there's no option for no or negative stars. perhaps a black hole would be appropriate because thats where my login details seem to keep going. I enter user name + PW. says details are incorrect. reset PW. login successful. log out, login later. says details are incorrect again. persistent cycle.
nothing but hassles with it since I installed it about 5 years ago. if it's not an error message, it's photos not uploading, or the observations. The only way I have ever been able to do anything other than see what my kid's have eaten, when they've had a changed nappy and a sleep, and when they've been signed in and out, is through the website. and now, I don't even get notifications when they're signed in and out. it is a ridiculous app! wish the childcare centre used something more reliable!
App is terrible. Go to update the details and it tells you a field is missing. The field is missing from development. Hard to navigate. The website isn't much better. There are a billion things to do. Don't understand why we were given new codes - just something that we were all going to change back. Helpfully, it notifies me on the app when I clock the kids in and out. If I wasn't there doing that myself I would never know. Can't find anywhere to turn that off. Such an unhelpful app.
For the past couple of days I've been unable to access the app as I keep receiving a "your session expired" error when trying to open it. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app but get the same problem so have been using the website to see any recent activity. Despite paying weekly we seem to be getting invoiced at close to double what we're meant to pay! All positive reviews are from 2 years ago...recent reviews indicate app has gone downhill!
I have an error message pop up saying 'Error has occurred,' which has then prevented me from being able to open the application, I've tried clearing cache, uninstalling and installing, and still glitches. I did it twice and then it started working. Would be good if we could update some information and be able to save it as we go as well, otherwise you have to start all over again.
Terrible platform! Many functions don't appear to work. Then in the last week I've been unable to open the app without issue. I have uninstalled & reinstalled several times but keep freezing on the same opening screen - flashing at me saying "You've been logged out. Your session expired." Wish I could give no stars as it doesn't actually do what it claims to!
The app has never worked as seamless as its predecessor. It is clunky. The many functions are either not being used or are not able to be used (marking a child absent, saving images that have been uploaded). The app often fails to work when opened, most recently it was flashing uncontrollably and saying the session had expired, but I was unable to logout and the only option was to uninstall.
This app is horrible. Difficult to navigate and not intuitive at all. I've had endless problems trying to enrol my kids in holiday school programs through this app and the school have no idea how to fix the issues. there's been constant problems with the enrolments and payments since they moved to this platform. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
Application is very slow and buggy, keep crashing and doesn't show any information. Useless app, I can't track my kids progress, no information available, can't check in or out. I wish there would be zero rating instead of one star. Not sure if any sort if testing has been done to this app before moving it to production.
This app has been a mess for years. Constant glitches, crashes, and features that barely work. Parents rely on this, and it’s embarrassing how unreliable it still is. It needs a complete rebuild, not another band-aid update.
If your childcare provider insists on using this app, change childcare providers. It doesn't save information, I can't upload documents (apparently there are no documents of any file type on my phone!). It won't let you save a page if there are unanswered questions, yet infuriatingly after you answer them all and save it, next time you come back half the questions are blank.
fails to load data, fails to load known details that's stores in other tabs, won't show current enrolment, on both the app and desktop site.
Very frustrating experience so far with this app. Our childcare changed apps and whilst I was able to log in initially, I have not been able to log in. I contacted the developers who told me they can't assist me, as they only deal with providers and closed the ticket. I have forwarded my issues to the childcare and am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
!!EDITED!! Customer service fixed my issue very quickly, I can log in via the App & web and have been using all of the features, with no issues for a month or so now ...... I have tried along with head office and the daycare to fix the issues I have experienced... which is I either can't log in or if I do it freezes on the home page. So I have absolutely no access to anything, I have followed all prompts from Xap. The most useless app, and customer care I have ever experienced!
Logged me out and now says my email is invalid. Can't log in, can't reset my password.
No instructions where and how to change code for sign in kiosk on the app. Very hard to navigate thru the system. If child has been to daycare for years and have all relevant paperwork then I don't know why parents need to fill and upload all documents from birth. They should've been pre filled and just confirm. Not very well thought thru app/system. Luckily we only got last months of kindy and then never have to deal with it again! Extremely frustrating
Have had issues recently of not being able to look at my child's bookings in turn being able to mark them absent, kept saying error. I uninstalled & reinstalled still happened then a few days later it fixed but major issue. Now when I open the app it says error - what are the service providers paying for to use this program?
The app wouldnt accept my login details even though they work on the browser version. After troublingshooting with support, turns out the android app doesn't support special characters in passwords. No where was this communicate during account setup. Text field for email address switches back to characters after any number is entered which is frustrating if you have multiple numbers in your email address. This isn't an issue when entering the email in the forgot password UI.
Update 5/9/2022: App was working well until this week. Under the bookings tab, I get the error message no data available. I can't mark my child as absent. App no longer works. Crashes everytime I open it and error message says your session expired. Can't logout to try to reset.
This App is very annoying and difficult to start with. without the knowledge of speaking English if ask to enroll a child it's probably even more harder, chasing people of none english background away from its service. There's no click and go, it's time consuming and there's two apps' xap 😵💫 storypark
