It is good. Drivers arrive on time. But sometimes the rate thing irritates me for example, the fare sums up to 142 rs/-🙂 Like it's a frustrating thing that sometimes we don't have 5 rupees or just feel bad able giving 140 rupees and sometimes cheery on top we have a problem with our online paying methods. Kindly it'd be better if the prices were somewhat somehow easy to pay, like round figures. The best thing is the discount 👌✨️ but again the roundup problem. Overall a very good experience ✨

The app is convenient and intuitive but use-wise is bad, needs a lot of improvement. It takes almost or always half an hour to find a taxi who will accept my request. And everytime there is a taxi assigned, the taxi driver complains the gps location is very inaccurate and they wait for the passenger in the wrong pick up location which makes the ride awkward because they follow the gps and it's different from the actual pick-up location. Please improve on these points.

The pricing fluctuates frequently, sometimes showing a certain amount and at other times more than double that amount. Additionally, it doesn't provide effective routes to reach your destination on time, even when such routes are available. Traffic congestion can increase anxiety, which benefits the driver, but there should be a time limit after which prices begin to rise. Furthermore, there should be customer service available to address concerns. Please look after it.

I love the app and it is unique and tremendous app to make our travel better but one thing is frequently the Yango started to take small amounts like 3aed or 5aed in a different time / period from my card and there were no SMS but when I check my my bank history then I realized in several times they have taken small amounts even the day where I did not travel or used Yango. I still use the App because I am a regular and loyal to Yango as I love it but need to be careful when we feed the cards.

Worst experience. The cars are not maintained. Before booking the ride, the app shows a low estimated price, and the driver intentionally adds the 'wait time'. Then, when the ride is complete, the app shows a higher calculated price of the fare than the one shown before booking ride. What's even more bizarre, the app shows driver a different fare price and the rider a different price. And in the end, the rider has to pay the price that is shown to the driver. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

Horrible untrustworthy so called Support team. I've been robbed by this app twice now, I explain that I paid the driver, I even advise that the team ask the driver for conformation of payment, yet you still deduct money from my card. I pay for 1 ride TWO TIMES, seriously. I won't be using yango anymore. I explained my situation over and over again in baby terms even yet the support team didn't understand. It's like the support team is AI, even worse honestly. Thank you.

Yango is good but is meant only fr rich people thus where i not happy with it.whoever created this must have made it flexible enough to accommodate even those who doesn't have access to Wifi.i don't think making accessible for only those on Wifi is good,edit something n make it accessible even when using data.tht way it'll be very perfect 🔥🔥🔥...

The maps are not friendly enough. I can't search for places that I know they exist on Google Maps. can't insert Google Maps address or location as destination and the maps colors are fade, makes it difficult to see the map. Driver maps are information less. Otaxi maps were much better. Please fix this thing. it's Feb 2026 now, still can't search for Google Maps locations on your app!

Dont try to get a Rental Car at "Yango Drive" Book a 1-week 7 seater car, and got cancelled because they dont have an available car. Why would they post the an Ad if the car is not available in the first place, what is the purpose of paying partially for "reservation"? and worst they will cancel without somebody contacting you. good thing i check the status on the app 1 hour before i pickup the car in the location they pinned.

The app always shows longer routes even when a short route is available. Because of this, the fare becomes almost double. Even on roads where riders usually take the shorter way, the app still suggests a long route. On top of that, it adds unnecessary high demand charges even when there is no traffic. This makes the pricing feel unfair and inaccurate. Please improve the route and fare calculation.

They call it "affordable", and yet have the worst fares and the worst user experience in the app. The map doesn't work, the application is slow, and all they have for support is offer discount on the next ride... Their time calculation sucks, randomly charging you for extra wait time even if you leave the next second the ride arrives. There are much better options out there better than this pathetic application

Yango drivers have found a new way to scam passengers. They mark the ride as “arrived” before actually reaching the pickup location, which adds waiting time charges to the passenger and increases the fare. On top of that, the app is so poor that the map often doesn’t work at all. The driver appears to be stuck at one location for 10–15 minutes because the app does not show the accurate route properly.

I’m very disappointed with the Yangoo app. There is no proper customer support at all. You can’t find a call service, there’s no working email address, and getting help through the app is nearly impossible. If something goes wrong with a ride or payment, you’re basically on your own. A service like this should at least provide basic support to its users. Overall, the experience feels unreliable and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it until they improve their customer service system

I had a terrible experience with Yango. I was already late and stressed. The driver arrived but instead of coming to me, he kept calling and rudely telling me to come to him. It was dark, traffic was heavy, and I was confused and scared. I didn’t even know who was supposed to go where. The way he talked was so rude that I started crying. My phone battery was only 5%. I was walking around helplessly, trying to find another ride. Worst experience ever. No safety, no empathy.

I recently used the app for the first time and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The driver accepted the ride, arrived to pick me up, but later charged extra. The app showed a fare of 870, but he demanded 2000. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he denied it. Being in a hurry, I paid the amount. I filed a complaint hoping for resolution, but haven't seen any action or refund. Would appreciate if this could be looked into

the only positive thing about this app is the transport map. My area was full of taxis nearby, not one, not two, not three drivers declined, waited for 40 minutes no response. too bad theres no 0 stars rating.

Very disappointed with the service. I booked a 3-week lease based on app promises like free delivery, but none were honored. There is no coordination between the company and its third-party partners, leaving the customer stranded. Customer support had no visibility or ability to resolve the issue. Would not recommend.

Whenever I used yango paid the high waiting charges. In actual its not wating charges during ride due to traffic and signal ride stop but its counted as waiting charges. Need to fix flat charges and charge the same amount that showing at time of booking. Its not our fault. So, why we paid high charges due to traffic and signals.

the overall app is good. but the thing i don't like is whenever I book a bike or car, it shows a reasonable amount but it always charges extra "money" when we reached the destination. One time I booked a car and it shows 300 but when we got there and try to pay 300, the driver said it was 400. I was confused and check my phone it was showing 400(100 = wait time). That time I fell like I was scammed. and it was not once, it happens to me all the time. and I always have to pay extra for wait time
