This app used to be good. However, problems were introduced that continue to go unsolved. Searching is slow, and large lists of results sometimes won't load. Scrolling is painfully laggy. It'll pause every few comics for several seconds. If you select a comic to preview, and go back to the results list, it will most often reset to the top of the list, forcing you to go through the painful scrolling to get back to where you were. Honestly, what happened?

Ups and Downs - Upside, Easy search option and good description of books with quick add as single item or subscription. Downside, when creating a list of books of say, 6 books, the next day the list is down to 1 book. When searching for an item for next week's pull list it will not show the searched item. When it works it's great, when it doesn't it's frustrating.

After a lot of freezing, resetting, and other glitching, it does let you build a subscription list connected to your local store. It just doesn't let you make any adjustments. I added a 4-issue miniseries, but issues 2 and 3 showed as "Cancelled" within a couple days but without any alerts to me. So, I decided to drop issues 1 and 4. But there's no way to do that in the app.

New design slightly better. However I'm not able to see any of the books on my pull when i go to make orders. Before, I just click on a title & it would already say whether the title was already placed or on auto. It seems the only way to see things is to go to the order history and that's very inefficient to say the least. Was also told that there would be a better way to swap out regular covers for the variants and better control of your pull list. Neither are available. That's disappointing.

I really want to like this app, but after initially adding my local store, there is nothing else I can do - no other menus or tabs appear and there are no further actions possible to be taken. in fact it just stays frozen on the screen saying to wait for it to sync and cuts off at the top of the text that reads 'this should take no longer than -' I am also using the latest version, on my Galaxy S8.

Clunky. Doesn't show all available books that are available. Not a good way to look at covers. Can't cancel anything. Can't adjust order after it's submitted. I feel like I am pestering my lcs either emails to fix my orders. The search is really picky and what it returns. If you are a shop,I can't see how this would help your sales

The search feature in the app is trash and barely usable. Also reporting a bug: in the web browser if you select shipping type before selecting the delivery address or billing address, it will reset your shipping method to pick up in store. I would report this on the support page, but I am unable to submit a support request as the form is broken. It also doesn't allow for my full address, only allows 12 characters. Fix your stuff!

This app is pointless. Pre-ordering a 1st printing is the only function that works, but 2nd or 3rd printings won't order. And if I try, they get stuck in "on order" queue forever. The search bar is so finicky that I need exact spelling and format to find ANYTHING. I still have to submit orders in person. This app is devoid of convenience. It's an impediment. Customers relying on ComicHub are missing out on hot items because this app couldn't streamline air. Massive waste of ones and zeros.

Clunky, slow, not user friendly and sometimes my store doesn't get the things I add through the app which means it is easier to just order in person or via email. The most frustrating thing is you cannot order things that aren't in Previews yet so if you see something announced online or whatever you usually can't sign up right away. I love the concept of this app but the execution just isn't good enough yet.

The rebuild of this app is great. Not only does it have its original functionality back but it has been improved to better reflect the website. I can even purchase my pull order, which is a big improvement. I still would like to see the about to edit preorders that are more than two weeks out (for the shop's sake). For example, to be able to cancel orders or runs, or add additional copies of a book, would be helpful. But I can still contact my store for these things which I don't mind.

One of the most frustrating thing with the comic hub app is the carts. Wish they would label the items that my store has physically aside for me already and what's the stuff I've added to my cart that needs to be paid for so my shop would pull them for me. I don't always wanna pay for everything in my cart right away and sometimes add something and forget that it isn't one of my subbed/pulled books and confuse my LCS.

App has several unresolved bugs. When I reached out to Comic Hub support team, they do read and message back but the bugs are never resolved and then I never hear back from support. Currently, the app is not usable. The user interface could be more intuitive and less clunky. For instance, removing the search bar from each page was a poor choice. Forcing us to browse a specific way. Items in cart are not linked. Messages are still bugged.

And by the way, the Android app is seriously lacking. If you touch on profile, the app freezes up and you have to shut it down to get it to work again. And I see that all of the customer tools are not listed in the app as to when you go directly to the website from a computer. Just thought I'd share

After realizing that I haven't been getting books I ordered, I decided to check further and I haven't been getting random book as far back as 2020. 5 years of missing books that were ordered and never sent to my LCS. I really like this app, but man, you guys need to do something about that. I've missed out on books I can't get at the price I was expecting and books that aren't in print anymore. This is super disappointing. Please do something about this

Love the app but I wish there was a little icon or something to show that you previously ordered from a series before. I order a bunch of varient covers but you can't do ongoing with those so each week when I check I sometimes miss issues. Overall awesome app and I love being able to walk into my shop where my comics are just ready for me. My shop says there's a discount code for me but I can never find a place to enter it on the app.

For the most part the app does what it's supposed to do. It makes it easy to order and pick up at my nearest comic store. With updates the search bar is in the display bar for my pixel phone. I'm unable to tap the search bar at all right now. please update the app. thanks.

So now that it's updated and finally opens, the FOC orders don't work. I am unable to choose a publisher and have it filter to those results. So, if I then try to look at all books on FOC, it shows about 20 books and then ends. Fix the app.

App is broken again, Developer/s if it's not broke don't fix it, this new update is broken, when you open the app it says the app has been updated please get the latest version from the Play Store then when you click install update it takes you directly to the Play Store to install it to which then you cannot open it, it won't do anything

With Android 16, app is unusable. 16 uses the full display so now battery/wifi display over CH's top bar, making it unusable. Had to use my laptop to place comics order. CH should have been ready for 16's changes but obviously wasn't. Literally unusable app. Don't install. Update: After updating the app in an attempt to fix this, they actually made it worse. Do you not actually test the app? Laughably inept.

The app was never perfect, and often frustrating to use, but the recent update has made it almost unusable. Getting rid of the search bar and replacing it with a convoluted search system instead is silly.
