I absolutely love Zox products to wear/collect and to give as gifts. But when it comes to trying to find, then use my rewards points, it is almost impossible via browser or the app. When I do manage to find the "my rewards" section, all it does is show me my points total, not how to redeem them or collect any redeemed reward codes. 5 stars for the products but 1 star for the inane and broken navigation and interaction with rewards via browser and the app

I open the app and get a pop up telling me to use the app (wth?). I've placed orders, had them canceled due to lack of stock, yet the item remains available for me to order. I can't favorite zox bands because the save button doesn't work. The last time I ordered I had to do it from the website, which didn't even have the same bands available, because the submit payment button didn't work either. The ZOTD game button never brings me to messenger like it is supposed to and the search is useless.

I love these products, but the app has many problems. The search shows no results no matter what I put in. The ZotD link opens a seperate page with a button to click, but it never opens up in Messenger no matter how many times i click. You can't customize notifications recieved. There's no place to view your wishlists from the website. If you delete the app and reinstall, your favorites get erased.

I absolutely love the product. But the app doesn't connect thru to my email. I get error messages. And I can't track my orders as I get error messages too. I wish I could leave the reviews on products but it makes it hard when it doesn't connect. Yes I can't still get through on the website. But I thought that's the reason they made apps!

For using the app to place my order, Zox granted me access to shop a few minutes before the release. On limited-edition Zox, those few minutes determine if the strap you want is sold out or not. Also, because the app was super fast and easy to navigate I was able to get two limited-addition Halloween Straps before they sold out! I will be ordering through the app more often. #ZOXON

Waste of time.First off, app is slow & difficult to navigate. I have had to sign in 10 times in the first 15 min of use. Can see my orders, but cannot see loyalty points. Many items are sold out. Not impressed with App. I have not received my first order, but will come to leave product review. I hope products are better than the app.

There are little differences between the website and app (diamond mystery ZOX not on website to be found) but it's manageable. Also at the check out it would be nice if it was shown which item is hindering to place an order. It was difficult to figure out and especially with like 10 items in cart and under pressure due to a limitated number of items. Else the wristbands are super comfy, price is absolutely affordable and it's something good for the environment!

I love these bracelets! I have bought several for myself and as gifts to live ones. They love them too! I gifted them each one of the interactive bracelets, and have some for myself as well. I really love being able to receive an uplifting message anytime I want or need it.

A little slow and laggy at times, but works just fine. I'd consider adding an option to load compressed versions of the product images for those on mobile data or slower networks (or maybe switch to doing so automatically depending on network speed?). I do like the brand though, keep spreading the positivity ;)

Aggravating... After login you have to log in again to check your loyalty and if you back out you have to log in again to check something else. It's aggravating to have to constantly log in and not be able to find the things you need as easily. I would like to have used some of my points in my last purchase but it was time sensitive as it was VIP thing and I did not want to take the chance and miss out on it so I could not take the time to go back and log in again to the loyalty so that I could

Loyalty points never show on the app, even after it makes you log in multiple times. The new "game" to have access to the latest release will not load, so scalpers will probably grab them all and sell them for double what they are worth. The app is a total waste of time.

Sends way too many notifications and many of the links open in an in-app browser window instead of the app. Whereas I am signed into my account in the app, I am not signed into the in-app browser, and each new link opens a new browser window, which I am also not signed into. Using my mobile browser is much easier right now.

ZOX products are great, but this app is garbage. I have to log in (again) every time I click a link, I can't access my loyalty points (much less use them), and my bag goes between full and empty every minute. I'll have to use a computer to place orders which isn't convenient.
