During registeration, I did as instructed, it shows me "Your device SIM is unable to connect to the internet. Please call support to verify your SIM status". After calling 107, they only tell me what's in the script! The entire router is faulty regarding topup and its credit since last year, and no one did anything!

What can I say, the worst internet. The worst service, the worst application even. "Success Sorry something went wrong." This is an error on the application, seriously success for what ? To see the error... But still I'm sure nothing will change as nothing changes in this country.

Sometimes when I try to login it's tell me something went wrong and I didn't do anything wrong the password is correct and the number too so idk what's the problem

App does not regestering for over 6 months , the service is bad and call center dont help with anything 👎👎

It doesn't even connect and the internet is so bad the zain fi2 router disconnects every 10 minutes

التطبيق لا يعمل. كل خطوات تسجيل الدخول صحيحة، مع ذلك التطبيق يرفض تسجيل الدخول لسبب غير معروف حيث تظهر رسالة (عذرا لقد حدث خطأ ما). يرجى أصلاح المشكلة

بعد التجربة لمدة اكثر من 4 اشهر ....الدخول الى التطبيق بطيء جدا .... والاستجابة ضعيفة ....
