Zolo Coliving - Rent PG Online

Zolo is a very good app for finding accommodation. When I was searching for a place to stay, I was completely confused about choosing the best and most suitable option. However, after installing this app, I felt 100% confident about my decision. The Zolo team contacted me immediately and provided excellent assistance. Their support and guidance were truly fabulous and made the entire process very smooth and easy.

Very poor customer service and the app has multiple glitches. I tried to initiate my notice period on time, but due to a glitch in the app I was unable to do so. I raised a support ticket regarding this issue, but instead of helping, they are asking me to pay for extra days because the notice period wasn’t initiated. It’s unfair to charge customers for issues caused by their own app.

I've been using the Zolo Coliving app for some time and it has made managing my stay much easier. The app is smooth and user-friendly, and I was able to find a good property quickly. I like that I can pay rent, check details, and raise maintenance requests directly from the app. Overall, it’s a helpful platform for people who want a comfortable and organized coliving experience.

I saw first time such a advanced application which is very easy to use it. its very systematic to raise your concerns, to get information, payment, invoices anytime. Also they have team and you can directly connect to them through the app. Is there any issues you connect to them anytime and your concerns get to resolved instant. Very useful.

Staying at Zolo Akshala, here to warn you how terrible their services truly are. 8 hours without water and counting. Not a one-time thing, happens all the time. They have a passionate hobby of collecting tickets through an app so unbearable it feels intentional, and resolving them? Never heard of it. They miscalculated my bill by ₹1K and simply refused to fix it despite follow-ups. Bonus perk: a rooftop museum of gloriously broken appliances, proudly on display for 'use'.

The app is helpful for basic tasks like checking rent and raising service requests, but the performance needs improvement. Sometimes the app is slow and it takes time to get updates on complaints. It would be great if the app becomes faster and the support team responds more quickly to requests.

I’ve been staying in Zolo for a few months now and overall it’s been a good experience. The place is clean, the staff are helpful, and maintenance issues are usually handled quickly. It’s also nice to stay around people from different places, so it doesn’t feel lonely when you’re new to the city. Definitely a convenient option for students and working professionals

They make a way to cut your money..... early exit charges gst etc almost cutting nearly 4000.... service is good.... but it is very expensive ..... and no dinner or lunch is provided ......you have to pay extra for that.....

When, I first move in, there’s a genuine relief. Don’t have to hunt for a Wi-Fi guy or figure out how to pay a water bill in a new city. The app handles the "boring adult stuff" so you can actually focus on your work

If you're looking for this PG in Bangalore. I strongly recommend you not to go for this PG atleast. Although the rooms are okay, but the rent is very expensive and not worth it. Also, they add many miscellaneous expenses while asking for rent, like electricity bill and water bill, which they don't mention before. And, also they don't have any food facility and there are many PGs in which you'll get 3 times food with less rent than here. So, I strong recommend you to not choose Zolo.

ZOLO STAYS is very good, especially their staff, they are even better, I personally liked them a lot.

Don't loose your money to these guys. These guys are scamming us. recently we have vacated the property during settlement the deposit amount is didn't returned. The said the deposit amount is deducted for penalty. Also EB bill They are charging for 2 days a single person consumed 192 units. but we didn't stayed for the whole month also we informed this to property manager. No response from their side. Not picked any calls from us. no reply for email also. Don't waste your money please.

this whole stay is a fraud. As it is really very expensive in comparison to the local stays you can find and on top of all this they will find different methods and ways to deduct amount from your deposit even after serving notice period n all. deduction charges will be like 1950 will be deducted for not completing 365 days then addition electricity bill charges from that deposit etc. and many more. it's just a fraud on whole point.
