I bought the subscription for a year, expecting to see the *newspaper* and previous editions show up for my perusal. What I have instead is an impossibly complicated jumble of articles presented instead of the usual newspaper layout...and NO access to previous editions, i.e., I'd like to see this past Saturday's edition. Furthermore, this paper has changed what used to be the best comics section around, "retiring" some of the best strips out there! Why did I even bother to buy a subscription?

Log in is brutal. Have to sign in every time you want to read an article. At least before, it would let me sign in. Now it doesn't work all together and just keeps spinning at the log in page. I pay for this service so fix it or you'll be losing a subscriber this week. Should be an easy fix so not sure why it hasn't been addressed when EVERYONE is having the same issue??

I've been paying the subscription rate for months. I don't receive my Sunday paper, and each time I try to read an article, the site tries to charge me for another subscription, even after logging in. I've received no response after filing a complaint.
