It's an absolute nightmare trying to change choices. The app will not let you save when you try to remove a phone number, I had to delete my entire account and start over. There should be a simple DELETE button for each choice. It's baffling to me that it's practically impossible to remove a contact option even on the full website. The feed and locals don't seem to function. The notifications do work properly once you get through setup but Everbridge needs to do better, this is unacceptable.

I reinstalled the app but apparently forgot my password and could not retrieve it. Currently unable to access the app without logging in as a new member. It no longer works. This used to be an ok app and worked correctly and I would get alerts. Now when I get one and try to read it the app freezes and closes so I never get to see the alerts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and that didnt fix it either. I tried contacting support and sending in reports multiple times, but have heard nothing back.
