It's a sad sight. I used to say that Uber should learn from Yandex. But now: the app lags horribly on a perfectly modern phone. It constantly suggests some delivery address (about 100 meters away), even though I've entered my home address dozens of times. It can't remember my phone number. After ordering food, it constantly zooms out to cover some promotional event on the other side of town. Want to see where the courier is? Good luck.
Usually worked and fairly reasonable prices. Some of the way it was advertised etc is a bit questionable with changeing prices etc. Only taxi app I've used that's actually usually functional. But in some places that are only an hour out of the city there were no rides. You have to wait mininum 3 hours for intercity, even if the drive is under 1 hour. Not always reliable, can get cancelled, or no cars.
Very bad, i can't even register. they didn't send the code to my number. the other option are all didn't work too. there is only option for log in. meanwhile i don't even have account and there's no option to register. the costomer care is eror always. Can't use the app after been spending for 2 hours trying to register only!!
The app makes me suffer every time I open it. I do not like turning GPS on, I'm perfectly capable of deciding if I want to turn it in without an annoying window in my face that blocks me from other actions inside the app The address prediction is very good, the options are pleasant, but the annoying window that askes me to turn the GPS on is not cool. As soon as I get an update that disables it I'm giving the app 5 stars unless it does something else that annoys me
the app is cheating. It offered two options: 1) get expensive taxi that arrivals 1-2 minutes OR 2) wait for 8-10 minutes, and get for less price . I choose option 1) and end up waiting around 8 min. The app is robbing the customers
The worst taxi app I have ever used! glitches, bugs, freeze. w while you input address you can see how the prices are increasing. the drivers are impolite if you get in trouble yandex is not responsable for anything. Recommend using other taxi providers!

There is a vibration feedback when selecting a point on the map. I hate when apps do that and there is no way to turn it off. There is only vibration on startup option that can be changed in the settings.
When the company first started, they were amazing. Their customer service was outstanding, responding as soon as possible. However, now when you talk to their customer service, they don't even bother to reply on time. I think they now have a monopoly in Kazakhstan, and that's why things have changed.
Yandex uses unsafe dirvers. Drivers steal money by taking longer routesz so for example in app it says 1600 dinars and they charge 2800. After complaint, yandex does not return money. They just lie how thry will change driver, and do nothing. Before it was ok company. Now it is trash company. To be avoided. Edit: Customer support does not work. It is usless. Yandex is not safe for use in Serbia especially for foreigners because in that case drivers start to steal by inflating bill.
Support is not working well anymore. Delivery unable to change address or cancel 1 second after ordering. Taxi quality has decreased drastically.
Actually, couriers who are working for delivery service are unable to communicate properly or find the correct address. Most of them can't speak English.
I can't pay with my card. And I can't link another card. Support service has not responded for 3 days. I'm having this problem about 10 days and I still can't use my card
The navigation and pinpointing the pickup location can be improved (compared to Uber). Though a good user experience in overall.
It's not the first year I've been using this app. Since recently, the map just doesn't appear. I don't see any roads or houses. Choose a route blindly :p
geolocations not work correctly, connecting with driver takes a lot of time... app is not showing correctly drivers location on the map.
app sends notification with spam promos even when they are turned off in settings. app support works with speed of snail (when they decide to work at all) prices and fees for using their delivery or anything is insanely high, don't mention that when you buy something directly in place, but not from this app prices are 20-30% lower and then they also add their margin on top of your order.
This is one of the worst delivery/taxi apps I've ever used! - No menu option to repeat order from the history - No option to tip the courier - Every activation bombards with unrelated promo actions, even when you have an active order! - No "recently purchased" list when browsing shops/restaurant's menu - When browsing categories, closing them brings to main menu Guys, do you even think about your clients?
Customer Support is awful. They don't care to give proper solutions, close conversations even if the issue is not resolved. In one case, the taxi driver didn't charge the right amount with promo code. Customer support was like, yeah, we'll talk to him. That doesn't resolve the problem. Also, they can plainly ignore you. So yeah, don't recommend at all if want a fair and respectable service.
when ordering the fastest and selecting only start or comfort classes, it finds a comfort+ class driver. Trying to scam people to pay more
The app is overall good. But it has some problems. Recently, I ordered a taxi. But taxi did not come to me, and app says "The driver is waiting you at given location". But I triple checked, He actually did not come, and app is still thinking that he is here. I called him twice, but he did not respond. And automatically, after free waiting time expired, it started to show paid waiting time, and took 100 Russian ruble for no reason. But still, there is no driver around. I lost money and time
