app is inferior to grab, restaurant and names of locations isn't as updated as grabs. it's also more expensive usually. I bought a subscription I thought were coupons I could use on normal rides like the grab subscription. but I can't ever use them. comes out, they are only to metro stations. so save your money, never buy the subscription, it's not the same as grab subscription that gives you 99 coupons. without coupons, xanh is almost always more expensive than grab.

The vehicles are nice. However, the app is misleading. It shows the drivers at my location, but clearly, they are not. Does not accept credit cards, not issue in Vietnam, yet it has function to add international credit card. Their drivers are not allowed to pick up customers at the airport because the company refuse to have a contract with the city or airport. So can only use them to drop you off at the airport.

The service itself is great, but the app has multiple flaws. For those wanting to use their international sim, be sure to include your country code in the phone number for the OTP authentication (even though it shows it already in the dropdown). Keep in mind I think this means the driver won't be able to dial you. Also, the app currently shows it takes international cards but I couldn't get it to work - Grab's work. The gps tracking and address entry is also not as good as Grab at the moment.

The app is okay, not super well optimised. Drivers often cancel for no apparent reason, but when you do get drivers, they are the best. Way better than Grab or Be and more consistent quality (since all the cars are the same in each category) The one thing that takes the app from 4 to 2 stars is the sheer amount of promotiona and advertisement notifications you get on your phone from this.

This app is a scam. I paid for the subscription, then they changed the policy to keep forcing close the app when it detects there are "accessibility services" like Bitdefender and Microsoft AppManager (used by my company). Now, I can't use the app, money paid, can't cancel the subscription, and they don't even provide the contact email for troubleshooting the issue.

The app is often updated and some bugs appears. Now the total balance on business profile is not shown correctly. I need to logoff and login again to get the correct balance. App instable, map is not accurate and has a long latence to update position.

Makes you think you're getting a car like all the other ride app services, but it is a taxi with a meter running.And if you are in traffic , the meter runs and runs and runs. You put a credit card on your account and the driver still insists on cash.

The app refused to work if there is any other app have an active accessibility setting, even though it is a security app like bitdefender. So rather than I turn off my security app, I preffered not to use your app anymore.

It's hard to find a ride, especially for 5-passenger car. Card payment started failing at some point and it was hard to determine why in their application. Xanh SM has same prices as Grab, but their application is not nearly as good.

your app works but notifications are just too much. cannot turn off marketing notifications, and even though language is set to English, all marketing notifications are in Vietnamese. makes no sense

I accidentally left my phone in the car and 2 weeks later it still hasn't been returned. They have my phone but won't tell me how I can have it back. Impossible to talk to online customer service and they do not answer support tickets. The worst customer support i have come accross

I previously booked a ride with clear instructions for an alley pickup. Unfortunately, several drivers failed to locate the correct spot and canceled the trips, resulting in a 40-minute wait. Since that incident, I've experienced significant delays in finding a driver, often waiting over 10 minutes for a motorbike. I am concerned that these cancellations have negatively impacted my account's priority. These bad experiences have completely lost my trust, and I will stop using Xanh SM from now on.

So disappointed when booking this taxi in advance for important event. It can not be trusted. The driver never come & couldn't be contacted! So, never use this apps for booking in advance.

Hello, Good taxi app, but the ads are so annoying that I want to delete the app. P.s. Maybe the review checking department will pay attention to the bad reviews and fix them someday.

As a first step, this app is requiring from me to turn off my accessibility settings for all others apps in my phone :) Hey! It is none of your business!! What an idiot app architecture.. oh my god.

I wasn't able to install this app because of a conflict with my very secure password manager. the app wanted me to disable that.

don't know if because i am foreigner... but i keep getting a driver and wait to only get cancelled and then automatically assigned a new driver. 20 minutes often pass and i have to try other ride app grab which i find worse as they wait until i cancel them and charge me.

This app acts like a digital warden. It refuses to function unless I disable essential permissions for trusted apps like Nova Launcher and my call recorder. It is my device – I should decide which tools I run. Forcing users to dismantle their phone’s workflow just to book a ride is absurd. I’m not toggling my settings back and forth every time I need a taxi. Until the devs stop flagging standard apps as "threats," I’ll be taking my business to a competitor that respects my autonomy.

getting a car with this app is nearly impossible, constant driver cancellation even if sometimes you have been waiting for the driver for 15 minutes they cancel last minute, just use grab

no space for user to save frequently used chat phrases. time estimation to pick up badly diverges from actual. app needs improvement. doesn't work in home market , vietnam. driver can say they've arrived while actually being far away
