The problem is I cannot even register. The App is poorly designed. I keyed in my Octopus card number as required, it kept saying it is not the correct number. I was also asked to put in personal details to ID myself. Scanned various IDs etc. It gave different results, successful and failed. It keeps repeating the steps. I lost for words for the bad experiences.

Annoying ads every time opening the app, come on people are already at one of your premises and just want to quickly to scan the code. Why would I care what's the latest KFC menu when shopping groceries. Also having to redeem the voucher before spending is a pain, look at money back people just need to scan and say to cashier pay by points at the til that's it. Membership apps just have to be intuitive and do the job supposed to do as simple and quick as possible.
feeling in heaven or hell to use this app, it totally depends on the wifi setting of the building you are spending. I could just spend my points to redeem the cash coupon and wait for 30 minutes but still cannot use finally!! it's not the first time to face the same problem in the same shop since I use enjoy cards many years.
Worked brilliantly until the latest update. Asked me to log in and to supply my password. I don't ever recall needing to log in or supply a password. What is this nonsense about a 'secret number'? So secret even I don't know what it is. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Maybe the morons who maintain this app should take that adage into consideration.
The app suddenly logout and I cannot login again. When I using finger print login, it just show loading mode. It happens when I at the cashier, so embarrassing. Finally I didn't use the yuu rewards to pay. And now I still cannot login. Pls tell me how to fix it and get back the points.
Just when I was about to pay at the cashier with long line and found that it revoked the session and I have to log in again. That results in a much longer line with annoyed customers with everyone hindering trying to retrieve password since the fingerprint access DOES NOT work. At the end spending hundreds of dollars without registering a single point of reward. I miss the Octopus Rewards. It never ever failed.
App looks good at first, but back end is lacking. Trying to order groceries due to quarantine, but Express Delivery doesn't list everything and most of what is listed is marked out of stock. Calling the store confirms plenty of stock, so I don't know what inventory they're referencing on the app. One Shop One Drop at least shows stock is available.
Edit 2: WA responded. Instructed to reinstall the app and worked fine after. Moving up to 3 stars. Edit 1: contacted FB Messenger and WhatsApp, no response. I've used web version, my mobile number is the same and have been verified, so something is wrong with your app. It won't let me use my mobile number to verify. Keep saying it's linked to other account but won't let me get into setting to make changes. Worst app ever!
Experience managing account and getting voucher is 4*/5 but if you inadvertently redeem a coupon on their marketplace online shop, you have to buy stuff on their online store and to be honest, shopping experience from the phone is very very bad. I did not find the desktop version. You can blame it on me.. So I am giving it a 1* review. Never ever will I redeem an online voucher... Stay away from them.
What a stupid apps!! The cashier can't scan the QR code when the phone was selected to dark mode. The cashier at Welcome even rejected me to scan the code at her counter. What a poor customer service at Welcome!! I need to switch it back to normal white mode after knowing it was caused by the dark mode. This is certainly a design and coding problem.
This App does NOT provide the basic Login function! It kicked me out because my online time was too long that the App said. After 3 hours, I tried to login the App, but it said my correct password was wrong. Then I tried to reset password through the forgotten password service, but the App did NOT send "one time security code" to my phone, even though it said it would send that code every time after I pressed the "resend" icon. I have checked that I use the up to date version.
It WAS a great app, but since last update one of the annoying app, and the worst is customer support. After update suddenly the asking for password and not accepting, then I try to recover it through my email and phone number, at the last step they are sending OTP, and after entering the same OTP app denying the OTP. When try to connect to customer support they never answered (more than a week and did tried for 5 times).
Worst than the rewards available for Manning's n Wellcome before. Before U could use any rewards, i.e. any amount even as low as $1, available immediately when paying for purchases at Manning's Wellcome. Now u have to get a coupon, the lowest denomination is $20, to use the rewards. Not useful especially for the elderly people purchasing at Wellcome!
The app has navigation issue for English user. I am unable to register app after downloading. I clicked English on top left corner and then the screen asked to me select English again by scrolling. Post apart from the word ' English' everything on the screen is written in non English. How can one progress if the UI / UX is non thought through. .. cab share screenshot if needed.
Very buggy registration, but finally managed to register, although my QR code often FAILS to scan at the counter - causing a long line of customers behind me to get angry and impatient, leaving the ones who haven't signed up to YUU to be grateful they don't have to deal with these annoying issues. Update: I decided to stop shopping at Marketplace and go to Taste instead, didn't use the YUU app for months, but now when I try to log in the app just hangs.
Utter garbage. But no other option to collect points at supported stores. Deserves zero or negative stars, as it crashed several days ago and had to be uninstalled. Same happened to others it seems. I had to endure 10 minutes on call to customer service and was unceremoniously dumped off that call. Whole programme is garbage. Octopus Rewards never failed so spectacularly as this in many years.
poor app, poor execution, poor customer experience, constant login problems after each update, mismatched authenfication, missing rewards coupons are "claimed" but actually not deducted from your bil, customer service is an automated bot trying to communicte with a number (pls press 1 for...) system in Whatsapp aka nonexistent, one of the poorest execution of an loyality app out there that is brand damaging
The Andriod app has bugs for months and unable to link with credit card. The customer service asks you to contact the bank, reinstall the app, give them account details etc and they dunno the right way to handle such issue. Even with so many users complaining here still no one is looking into this technical issue. I would give zero star or negative if i could.
