Zoho Mail - Email and Calendar

email access. I'm unable to gain access to my emails using the android app. when I login, it tells me that my time/date settings need to be changed to automatic but it's always been on that setting. seems like a complete malfunction on your end. all I'm trying to do is set up automatic notifications on my phone to be alerted when new emails comes in.

This email has been my go-to for several years now. Very reliable, but the BEST thing is the outstanding customer support! Upon every log out, you are asked if you are happy! If you indicate that you're not, there is a comment screen to explain why and literally within a few hours, you'll have an email from CS trying to make things right. Who does that??! The email is free, but they also have a complete selection of other complementary tools to run a biz. They definitely deserve your business!

Solid app, but really needs the ability to add external accounts like Gmail. I would love to make Zoho Mail my one and only mail app, but that's impossible without the ability to add other accounts. Seems like a big miss in a time where everyone has email coming from multiple providers. I use Zoho as my main account, but have gmail and outlook as junk mail accounts. Not super important, but I do need to keep an eye on them. It would also be nice to have a really quick way to switch between accounts. Right now it's like 3 taps, but having a pattern of one or two (see outlook and gmail apps) would be a real plus.

Pros: Overall a great app to use for just checking and replying to your Zoho mail. The user interface is intuitive and very clean. Checking and responding to emails is easy. Few to none glitches. What I dont like though, is that you're unable to set reminders on an email or schedule emails to go out at certain day/times. This can be a bit of a hindrance if you work a lot from your phone. Zoho if possible, please add the scheduling for email option to the phone app.

Edit: The missing email problem I had has been resolved, so I changed my rating. I like using the app so far. Users with slower connections may have problems viewing their emails and the default folders/tags take some getting used to if you're used to Google's "primary" inbox view. Another thing: selecting "all" doesn't show you all your emails, it just shows the main inbox mail and doesn't include the emails in folders, which is a little disappointing but not a deal breaker lol.

I think it's a great email app, especially with support for multiple emails. The only 2 issues I have is that once an email is sent or received, you can't highlight and copy/paste anything in that email as I do to edit things. Gmail has this. Also, it would be nice to be able to create folders in the app for email organization instead of having to it on a desktop unless I'm missing an option.

Updated- they responded and talked through a workaround. Not optimum This app says you can add another account, but when you click the "Add another account" link, it just reloads the account you already have loaded without ever giving you a prompt to type in the email/ password of asb additional account. I was hoping this app would solve my problem of having to logout/ login on a browser to each of my accounts, but I was sadly mistaken. Gmail is much better for users who have multiple accounts.

Update: After a remote session with customer services, Mukesh, the issue was resolved. Apparently there was an issue on the Zoho Mail side that wouldn't allow the mailboxes to sync. All working great now. Very disappointed in this app. Unable to add another email account even after adding the extra mail account in the web browser. Seems like the settings don't sync with the actual account settings.

I've been using this app exclusively for a few years, it's OKAY, but it has so many small bugs that really affect it's usability. Sad that they don't seem to notice or care. Example, if you're reading a long email and need to zoom in to see a small chart it moves the entire email way up or down as you zoom so you completely lose your place. Extremely frustrating.

Set up was easy. I like the CRM feature. However, I can't get any e-mails to go out. I keep getting a message saying it couldn't be sent. I have done test runs using my personal e-mail, and they just won't go through. The only one I was able to send out went straight to the spam folder. I'm going to give it a little more time, but if I can't get it to work I'll have to find something else.

There is one major issue with this App. Mail attachments are not shown in the Top of mail. Everytime we need to scroll down. If there is a series of mails between 2 people and there is a attachment in the latest mail, we have to go through a tiresome process of scrolling down. Atleast there should a setting option (like in zoho mail app for windows) in the App to change.

I find Zoho WorkDrive even better than Google Drive 👍 The interface is clean, the speed is fast, and team collaboration works very smoothly. Just one suggestion 🙏 The free cloud storage space should be increased so that students and small creators can benefit more. Overall, the experience is really great 💯

Generally ok as a mail reader, missing key features like add / edit mail filters. Have noticed it removes ICS attachments and teams links inc. invites. Hugely problematic, no docs indicate workarounds. Most likely better off with a different email client tbh

First of all, what a fine product. From interface to user experience to accuracy and speed, Zoho mail has impressed me ever since I've started using it as my primary email. There's is ofcourse room for improvement but overall it's very clean, composed, flexible and looks beautiful while using. I am leaving a few areas where Zoho can improve their emailing service. 1. Give an option to mark an email important. 2. Custom folders should be easy to create. 3. Dark mode can be improved visually.

Just found this app I was desperate to find a really good email company to move away from my current provider that I was migrated to has been a complete nightmare I now have the app on my phone and desktop easy to set up and works wonderfully what a find could not be happier thankyou Zoho Mail for being there and working faultlessly.

the interfere looks very outdated. please bring a modern, minimalist design. there is no option to mark an email as read from the notification tray.

notifications are not shown, I have never seen email app to gailt and show a notification despite all settings being correctly setup and all other email app of different providers showing notifications. The worst email app

Zoho Mail is one of the fastest and cleanest email platforms I’ve used. The interface is smooth, simple, and distraction-free. I really like the privacy focus and the professional features. The mobile app is lightweight but still powerful. Overall, Zoho Mail gives a premium experience even for regular users. Great work by the Zoho team.
