It was a great app at first but now I'm getting error messages for everything. I'm just starting the process and can't even access the 14 week training program. Please fix the issues so I can continue preparing. Update: Not only did they reach out about the issues, they fixed them. I'm back to my 14 week training! Thank you so much! I love this app! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it does help when it works. But I'm always worried the app won't let me log in when I need it to. 50% of the time I try to use it, it acts like my account doesn't exist. Then when it does work, the fingeprint authentication option has never once worked. Then when you're finally in, it's fairly clunky and difficult to navigate. This app needs a LOT of work. Made my enlistment process way more stressful than necessary.

I have had no issues with the app opening or loading, it works as described. I was patient waiting for the new photography vendor to begin uploading pics of the new recruits, because there was helpful information on the app to let me know it would be a few weeks. Now that it has been updated and we have new pictures to look at, I agree the photographer does pick favorites, but that is not the apps problem.
