couple ads but that wasn't as unbearable as the free version (the number and frequency of ads in the free version is really bad). However, to my dismay, all the ads came back full scale after a couple days. I emailed the developer but no response to date. Feel like this is a scam! Buyer beware.

Not too bad, but not my cup of tea. Ads are simply annoying, it's ok to have ads, but the developers went overboard. For just about every tap, there's an ad. I was just testing the app, but will uninstall right after this review. I do have another downloader that offer hd download and limited ads. Also, it takes a very long time for a download. This has been a LIFESAVER for editing, it's one of the few video downloaders that isn't overly complicated or add plagued!!! I edit films on Tiktok and it's always been a struggle to find more 'underground' / less well know films that aren't in usual streaming sites. This app has saved me from awkwardly screen recording clips for them only to turn out low quality and have crunchy sound. Highly, HIGHLY recommend for editors! <3 <3

Advert machines and extortionate price when your only income benefits through no fault of your own. There are places to get the mod, but I don't think that's right for developers. I wish some developers thought about the customers the same way., unfortunately,, I will be looking for a more affordable option. PS. I would have no problem paying if I wasn't Disabled through a Great app if able to buy.

Excellent app for saving videos and photos

This is THE WORST app I've ever used on my phone. It is nothing but an advertising portal disguised as a downloader. Tdevs will not care about this negative due to the spam 5 stars they have. AVOID.!

easy to use, downloads everything I want without any problems. it's awesome
