Unsuable, just keeps sending me in a loop of "what do you want to log into -> enter mobile -> enter verification code -> login with email and password -> what do you want to log into". Poor app.

Was Unable to apply for no reason. Spent about an hour trying to figure why is wasn't logging in to my bank, so I reset my password, got through that wall to end up not being accepted with no vindication of why, other than it is not possible create a new account at the moment. Which would be fine if I didn't have to wait 12 months to apply again.

I tried to create an account which I can't even make and account cause I have to either have passport or driver's licence which I have neither don't really need any of them ATM they should have an option for birth certificate or something else like that for people who don't have a licence or never traveled and needed a passport

Terrible, I have been charged fees when the app clearly shows nothing owing. lodge a complaint as the app shows 1 thing and the statements show something different. Fix you app or your statements so the match. Make sure you check your statements only realised I have been paying a monthly fee $9.95 for months without anything owing on the app, but apparently $9 outstanding on the account statements and wont refund the fees.

Excellent. Use it regularly. Has helped me out with emergency cash. Manageable, informative, flexible and easy to use.

This app is TERRIBLE. Completely useless. need ID verification to get into the app but won't compute the camera access it has to do so. Do yourself and everyone else a favour and get better app developers. What a joke of a app.

Works great for me. Zip money and Zip Plus are very handy products when used correctly. At times the app can get confusing.

Incredibly frustrating with the constant 2 or even 3 step verification any time you want to do something. Also, would not allow me to close my account despite having a zero balance for many months. The deliberate run around designed to frustrate people wanting to close this credit account has to be illegal.

Very convenient, great repayment options, staff are very supportive. They will always sort an issue. The only reason I'm giving zip a 4 star and not a 5 star is because sometimes they need to reissue their gift card because it doesn't work on Uber. I'm very reliant on Uber at the moment because I don't have a car.

Don't recommend. This company stuff you around, no real people to speak too. Can't follow directions on debit dates even with email correspondence with real people.

Why are you suddenly requiring biometric authentication AND SMS everytime I want to log in? Such an unintuitive experience.

Handy if you can be responsible with it, otherwise you're in a never ending cycle of paying something off.i have to start paying off what I owe, and will likely not be using again, because it's just too risky to be caught in that cycle. It's much better to pay one item, or amount off at a time, than have a never ending bill. Thankyou for letting me use it though :) appreciate it, it has helped get out of some tough situations. Maybe Il try to keep it, for just that. Thanks again :)

Hidden fees and charges all over this app. I used the monthly fee waiver schedule to avoid the account fee, but the way it works was not communicated anywhere in the app. "Pay $40 a month to avoid the fee" is BS, you have to pay off the full amount within two months, so you get hit with a massive charge all at once if you want to avoid fees. Feels like a scam to get fees out of people who aren't able to pay that when it comes up.

Not as good as afterpay. Verifying my email is a nightmare. Ordered from scorptec and it doesn't even guarantee me the product till I've paid up. Thought it was meant to be like afterpay. Limit is way lower too so I had to pay the difference. And after all that, I get charged an extra 1% surcharge. Ended up paying the full amount. Won't ever be using it again, I may as well have just paid by card. Interface also isn't as friendly.

The zip app itself is terrible. It's extremely slow to open, and in the last 3 weeks every time I open the app and try to "pay extra" I am met with a plain white screen. No matter how long I wait it won't load. So then I delete the app and then reinstall, having to go through the whole process again. 3 times now in 14 days...bloody annoying.

Had issues months ago making more repayments from the card they already take money from, to be informed they can't use the card even though it's debit, not credit. So I added my account details, and it still won't let me pay it. App is a scam making people think they can make extra repayments. Reporting to the ACCC so your dodgy practices can be stopped.

Scam. When I was 5 days late on a payment (waiting for my weekly pay to come in), I got an email saying that I wouldn't be able to use ZIP until I had $350 in the account which is fair. But upon opening the app to make my payment, I was more than $100 in the negatives when I had maybe $60 in the account beforehand. Upon contacting support, they will do anything except answer my question about why I'm in the negatives. Filthy scamming thieves!

What was once a great service, has taken a massive down fall. A warning to others, do not make big purchases through this company unless you can pay them off quicky! You will be slapped with a $10 a month account keeping fee if you can not pay the ridiculous amount they want you to pay to avoid the fee. It may seem like a good service to use until you are getting charged the extra every month which quickly adds up on top of your purchase. Avoid! Much better deals out there!
