I'm grateful that they added the ability to use business checking on the app finally and they seem to have added zelle capability which is great. But they still have a long way to go. The app doesn't have an easy way to access zelle. I have to go to the email that they sent introducing Zelle and click on the button from that email to get to it via the app 😒. Also the only thing I can send is a QR code but not a link to a customer. Please fix this!

There are amazing offers. their high yield savings is no joke. layout of the app is easy to navigate. however, there's no access to customer service inside the app (i know to just google it), and there's a problem where if you to to an external page, say you wanted to get a credit card, and it'll overlay the app. after 5 minutes, the app says, "oh, you've been inactive, time to log out!" and it pulls you back to the app, making you lose all progress you had towards applying to that credit card.

2 step verification makes it so that EACH AND EVERY TIME you go to login, even though my password and biometrics are correct, the app will send me a verification code to my email. I then have to navigate my email to find the code. Then I have to go back into the app to input the code before I can use the app. Again, this is EACH AND EVERY time. Incredibly frustrating. I have reported the issue multiple times and their response is pretty much that it's just how it is. it shouldn't be this way
