This used to be a really good app. It suddenly has stopped working and won't let me access the full app even though I'm paying for it. I've reached out multiple times for support, and the only answer I get is to select "restore purchase", which leads it to say there's an error and to contact support. I'm very disappointed in what this app has turned into.

It is depressing to see a great app go downhill. I’ve used this for years, but ever since the Peloton partnership, nothing works. It won't verify my Black Friday subscription receipt, and support has completely ghosted me when I tried to resolve it. Now, the app just crashes on launch. I feel like I'm being scammed out of a subscription I paid for. Unusable

I so wanted this app to be great, but after paying for the pro version I discovered that the majority of the exercises are missing the data for voice instructions and instead say, "Coming Soon." The other downside is that many of the "daily exercises" show or tell you whether to use your nose or mouth once and then stop showing you the next time that exercise comes up in your feed or they don't show you at all. Could have been great but instead is an unfinished app that I won't be renewing.

When I first downloaded it, it was great. Sure, there were a decent amount of locked exercises that you had to pay for, but there were plenty you could do for free. Now so many more exercises are locked that the app is pretty much pointless if you aren't going to pay for it. Sure, they offer 'scholarships' but even those are pretty ridiculous, it's just an excuse they can use when someone complains about the price. I'll be deleting the app, and won't download it again.

Limited support if you sign up with Google account. You can only access the account (to manage the subscription) if you signed up with a password. I brought this issue to their help desk and have been asking to cancel my subscription for a month now. Their help desk was responsive to my request to add a password to those who signed up using Google or socials, however it's been silent for 3 other requests. The app could be useful, it just wasn't for me.

I enjoy this app for so many reasons. I ended up subscribing because I was interested in breathwork and I'm glad I did as it really has helped me change my state of mind when I'm unmotivated or stressed. I absolutely love the scientific explanations included with each exercise description. So it not only works but tells you why it works. Also, Ace also has the most calming and uplifting energy about her. Definitely my favorite coach! Give the free trial a shot if you're on fence!

I appreciate the variety of breathwork exercises. Lots to choose from! The visuals, sound, and vibrations are very helpful in completing the exercises as well. I like that I can set my time for how long I do the practice for. One thing I'd love to have within it is the ability to build my own intervals. An option to edit the timing for inhales/exhales and holds and then put them in whichever combination for intervals I want.

shoddy set up process I'm not a peleton user. tried to sign up and buy pro version. multiple times the subscription failed. eventually it seemed to work (email confirmation received), but the app itself didn't update and still pesters me to upgrade. Then, I get an email to activate my account, asking me to set a password, but I've already set a password. Not a good experience.

I bought a yearly memeberiship as I was going to be using this app alot. Instead it took my money didn't upgrade my membership and the playstore wouldn't give me a refund.on top of that the customer support from them still hasn't fixed anything in over a week im still waiting for a response. beyond a joke. Because I wanted to use the app so much I even tried buying it a 2nd time and again took my money didn't give me nothing. Veryyy expensive for a breathwork app that gives you the free version.

It's a scam! i installed this app based on past (good) reviews. Bought a subscription that never activated because of some unknown error. Then tried one more time because it shown a different price in the app. again nothing. Contacted support - no reply. I've lost 15eur and uninstalled the app.

Downloaded and upgraded to pro, payment went through, but the app just shows me an error in receipt. When I try to restore the purchase, it again shows an error. And when I try to contact support, it tells me something went wrong, try again later. What a joke!

I bought an annual sub a month ago, and the app never updated to unlock premium content for me. I tried "restoring purchase", no luck, it returns an error. I tried contacting support through the app, it ALSO returns an error. I tried contacting support through email, and have not gotten any response in about three weeks. I hate to do this publicly, but I'm currently out $49 and customer support is seemingly non-existent. Until I get a resolution I would advise against spending money on this.

I can't upload a picture but basically I've upgraded my account and paid serveral times and never got access to anything extra than a couple exercises everything remained locked it then said to restore my purchase I did even deleted the account and made a new account re-download the app and still went a head purchased and got zero access I never got a refund but got charged serval times I want to use this app so what do I do.

I am a peloton member, and that is how I access this app. I must say that I like it when it works, but unfortunately, it stopped working, and crashes immediately upon opening it (as many other reviewers say as well) customer service is way beyond bad - its as if they don't care at all... I wouldn't recommend buying this app, but do recommend becoming a peloton member - then you get it included with your peloton membership (and you won't be as mad when it stops working)

I subscribed for one month ($11.99) and expected full access, but several features remain locked. I also tried contacting support through the in-app customer support button, but it doesn’t work. I sent an email as well and haven’t heard back. This has been frustrating and disappointing.

I have been using this app for almost two years and I was charged the annual subscription for 2026, but it still locked me out. There are some I can access but I used to have full access. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back. it was a good app, not sure what happened to it. Will be looking for another. Disappointed 😞 Maybe it has something to do with their new partnership with Peloton.

This is the single worst experience I have ever had with an app ever. Paid for the annual premium version and was not able to get access to the premium features. I contacted their Support who suggested some things which did not work. when I replied that they did not work, they took several days to respond each time until eventually suggesting the same thing again, which shockingly did not work.

App looks great so I paid for a subscription with their black Friday offer. Unfortunately there is a an error saying their is an error in the receipt data. I've tried to contact support many times and not received a response or even an acknowledgement. Waste of time and money.

The app does not give access to paid content when you purchase it - and there has been no help from customer support to resolve the issue. I've also been double-charged for the paid content AND I can't access it. DO NOT pay for the Pro.

I have paid for the annual subscription however I still cannot access the locked features. I have emailed numerous times and am getting no response. Customer service seems non existent! I want my money back. Very frustrated.
