America's Got Talent on NBC

Edited review, from good to bad. I can't even use the app to vote or participate in the current season 18 because it wants me to log in but when I try it says there is already an account with the email... I KNOW THAT, IT'S MINE AND I CAN'T SIGN INTO IT!!! It's not a password issue it's a sign in issue on your end not mine. Fix it and I'll change my rating back to a good one. Thank you

This app used to be so easy to use. Now you have to sign in every single time. It constantly rejects my email or password. I think I've changed the password multiple times but I still can't get in to vote. I've taken the app off and reloaded it and it still won't let me in to vote. Why change something that was working fine?

Seems like I am not the only one having problems with the app. Last year, not any problems. But it never worked this year. As soon as I try to log in, the loading icon just spins... I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and I still can not vote. I wrote a message to tech support from the app settings but I never heard back from anyone.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one having trouble. My problem is it won't even let me sign in. I tried signing in and like the others it just says loading and never stops but at the bottom of the screen when the loading screen pops up it flashes my email address and then Google Smart Lock in a little blue rectangle.

2023, so far, seems to be the best year for America's Got Talent. Some of these are the most amazing acts I have ever seen anywhere. That said, over the years I've used several different versions of the AGT apps. This one is terrible! I tried to watch information about the acts, and it didn't work. I tried to watch episodes, and it didn't work. I tried to use the button for the buzzer, and it didn't work! Very disappointed with this app!

I changed my stars from 5 to 2 because I hate that for the last three seasons when I have to update it, I can never sign in with my old account/email, and now I have to make an email just for this whice is ridiculous. I also just look at some other reviews and see that I'm not the only one having problems.

I couldn't vote on Xfinity or NBC voting sites. NOTHING WORKED!!!! I downloaded the AGT app from Google app store. Had NO problems voting. I found ev1 is there, so you can vote anytime. Good job for making it so easy for us who haven't been on a computer, let alone a cell phone. Thanx for making it easy!!!!

I finally deleted this app because it stopped working. I used to never have problems until the last update. I click on someone to vote for and it just spins. I get my email address at the bottom and it says it is trying to log in with Google smart lock but just spins.

AGT has made this application really fun and easy to use! On the show days, all of us gather together and watch it with our apps ready to vote! We have so much fun voting for all of our favorite contestants. The other great thing about the app is that if you missed the show on television, you can watch it right on the app!

Speaking from a mobile programmer perspective: This app is not programmed well. It seems it was programmed by a beginner developer and did not put much thought or effort into it. The app lacks show times, voting method is not logical, the buzzer is very basic, and all other pages lead to website. Overall this app is not central based and should be developed further.

AGT app has a problem with the notification. It notifying @ 7:50 pm. Has the wrong timezone. It should be @ 6:50 pm. CDT. Not during the middle of the show. Why doesn't NBC/AGT fix the problem? It's an awesome app if not with the problem. I would have to give it 3 stars out of 5 for the problem. 😔

Can't vote, it just spins and says loading but never loads the act on to vote. Not a reliable system for voting which makes me question authenticity. Just tried again, it is now 6am. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still can't vote. The is app is the worst. You'd think NBC could would be able. The results are fraudulent.

After all season of allowing me to vote, this app suddenly asked me to log on again which I did without effect, asking me to enter a Google code which I did time and time again. Obviously, this all is broken. I just deleted it. Very frustrating.

terrible! I put my email and email password. Just like the big mark it says my email and password are wrong when they were really right I don't get it I just gave up I'm so annoyed I really wanted to vote for my favorite singer!😢😭😟🙁 I don't know if it was just me or if other people have problems but I hope next time it will be working and it will be fixed and be easy to do.

I can't vote, why not? It wouldn't let me vote last night! This really sucks! All i could get was a circle going round and round and i guess it was froze up. This isnt fair i had people i wanted to vote for! Last year it didn't do this, no problem LAST YEAR! Again i cant vote! This is messed up, i had no problem last year, so whatever you did this year has messed it up! It keeps telling me that there is already a profile or email or password and wont take what i'm trying to put in! VERY UPSET!

I would give 5 star but... there is no where to make a comment in this AGT app.. The quick change artist was So Slow I saw every single one of the ways it happened. It was nothing left to guess about what she was doing. Simon said it was too fast! Lame Simon! Change the app let me leave this comment there on the AGT App!!! Please! Thank you for your time.

One thing to make it 5 stars. When it's time to vote and we have say 10 options to vote for. Add small clips of their act so we can remember them. Sometimes I don't get to see the episode until the next day so when it's time to vote I can't remember who Im voting on.

Disappointed, I've created a profile 3 times, and I still can't access voting. I'm very unhappy! I'm deleting this app, I can't vote at NBC either. It won't let me despite wasting time giving them my private info 3 different times.

Initially it took several tries to get it to remember me (it does now). They changed the voting to disallow amending a vote except to increase it. While voting is still open I should be able to change my votes however I see fit. Annoying.

Downloaded and tried to sign in with the profile I created a year ago for NBC but forgot password. Every time I click on "reset password" it takes me to the NBC password reset page but then an ad pops up showing several NBC shows for "download" and theres no way to go back or scroll down to the page again. I uninstalled immediately after remembering the NBC page has NEVER worked when I've tried to do anything related to AGT and it feels like a scam
