The app doesn't have an option for the picker to "remove an item from the order if it's unavailable." So, they call me when I can't speak, and they don't pick my order because there are no instructions. There's no support chat in the app. Often, many items are unavailable, and I haven't received a refund for the difference for three weeks.
Please could you make it more user friendly 🙏 I always face a log out problem. The app doesn't keep you session for long, authentication token TTL is too short. I have to log in every time when I open my app. I come to the Big C shop, open my app to show my loyalty program bar code and I can't show it because the app kick me out. And I have to show my phone number or log in again in the app. It takes time and I get the side-eye from the people in the queue.
The delivery service is completely unreliable. Example: 1. Placed order at 9:45am for delivery 2-3pm the same day. 2. At 4:15pm, delivery is >1hr late w/ no update or option to cancel 3. I call customer service and they refuse to cancel my late order 4. Store calls me and says they will cancel my order 5. At 17:00 the driver calls me and says he is on the way. The store never cancelled my order, as claimed. Overall terrible experience that completely undermined the purpose of the app.
Good app, rewards coupons a little difficult to understand and use.

this app annoyingly sends notifications literally every 10 mins. all of them are advertising. there's no way to turn off the notifications. the company should respect clients' time and should allow notifications to turn off.
I'm really upset with the delivery, not because the delivery man, but the price on the apps and bill brought on delivery is different. Choose cash on delivery and it cost me almost 50% more than the bill on apps. and the customer service not helping at all. No refund, no information. I won't recommend using the online shopping. for now. It happens to my friends too, better shop at big c directly in person.
I placed an order here, and they said it would be delivered within 24 hours. It's been a week, and it still hasn't been delivered. Someone called and asked if I would pick up my order, but the option I selected was delivery. Why would they tell me to pick it up? I told them to just deliver it. Then, someone called once later, but they didn't call again and just canceled my order. What kind of grocery store is this? This is my first time ordering, and I did not like it. Bad service.
The overall experience is positive but spoiled with annoying issue. The app provides no way of tracking not delivered items expenses refund. No information, no convenient claim submission, no hints. The matter appeared to be worse with that refunding to a debet card takes up to 60 days. Even the support is not really aware of it. To solve such issues, my advice is to find the Line contact on the BigC website (at the bottom) and start typing into that chat - then the support starts answering.
So Pathetic. I order things with delivery options in the morning and it doesn't arrive until the evening. It's such an inconvenience to use since people order to get now due to their circumstances but no they don't even care to deliver. I have to call several times to get my order! very very bad experience.
The idea of the app is good but the completion is awful. I never got all ordered products but had to pay for all in advance. Neither get a credit note nor a return of the money on my account for the missing items. Now I have to run behind my money. This app should make your life more easy but it is vice versa. It causes you lots of hassle. I will not use it anymore, better buy in the shop in person and pay for what you get.
The eggs I ordered were rotten and broken. The rest of the order was soaked in cold water. The driver called me twice in 2 minutes because I didn't rush to meet him. Doesn't he understand the concept of big buildings? It takes me 2 minutes just to walk to the lift. Overall, bad products, terrible service, and rude drivers. Never again!
I deleted my previous review because the new version is way better and improvement have been made. Something extremely important, there is no way when ordering to allow customers to communicate with you to specify something to you for their order. You should give an option at the end of order to give chance to customer to tell you for example:. Milk date must be at least 1 week, or to put ice with meat or fish to keep it in good condition. This will decrease complaints and increase satisfaction
this app is useless, it takes sooo long to prepare the shopping list, then it says some of the items are not available, so you have to make alternative selections then when you do that it says some of those items are unavailable, then when I go to check out it won't let me ,it's quicker for me to go there myself, this is the worst app ever, from now on I go to Tesco their app actually works
It's extremely bad experience on Big C App!!! Always got cancel orders, if you don't have stock why don't you update the numbers of stock on your shop online. I've already got canceled orders more than 4 times on this Big C online since I started using it. Don't buy it if you are not sure whether will you get your products, or not!!!
Don't use this app, you will lose in delivery fees. Unprofessional and not handy delivery services. I ordered 3 times and only received 20% of what I ordered. The inventory is inaccurate or the employees don't know how to pick things up. Either way this app is rigid and when it is more than 5 km they will call you to cancel your order. This app is useless and full of spam promo, searchtool is bad TH/EN. Why online delivery when they are only able to deliver 20%. Such a scam.
Takes forever to progress each selection e.g. see item details, check-out steps. At last, cannot complete the order as it fails again and again. In addition, after changing destinations, no where to see which items are out of stock and have to empty the cart and add everything again. Worst online shoppping experience.
The app crashes all the time, I cannot even look at the basket. Also, for foreigners it's quite bad, translations are scarce and you cannot register. It says: go to the counter to register as foreigner, and there nobody can help you unfortunately
Utterly and completely useless for foreigners. Don't even waste you time installing the app! Most Pages are 100% Thai language, even after selecting English. If there were negative stars, I'd give 10. If the developer wants to see a shopping app that works, then they should check out Lotus's
Waited two hours for my delivery order and it's still not here. Status says it's out for delivery and that's been half an hour already, when walking to the store takes only 10 minutes. Will never use this stupid app again and will uninstall after my delivery is here, or not. I don't care.
