It was a decent experience as far as ordering and receiving the items go. However, upon an agreement after a few sets of swim suits didnt fit, it was an agreement that was partially fulfilled. But, being able to start a message and get a reply was good timing. Fitting of the clothes vary and you definitely want to read the reviews on it that particular item fits small, just right, or too large.

I tried registering and adding my password. Which had all the characters that were required. But it kept blocking my responses. So I tried a other password doubling down on everything it was asking. And it still didn't want to work. So I skipped the registering. And went to the app as a guest. And it kept freezing up. I immediately Uninstaller the app. My friends all had similar problems as well. To bad because they have great clothes. But so do tons of other stores as well.

The clothes are very cute! However I've been waiting for more than the promised shipping date and I am very confused on the item tracker. It claims that the item was delivered to my nearest postal service, however was then sent back to sender. I do not want to wait more than a week for just four items.

The clothes and swimsuits on this app are really cute, and the prices for them are good; however, the sizes run small even though I always measure myself before ordering, and I can't even return my items that are now small on me. Also the prices on the items initially are good, but then when it comes to shipping, the prices usually double. I ended up paying almost $40 for ONE bikini. This is why I shop at Shein now.

Do not shop from this app!!! Scam! After I paid for two items they emailed me that prices had an issue and they will only send me one! after 30 days i was done waiting and asked them where is my package! They said: this item is out of stock and we are restocking in 15days!! How do you sell an item that you don't have?? It has been two months and I have not received anything!

My items still hasn't shipped and it's been since the 25th of January. 3 weeks. I didn't order much and I got free shipping. It says it's still processing so if you're gonna order don't expect them to get there early or even on time. I tried contacting support and all they said was to be patient while it's still processing and it'll be out soon. I'm still waiting and nothing. No other apps has done this to me. I dislike this!

I got a refund for the items that didnt ship in my order (they never even stated they were out of stock, nor sent an email explaining what was going on??), but the person messaging me was extremely rude and condescending towards the end of our conversation when I asked for verification on the amount I was getting refunded. If the customer service is that bad, no thank you. Uninstalled.

I tried in multiple occasions to buy items. When it came to the payment options, it had Credit Card, Google Pay, and PayPal. I tried with Credit and Google Pay and every time it wouldn't take my payment. Update: The payment problem from above is still an issue, however, the customer service people are great at helping. I contacted through messenger and I received immediate replies and they issued an invoice for me, sent it to my email, and I was able to pay immediately with no further issue.

Poor customer service & cheap products. The clothes are poorly made. I bought a dress and a button popped off right as I pulled it from the packaging. Really bad customer service, putting a ticket in for help is not a user friendly process, at all. Their return/refund exchange policy is a huge scam. If you don't like a product you bought they only offer "Zaful credit" and you can't return parts of an order, you have to return the whole order. Not worth the hassle or $$

Wasted 110$ and my package never came and they ONLY refunded me 40$, the messages kept getting lost and the only item I was able to buy later (because shipping is 20$) was cheap and fell apart easily. Never again.Their excuse was that it was store policy and that I didnt pay for insurance when insecure only covers when you want the items to be resent. They also offered 60$ discount if I would want to order again and pay the rest but they can't give me that amount in store credit. What a joke.

I've been using the Zaful app for a while now. It's easy to use and reliable. It seems to use the same or similiar software as several other e-boutiques, so if you are familiar with one you will be familiar with this as well. I've always recieved a quality product, at a low price. The pictures match the product and the size charts are accurate. Recommended.

I've ordered multiple items at different times and they have come as expected. I love the packaging it comes in because you don't have to mess with it much. Clothing has met expectations. The app is also not much different from the web browser and I like using both! You still get the same useful usage on the app and it's very easy to control as well as navigate.

This company provides you with a variety of trendy products, fast delivery, special offers and discounts when you download the app. They definitely put the customer first, with the pandemic and shopping online it can be a little challenging picking the right size. With ZAFUL, that is not a problem. They have great policies in place to keep the customers happy. So I would definitely recommend it.

I have not received my refund in over 8 months for the returns I mailed in. The customer support is not through email. It is their own system that glitches out so you have to send the same message multiple times. For their clothes, I kept a swimsuit that is now my favorite. But none of their shorts or shirt fit right. Make sure it's something you want to keep because the return process is questionable.

I have shopped a lot on Zaful and 40% of what I've gotten from the app was too small, and have even had men's shorts split in the back while I was out with friends. I know that when I'm using the app, I'm buying from many different sellers. It's impossible to return the items due to the fact that they are coming from another country and the return shipping is 3 time the cost of the items that were sized wrong for USA sizes. I continue to shop for certain items, and my losses have come down a bit

My experience here was awful. I placed an order 2 weeks ago!!! I havent even gotten a tracking number yet. I called they said by the 10th my order should be shipped out it's the 10th havent even received an emailing saying it's being delayed. Nothing I have no knowledge of what is going on at this point I just want my money back. I order something from ebay the same day got my tracking number the same day and my order 3 days after I placed it this is ridiculous. Worst online shopping place.

So far, Zaful has been wonderful. I've ordered a couple times from them, and each time the packages came in a reasonable time. Quality of the clothes does pretty much live up to it's description. I personally love love love their clothing and wear it all the time. The only thing I have to add is when buying crop tops or any sort like it, they are a bit shorter then they appear online (at least to me), now that's not necessarily a compliment, just something to be weary off lol!

As a loyal Zaful shopper, I genuinely enjoy using this app. It's so user friendly and super easy to use. I love how I just tap on the app and immediately I'm taken to my own personalized home page. At the top, it shows icons for my wish list, coupons, orders and reward points. No need to search a menu for tabs or pages that I need because it's all right in front of me.

After putting up enough grief for days they agreed to refund my money. I suggest they change their return policy process and add swim suits to their list of non returnable items. Although I'm happy how my situation finally turned out, I still will not be buying items from this store any longer as it was something I would not like to have happen again.
