The app has potential, but it's still not there, and definitely not worth the price at this time. It doesn't have enough content, the editing is semi-professionnal, at best. The reunions are a bunch of people speaking over each other, with sounds up and down depending on which mic works best, it seems....and no subtitles are offered to understand what's being talked about. Some scenes are clearly over-extended to fill up an episode. I'll revisit in a year to see if it's worth re-subscribing.
No ads, inexpensive subscription. Reality dramas to the fullest, (which I love). The only thing fixable to "be like other streaming services" is having the option to skip the intros if we binge watching a season. Also, automatically play the next episode! It's just a LAZY inconvenience to have to back up scroll down to watch the next episode. Either way I love Zues Network. Great pricing for some great shows! Thank you Lemmy and everyone else involved in making these shows on Zues!
Loving the app so far, super cheap subscription even from Australia, no ads which I appreciate. My only critique is that I can't seem to turn on subtitles? May just be a me issue, I might just not be able to find the setting, could even be the specific show I'm watching which is Baddies Atl, but I'm hard of hearing and struggle to keep up with most of the dialogue so subtitles would be really really useful! Also really love the comment section, something I haven't seen on other streaming apps!
I like the content. However, it is limited content and doesn't often come out with new shows, in my opinion. I've subscribed for a couple of years on and off because there is one show I really enjoy, but outside of that, it's very minimal variety. I would recommend power watching whatever you're looking for in the month subscription and then canceling until the next season comes. Again,they need to provide more content shows, even games or news. Any variety is better than now.
The pacing of this show feels inconsistent — one episode will drag with very little happening, and then the next week’s episode finally picks up, only to slow down again. Because there’s only one episode released each week, it can be frustrating to wait so long for something that doesn’t always deliver much progress or excitement. Not everyone watching the app is interested in the other shows being released, so for viewers who only follow this one, the experience can feel underwhelming.
I was in the middle of watching the Love Cabin reunion and the video stopped. I keep getting an error saying that the video won't load. It will act like it's loading but then nothing. This is unacceptable especially when I pay every month to watch the content. I stopped NTTV to come here. Looks like I'm going back if this issue is not fixed. It's been 2 days now 😩
I just paid to restore my subscription, it took my money but still said subscribe to watch. thinking I made a mistake I did it again, and lost another $10 dollars, and still no subscription. Edit: I got it working by paying the zeus subscription through the play store. so I forked over another $10, total $30 dollars. but now I know NOT TO PAY IN APP!!! Not sure if I'm the only person who dealt with this. Still one star cause I lost $20 and I bought this for my girl, I don't watch this trash..
Yesterday I couldn't watch the new baddies episode because they didn't have the subtitles! It's not fair that I couldn't watch it with the world and had to watch it today. Then for the bad boys trailer, of course no subtitles like idk why they act like adding subtitles is alot of work.. it's giving they're not deaf friendly and I'm over it. If that continue then I'll pay my little money to other subscribers and watch the baddies on Tik Tok. Mind you, I remind them to add, constantly! Ridiculous
I love it. Except for the episodes being listed backwards, I know it so it's easier to find the newest episode but it's still annoying for other reasons. I think if the app had auto-play and played the next episode like 1, 2, 3. I was literally thinking if Zeus had their own TVs and phones that came at a sweet discount price for students that would be wicked.
I was just charged my monthly fee today and when I got to the app to watch everything was locked and the subscription price had changed to $9.99. I tried hitting the restore app button but it didn't connect. uninstalled and reinstalled it and even hit the subscribe button again assuming I'd be charged the difference but knowing more likely duplicate charges but still nothing!
I love baddies and the content on Zeus, the app however for Samsung is terrible. I just renewed my subscription for the first time in months. I got a new Samsung TV and every 2-3 hours I get kicked off the app and have to re login, the problem is that when you have to constantly sign into it it says your logged into to many devices. It constantly buffers and none of the other steaming services buffer at all I have the best wifi, it's only on this app that there is a problem.
this review is about the customer support, as i just subscribed and havent used the mobile app specifically for any amount of time.... i had trouble logging in once i subscribed through my google play account. i went to the site and reached out for support and i had an email response from a person ready to help within 5 minutes. they provided clear instructions and explanations. ad i was logged in and watching with in 10 minutes of asking for help. i am so happy and satisfied.
I've been using this app since 2020. recently my payment was increased without warning and ive been paying £8.99 I requested for google play to refund the money as the payment is incorrect because the zeus website shows the price of $6.99 which is roughly £5.99 in British pounds. Google refused my refund and cancelled my subscription without resolve. I advise everyone to subscribe through the website as google play are honestly terrible. I'm escalating the issue
The past few weeks nothing will load at all. New episodes don't pop up at the release times anymore and when they finally do they won't load. Eventually it might but I shouldn't have to mess around with the app for an hour+ just to watch something when I'm a PAYING customer. About to cancel it now after 2 years!
I subscribed on my Chromecast, logged in, but it says that I need to subscribe again. I login from my IOS device, and it has the same problem. I follow the steps in the FAQ, but no joy. I shouldn’t have to call the company just to resolve a subscription issue.
The app is inexpensive, clear and easy to use. I can always pick up wherever I leave off. casting is easy to do when I'm away from home. I would refer the Zeus to my friends and family. If you have any technical issues, the support team will help you in a timely manner.. 07/2025 and I'm throughly enjoying all of the shows on Zeus. 01/03/26! Videos stop playing when they want and keep saying contact customer support when watching certain shows. But other shows will play fine. No I'm cancelling my subscription. When you're already frustrated and try to watch a show and end up more frustrated due to the network issues. I'm good !!! It's bad enough they only have maybe 1 up to date show while the rest are repeats. I'm done I'd rather pay bet or something.... Update..... They said too many ppl were watching that show at the same time.
Getting worse don't pay the year up front..wait the app continuously freezes on my phone it also freezes when I cast it. But what really doesn't make any sense is it's freezing on my computer that is hardwired to the ethernet cord and I'm trying to sign in and it's spinning. I like the content on the network but if they can't get their streaming issues together I'm going to have to leave because it should be free if I have to deal with this much of an issue.
this app is getting weird they have 2 different prices on roku it's 6.99 + tax but 9.99 on everything else so I tried to pay the original price of 6.99 which comes up to 7.44 they would not take the payment it's not enough good content on here to raise the price
Need to add more shows,I pay a couple dollars for Netflix and get tons of movies and things to watch.Zenus I pay around the same, just to watch one show. That only comes on once a week, show goes off,there is literally nothing else to watch, waist of money . Sometimes I cancel my subscription for 2 3 months and then pay,and watch all episodes in one day. Just to make it worth it.
