Epson iPrint

The app can be a bit cumbersome to locate and print certain images (especially for older images you have to scroll to find). It is VERY full featured, and I use it often to print photos of my kids (great quality), my work schedules, and various documents. While it is quite slow to print larger PDFs, or high resolution images, it still does it with ease from my phone. I would say that the app is quite good, overall.

I run this app on my older Galaxy S10 (and now currently my Galaxy S23) to my even older Epson XP-310, and I've never had any issues with it. It prints when it's supposed to, whether I print locally or remotely, and does so smoothly, right away. Every once in a while (and it's not often)I'll try to print and will get a notification that memory is full, but I simply go to iPrint settings, clear cache, and printing starts. This app is reliable, ad-free and has run without issue for me for years.

We love our Epson printer. We've printed so many pages w/o having to refill the ink cartridges. Using the iPrint option works wonderful. It's easy to adjust the various printing options (single/double sided, color/black & white, etc) before printing. We've encouraged many people to look into Epson for their new printer & we'd for sure buy this brand again.

This app would be awesome if it had scaling features. Every time I need to print something from the internet, it will turn a 3 pg document, for instance, into an 8 pg document. I can't even print a return label from UPS from this app, because it prints the label so large that it takes up 2/3 of a sheet of paper, making it impossible to fix to a shipping box. This has been going on for YEARS on my different Samsung phones. Nowhere in the settings can this be changed, which is very frustrating.

VASTLY IMPROVED! This app has vastly improved. I have had to buy 3 different printers and it has worked with every one of them. Huge improvement over when I first got it. I am happy I kept the app. Thank you for fixing the problems. Now if only I could zoom in or change the scale of my print and Custom print, pick pages, like on my computer then this would be perfect.

As a college student, I need to be able to print from every device that I work from (phone, computer, tablet, etc.), at any given time. I frequently need to multitask, researching different sources, from multiple devices, simultaneously. This app is easy to use, is consistent and dependable, and rarely has any issues with connectivity, etc. The only reason I am rating it 4/5 is due to the very occasional times that require a forced reset, but honestly can't imagine not having this app. Thanks!

I haven't had the chance to spend to much time using it, which in itself speaks to how user friendly it is. I'm impressed with how simple it was compared to any other printing app I've used for other brand printers. Straight forward, I was able to set up my printer and have the forms I needed printed off within a matter of 15 minutes. I was honestly expecting to spend way longer trying to get everything dialed in before I could use it!! Definitely happy with my experience thus far.

The app used to work perfectly before the update. Now none of my devices are recognized and I keep getting code 45. 2 years later...It worked intermittently, and now it won't connect to the network despite many resets. This is so frustrating! The device and drivers are up to date but won't print no matter which device I use. Please fix and send out an update.

This is a very convenient app to print things from my phone. Especially if I don't want to load and wait for my PC to boot up. However, I have two quibbles about this app. 1. I cannot choose print quality (i.e. draft, standard, high). It will always print to high quality which wastes a bunch of my ink. 2. I cannot select which tray I want to print from. It always defaults to my rear tray instead of the two front trays.

It functions properly but is not very user friendly. I bought my ecotank printer in part to print some of my kids drawings (that I scan in), and this app lacks a scale to page option, so everything gets auto cropped. Easy enough to use a separate app to edit the images, but given this is part of what is needed to print properly, it feels like a miss. Otherwise it seems to work as expected.

A lot of the functions work really well. Connecting to Wi-Fi scanning right to my phone I think is excellent. I do think it uses far too much ink and then the cost to replace that ink is somewhat excessive for the copies you get out of a cartridge. Needing all the colors to print even though you're only printing in black and white is a little frustrating as well. Four stars

Great except the inability to just type in pages needed. Makes printing parts of large books such a pain. Also the double sided print is in different directions. Makes no sense and can't be used really. The ink is the plus. Also prints in a way that you have to manually put the book in proper order. The entire process drags out a book printing. If those items could be fixed like other print apps would be the best printer out there for the price!

The app is easy to use, both printing and scanning. The app is one of the share options, so you don't have to download most of documents from email etc. to print them. There sometimes seem to be problems with file format, I don't remember which format is the one that refuses to print, but I mean converting formats isn't that big of a deal anyway. I prefer using the phone app instead of PC app.

So far it works but has a limited interface and is a little hard to find options. Have now used it on two different phones. Once it is set up, in theory you won't have to go through the whole password setup routine. It took my phone (or the printer) two tries to print some photos... Constantly have to re-do setup. Interrupts not only bluetooth, but text and internet. So license agreement can't be updated. Duh The more I use this the worse it gets.

Works well. Allows lots of modifications, but is a little hard to figure out at first. I had to use IP address to set it up because it couldn't find my printer that is hard lined and wifi connected to my router. I do not like how I have to wait for it to finish printing though. It should be a notification. Not 30 seconds of watching a load bar.

Love using it with my printer over wifi! It's so easy and I'm glad I don't have to use cords or be a tech wiz. Besides print, I change change from color to B&W and even resize it, so it'll fit in my bullet journal, all right from the app! Only button I touch on my actual printer is the power button! This has been a game changer and a life saver.

I must say, I'm partial to Epson products already! Then this; this genius, slice of paradise, make life easy as pie app appears! Very user friendly! From the app I can get all of my printing done; pictures, documents, screen shots, you name it! I ❤️that I can print on the go, even from 100 miles away! I can adjust print settings, scan documents, & not have to be near it! Let's not forget the set-up is super simple! Thanks to the ease & convenience this app provides, no need to touch my laptop!

If you have an epson printer, you need this app for your phone! Prints faster and easier than any other service (from android to epson, in my experience). One and only downside so far is that I cannot get the app to make the printer print double sided pages. It says it is, and flips the page, but just spits it out blank.

Make any home into an office. Now that so much is online or electronic, I can download receipts, statements, tax documents and pictures. I can print my own greeting cards and invitations or pictures and screenshots from social media. This app allows you to preview your item before you print so you don't waste money. I have ordered online pictures and then they finally arrive and they're cropped wrong and blurry. No more wasting time and money.

Overall an excellent app with just the right amount of controls to keep it simple. My only criticism is that it sometimes doesn't stay open long enough to complete the printing and so the last inch fades out on the print or it just stops altogether - in that case I have to shut the printer off to release the photo or print job.
