Edited review, from good to bad. I can't even use the app to vote or participate in the current season 18 because it wants me to log in but when I try it says there is already an account with the email... I KNOW THAT, IT'S MINE AND I CAN'T SIGN INTO IT!!! It's not a password issue it's a sign in issue on your end not mine. Fix it and I'll change my rating back to a good one. Thank you

This app used to be so easy to use. Now you have to sign in every single time. It constantly rejects my email or password. I think I've changed the password multiple times but I still can't get in to vote. I've taken the app off and reloaded it and it still won't let me in to vote. Why change something that was working fine?

Seems like I am not the only one having problems with the app. Last year, not any problems. But it never worked this year. As soon as I try to log in, the loading icon just spins... I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and I still can not vote. I wrote a message to tech support from the app settings but I never heard back from anyone.
