when it works, not the worst... but good luck if they dont or in my case, the app glitches and keeps charging you. Ill never, ever, EVER understand societies obsession with apps. My refund issue for the overcharge couldn't be dealt with on my own no matter how many times the app said to fill out a refund form below....what form?? There was not only nothing to fill in, even the dumb little AI bot stuggled to figure out I wanted my money back... crazy right? How dare I want a refund, not credits.

App lies about how much the ride will cost, keeps charging per minute while the app is bugging out and preventing you from ending the ride. Was hoping they would have fixed it by now but it's been years since this came out and it's still extremely buggy. I had to relaunch it five times, two to get the ride started and three to end it. Would have been a nightmare if I had never been able to end the ride at all, so don't think I'll start another.

other then the back tire going flat, which i completely understand is just a thing of life that will happen at some point, the whole experience was really good. once you have set up your account and payment methods you are off. parking in the right spot is important or you will not be able to end your ride. this cost $68 to be charged to my card, quick response on a refund though. I'll use again.
