The user interface is horrible. It wasn't showing any saved routes and then suddenly I had multiple copies, which it wouldn't allow me to delete. I had to clear app storage to get rid of them. It seems like it's not communicating properly with whatever database the website is using. And, after all that, there doesn't seem to be any way to view a saved route on the map. I'm giving it 2 stars since it is slightly useful, but I'm not sure if I'll keep it.

I don't find it user friendly. When you zoom with 2 fingers it spins around. If you hit back it takes you out of the app and when you return, it's zooms out so far it's a world map. It seems to want to be a GPS, but I have enough of those. I want to see road conditions. There is a storm, and the app can't handle the traffic.

It used to work before they updated and totally revamped the app. Sad when you can't even get the necessary confirmation email from them to keep using the app since it recognizes my phone number. The whole app is so convoluted. I just want to see if traffic is flowing normally on I81 between Scanton and Wilkes-Barre. But there's no easy way to access the cameras anymore. So far I can't even login for lack of a "confirmation " email from them. Poor, poor app

This "new" app is terrible, it now opens to the map and not a landing page like it was so you could choose what you wanted to see. Now you must go through several menus to open a web page to get to the traffic cameras and the filters for that don't seem to work correctly. The way it was made the app easier to use and much quicker to look for the information you want. This is terrible.

this used to allow me to see when my route had been plowed. As of December 19th, it says it was last plowed on Nov 5th. I don't know if that is when they did their last update but this is unless now. if I want weather conditions, road incidents, and directions, I can get them from google maps. I needed this app for the Track MY Plow feature. not impressed and will be deleting.

The new version of this is clunky and not as good. Never shows the history on track my plow. It has useless pop up data with old info all over various highways. My state road has been plowed just twice today - one way only as far as I can tell or have seen. It is a one way road still at 8pm with 11 inches. Whoever thought re-designing this was a good idea does not seem to understand how the original code worked at all.

I drive truck and I depend on this app and it failed, on the app it didn't say tier 4 but on the website it has tier 4 during the snow storm 🤦🏼‍♂️

In the next generation of data collection and especially in the hills, an ambient air temperature would be nice let alone useful. Any additional features would be nice but I don't want to press my luck. Thanks

This app is the bane of my existence! They app they had before this one was so user friendly to me during the winter months and I felt very confident getting be kind the wheel. I so wish they'd go back to that same app.

This app doesn't do anything. Tried clearing the cache, tried uninstalling...it does absolutely nothing.

Wow. Talk about a downgrade. It looks like lot of time and money was wasted revamping this app. It's a counterintuitive mess of information compared to the reliable app I used in years past. As a commercial driver, I rely on PA511 in the winter months to check road restrictions and conditions. The app is a janky failure. Seems like acquiring my info is more important than functionality. I'll use the website, not this.

App is still worthless kn my Samsung s10. The streaming video is not centered correctly in the pittle window. Pinching to zoom zooms map out completely. I have resorted to going to the website since that works fine. Had issues with this app on my old phone. They eventually got around to making the app good. Then I get a new phone, the Moto Z Force, and the app does nothing but crash. It is completely unusable. I keep sending feedback from within the app, but there has been no resolution yet.

Since the latest update, this app is complete garbage. The old app will let you customize what warnings you heard, what direction you're heading, only alerts in that direction. It was also very easy to find traffic cameras. All that has been taken away in this update. I'd love to get the old version back. I noticed that it's near unanimous one star reviews since the update. That should tell you all something.

Not user friendly for out-of-state drivers who are transiting through, or need to visit the state sporadically. The use of drop down menus to select a traffic camera is cumbersome and time consuming; not useful when you don't know the name of the towns or the nomenclature of the roads along the route. Recommed you use examples such as the Virginia 511 app; selection begins with overall map, zomm in, and click on camera symbol. Apo is not a time saver.

Today was not a safe drive. Around 8:30 am this morning I used this app to see what my commute would look like. It said I99 had good flow of traffic, no winter conditions. It did say there were restrictions which I get. But the plowing had not just been plowed as the app stated it just had been plowed. The roads were not safe. My vehicle was sliding numerous times. I like the site for 511pa, but not this app.
