This is an update of my previous review. The app had not been working properly when I posted at first. Within a day of posting, tech support reached out with some recommendations, and the app is now back to working as it should. I'm really enjoying the wall pilates program, and the gradual progression is appreciated. I'm living with a ruptured biceps tendon, and this program is keeping me moving.

I'm doing beginning tai chi for seniors, on day 9 today, and already I have lost 2 lbs. I feel more toned and more energetic. Need more exercises to improve balance. It's a little awkward to learn the movements with the ball but I'm slowly getting it. Standing for so long makes my lower back ache, but that is getting better too. Overall I like the program and will continue to meet my goal.

I've researched and experimented with dozens of these apps, and this one is by far the best and the only 1 I use. I was fearful of my fitness journey at 48 after years of abusing my body. coupled with clean eating, aerobic exercise and strength training and the many features this app offers I can proudly say I'm in better shape physically and mentally stronger than I was in my twenties.

Some exercises (yoga) are too hard because of a surgery I had and am having trouble reporting that, but the Tai Chi is wonderful. I sometimes need to stop and see the new movements several times before I am ready to try them, but the exercises are well-suited to me. I really like that they have an option at the end for you to rate that day's exercise session (too easy, perfect, and too hard), although I would prefer a 5-step option (slightly easy & slightly hard added to the selections. Love it

I've tried to work out apps before and I've gotten really bored with them. this one's really easy to use and there's a variety of things I signed up for Tai chi but there's actual yoga or videos to help you sleep and calm your mind at night. I really appreciate how it meets you at your level and then it's really basic stes and encourages you to keep increasing gradually.

I really like this app. It is easy to use and to tailor to my needs. Instructions are clear and soothing, and the video model is very good. Easy to follow. And although I couldn't find a way to put the app on my laptop or cast it onto my TV, the app gave me a link so that I can stream it on my browser on my laptop. I like having a bigger screen than my phone. It's working very well!

Exercises are calming and not strenuous. I feel great when finished with a session. movements. The only drawback for me is I would like to rewind to practice a move if I am having difficulty. You have to start the whole session over again. And it would be easier to learn new movements if they were mirrored. The lovely lady in the videos should be doing left as we are doing right. It would make learning new moves easier.

was going well once I set the right level and duration. now day 14 and there is no record of progress and I have to start over from day 1. frustrating. also the duration of many poses is too short. edit. seems they changed the start process. past practice was still there. this app works, but I have a few years of private lessons from years ago. that helps here for understanding and progression. good focus on breathing

so far I am really loving it! I started the 28 day Tai chi challenge. I am 64 and pretty flexible and can be active but very overweight, so far I am able to do all exercises and follow along. some of them the movement is a little hard to follow but that's my issue not theirs. lol. you can rewind as much as you need to learn movement. I also have enjoyed the learning modules I have done so far 😊

just know, the advertisement said it was 7 minutes a day and it's more like 15 to 20 and it says it's for beginners but it doesn't give you full body view of the movements so you can't see the hands and the feet at the same time, so at this time the app is not beginner friendly. the app developers said that they are going to work on it though so maybe it'll get better. either way when I wasn't 100% satisfied, customer service was willing to give me my money back so you can't go wrong

Some workouts pretty good, most too easy. Don't feel like I get much out of them. But, it is consistent movement and good variety of workout types. The app is fairly easy to use. Wish I could opt out of certain moves that are uncomfortable or hurt me. Don't like that you automatically start getting monthly charge, even if not using at all that was not clear.

The app is great. My body, however, apparently needs major adjustment. I started the 30 day chair yoga challenge and needed to stop for a couple days. I forget that I've basically had no exercise for a few years and pushed a little too hard. Having the app on my phone, I can take that needed break when necessary. I'll be back at it tomorrow.

I've only done one exercise so far, but it was great. not too hard or ridiculous poses yet some challenging ones that I know will get easier with time. wish I didn't have to pay to use it though. UPDATE: I continued using this app and I loved it (I had it for 2 years), till it changed. The exercises used to be guided but went to a more generic, monotone voiceover. Instead of flowing through poses, they change suddenly which doesn't really give you enough time in each pose.

The app itself isn't terrible but billing is a nightmare. I canceled after the first 3 month subscription, or at least attempted to, the cancelation actually changed to a discounted price for another three months (which i failed to notice), and then after those 3 months, it charged me an additional 3 months at the full price. The company refused to refund the latest charge. Buyer beware. It's easy to sign up but difficult to cancel!

Really disappointed. I'm not affiliated or benefit from saying this: FitCoach app is 10 times better. I only signed up for this to use somatic yoga, and was disappointed. The exercises are not balanced on the left and right side of the body, it skips sides. The timing is off, it jumps from one position to the other with no time to gracefully change position, instructions are incomplete or wrong. You have to keep looking at the screen. All in all, a disappointing experience.

My friend and I use this app daily, and for the first month of purchase, the app was great! Now, though, our daily sessions are jumping ahead, and they dont even give you any instructions on how to transition or how to position yourself. It's extremely frustrating, considering we both paid for the year subscription. I've emailed customer service almost a week ago and haven't gotten any response, very disappointing.

just started, so it's really strange to try & give a real review. so far, it is easy to navigate, use the player & choose different workouts. audio directions are good, but when you don't know what a move is, I did find it hard to concentrate on the movement & look at my phone. guessing that will change with time as I grow more accustomed to the movements. I will come back later & update.

I like the movements in the workouts I have chosen, however, I thought after answering questions it was creating a program specifically or me to follow. Yet, I had to pick and choose within the app so I don't know if I am doing what I need to to loose weight. Also the voice doesn't match what the person on screen is doing. If they could fix this (because you can always look at the screen while doing the exercises) it would help tremendously! I'm not sure it's worth paying for.

No way to search for specific types of workouts. The app interrupts every single session with a demand to rate it, which implies building an algorithm to recommend other things to you, but that's not the case. It's super annoying. The workouts are repetitive and the program I want to do requires using a wall, which is more pilates than yoga. I wish I hadn't subscribed for a year.

I initially signed up for the 3 month subscription because I needed something to challenge me in my practice. Unfortunately after two days and trying several of the videos, I have to say I am very concerned about the material they are pushing on this app. "No pain no gain" What?? I have been an RYT since 2015 and the videos are clearly AI; robotic voices prompting unsafe and dangerous transitions, no suggested modifications, and instructions that are grammatically incorrect. I don't recommend.
