It was a great app at first but now I'm getting error messages for everything. I'm just starting the process and can't even access the 14 week training program. Please fix the issues so I can continue preparing. Update: Not only did they reach out about the issues, they fixed them. I'm back to my 14 week training! Thank you so much! I love this app! 🙌

Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it does help when it works. But I'm always worried the app won't let me log in when I need it to. 50% of the time I try to use it, it acts like my account doesn't exist. Then when it does work, the fingeprint authentication option has never once worked. Then when you're finally in, it's fairly clunky and difficult to navigate. This app needs a LOT of work. Made my enlistment process way more stressful than necessary.

I have had no issues with the app opening or loading, it works as described. I was patient waiting for the new photography vendor to begin uploading pics of the new recruits, because there was helpful information on the app to let me know it would be a few weeks. Now that it has been updated and we have new pictures to look at, I agree the photographer does pick favorites, but that is not the apps problem.

Ever since the latest update the app has stopped working properly. I get multiple error messages now as soon as it is opened. Please fix! I use this app to try to see photos of my son at BMT. Lackland Photos truly does a poor job. They photograph the same people repeatedly, with multiple photos of the same person or group. They post identical photos for all the flights. It's very misleading and demotivating for parents who miss their kids and are trying to see them online.

New photography vendor is HORRIBLE! All flights across the board are the same, seldom updated with any new pictures, photographer seems to fixate on only a few favorited recruits and takes tons of pictures of only them, then posts them on all flights. If you expect to use this app to see your recruit's progress, or simply get a glimpse of them, forget it.

Downloaded to follow our son through BMT. Not impressed, the app is quirky, photos uploaded from BMT are poor quality and sparse, don't think there is a good census of recruits going thru. The advertisement made it sound you be able to follow your flights progress but it's generic, you can obtain more information online or in any of the FB groups for Lacland AFB.

Guest mode is broken. Not sure if they meant to get rid of it, or meant to add a button to bypass. Definitely not working on a Moto RAZR with latest Android 15. Also, the Explore feed hasn't been updated in over eighteen months. Do away with Genesis and get people that can help fix this. Update: The guest login continue button is hidden behind the login box trying to nag you into registering. I don't want to fathom how much freedom I risked probing the app to find the bug.

Great app with lots of good resources, it just crashes a lot at seemingly random intervals. This especially happens when I use the checklists in the Awaiting Training section of the app. Otherwise, it's an awesome tool.

Login as Guest doesn't work at all. When I tried to make an account I never got an email for the confirmation code. Tried it again, says it can't create the account. Then tried logging in with said account and now tells me "No Internet". The app is completely worthless.

6/25/21 I was hoping to use the app to follow my daughter's flight in BMT. When I put the flight number in it says error or it will say there are two flights found with the number but only 1 will show. Also I can not go through the app for it stays on the home page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to no avail. This app just causes me more stress. It is good though when it works properly.

Informative but very buggy, crashes when I'm trying to look at the careers pages.

Ever since this lasted update, there are no photos for the flights. There was a specific flight I was following it it's now been followed and I can't we follow it and it's showing that there are no photos and I can't tap on any other flights either it gives me some sort of error.

I downloaded this app to track my son's progress in BMT, but nothing works. I get constant popups of error messages every time I open the app or try to open BMT. It can't even find a recruiter. Error fetching, error getting, and request failed with status code 503. How shameful that this is the state of the app for new and potential recruits to the greatest Air Force in the world. Please fix this app ASAP.

I can't even login, even when I set up biometrics, most of the time it will just revert to the sign up screen. I try with email password, same thing. Then when I do finally get in (basically signing up as new over and over) it doesn't recognize my trainee's flight number....Worthless

I certainly hoped this app would work, and let me track my son's progress through BMT, but that's not the case. When I am actually able to get into the app (a lot of times the app fails to load) I was able to "follow" my son's flight. However, when subsequently going in on several occasions to view photos, it just shows the same week 0 and week 1. If I do a search on my son's flight, I see week 3 and 4 photos (not week 0 or 1.) Only 2 more weeks and I will delete this app.

This *could be a great app used to follow a friend or child thru BMT *IF the content provider was serious about weekly updates. Unfortunately, for the graduating class in Jul '22 this was not the case. Trainee photos were sparse and out of order. I was following a flight thru training, and out of the 8 weeks, only one set of photos were displayed. Creates more frustration than simply not loading this app at all. Also, the way pictures are displayed is wonky and difficult to view. Dumping app

Terrible app. Constant crashing, some times can't get it to open at all. Relevant information is never shown when using the search function. Tried looking up several specific jobs by name and was given search results that were completely irrelevant and unrelated, even the search results were not consistent as far as info given. Notifications sometimes are not received meaning I'm missing info from my recruiter. Sometimes messages are not show until a day or so later after they were sent.

This App is not worth the room it takes to download. We have been waiting 5 weeks now to see our kids pics on the App. They have posted every other unit, mainly the guys units. No female units or pictures are posted. Then they lied that they were having issues, I go back in the app and guess what, the units before and after our granddaughter unit has pictures up to 4 weeks. It's not a good app. They update what units they like or want too. No stars

The military will spend $200k on every recruit, but won't invest in a company that will post updated, accurate, and detailed information as well as a multitude of pictures? The only way to see the pictures is to pay up to hundreds of dollars to MAYBE catch an elbow of your recruit. The military has the funds to scale this operation and it certainly should use them.
