It's an absolute nightmare trying to change choices. The app will not let you save when you try to remove a phone number, I had to delete my entire account and start over. There should be a simple DELETE button for each choice. It's baffling to me that it's practically impossible to remove a contact option even on the full website. The feed and locals don't seem to function. The notifications do work properly once you get through setup but Everbridge needs to do better, this is unacceptable.

I was inundated with notifications that were not emergency. I could not find any place to change the types of notifications I wanted. I was told I could, but couldn't find where. I reinstalled the app but apparently forgot my password and could not retrieve it. Currently unable to access the app without logging in as a new member. Oh well, never did anything but annoy me anyway. With only a 2.8 rating you would think the developers could simplify and make the app user friendly. But apparently th

It no longer works. This used to be an ok app and worked correctly and I would get alerts. Now when I get one and try to read it the app freezes and closes so I never get to see the alerts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and that didnt fix it either. I tried contacting support and sending in reports multiple times, but have heard nothing back.

Had to delete my account. My subscription notifications choices weren't being honored. I unselected all refinery notifications and all types of calls. I selected texts and emails only. I still received calls. And calls about the refinery. I don't want to know when Corpus Christi's refineries are spewing out extra pollution that day. Which is 4 or 5 times a week. So, no more reverse alerts for me. They are just not worth the hassle.

Emailed them over a week ago about my app crashing. It has not worked in about two weeks. It tells me that the app crashed and will not open anything. Please help.- update- they were extremely patient and walked me through uninstalling and reinstalling the app and making sure everything was correct before ending the call. Thanks for all your help Bobby!

We had a storm go through last night and I've been getting hail alerts all night and still this morning even though there are no storms in the area. Besides an alert, I get an email notification a few minutes later so it seems my phone has been going off all night long, keeping me awake. I want to keep this app for emergency notifications but not if it's going to keep me from getting any sleep.

It stopped working and insisted my account didn't exist even though I've been signed up for years. When I tried to sign up again it said the username was taken. When I finally succeeded it no longer works well enough to continue to use. It gives me alerts from all over my state despite me repeatedly checking that my settings say for just my town. The UI is terrible, and the new app they're pushing doesn't work either (login/verify/login loop).

App and website don't integrate. Website wouldn't let me sign up with email because it said I already have an acct w phone # but the app only has email login but you can input phone # which then registers you for alerts to area code but I don't live there anymore. Switched to website bcuz app registration form doesn't allow copy paste. Fought w/ website registration for 30 min, finally signed up for alerts, but I can't see them in this app. Bafflingly bad.

I hate that our county changed to this alert system. It's not user friendly, the app is confusing, and I can't determine if I will get emergency alerts as we enter wildfire season. You can only hope setting it up on your computer will actually send you alerts. Do not recommend this app.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Appreciate timely & accurate warnings. Very useful. Lots of control over kinds of notifications, locations, quiet times, etc. ...App is great idea when you live in a place like VT. UPDATE DEC 2024: something has gone wonky with this app. Tried to set up on new phone but no luck. Also now not giving alerts on computer and realized I hadn't been getting them for some time. Confused and disappointed. Was great app but seems something went wonky.

An excellent app if you are receiving notifications sent out via Everbridge. It quickly moved to the top of my list. A newer update has changed the way you connect the app with your account. It could use a bit more clarity. If you aren't able to find the organization you are looking for, contact the organization. An org admin or account admin needs to add the search keywords to their account settings (settings->Everbridge Mobile app->Search Terms). Without the search terms filled in it will not be able to show up. Also, the organization will need to add the zip code or organization name as one of their search terms or it won't be searchable by them.

the worst public safety app in the world. No way to customize alert categories at all. My county switched to this system and it's archaic. The app is terrible, tracks you constantly, and is altogether a waste of time and effort on anyone's part. It fails to function and overall should just be shut down. If you're thinking of going with them for your county or institution, just don't.

Suddenly stopped working, stating "...the app is not available or might have been taken down." I received an alert 2 days ago, and the app is open. We are in the middle of a storm here in Tampa Bay and Alerts ⚠️ aren't working; this is not good!

This app is a mess and cannot be relied on for public safety and health alerts. Since that failure happens on the very thing the app was written for, it's better to find another app. This app (April 10, 2020) fails to authenticate correctly, even to the point that a correctly-entered SMS verification is rejected. When attempting to add subscriptions for notifications, login fails as though I were signing up, and signing up fails as though I'd used the wrong password.

This app works, but needs improvements. Firstly: --On the Covid screening page, a final review and confirmation is needed before your 5 answers can be submitted. This is necessary since, if you make an error and select 'yes' instead of 'no', there is no way to change /correct that and you automatically get a red token which will bar you from entering your campus or institution pending medical clearance (negative covid test result) - Also, separation is needed between 'yes' and 'no' tabs.

Don't bother! You'll be better off using the website instead of this thing. I wasted my time downloading this because there isn't a way to log in and all you see is a stupid map with a location pin. The only notification option you have is for covid and nothing else. Pretty big app (50+MB) for very little information.

This is the most useless app I have ever encountered. In the same day I had to drive through a flooded area that there was no warning through the system about flooding as well as a tornado that passed less than a mile from where I was located, Also with no warning. If a tornado passing near you is not important enough for this app to learn about then I'm not sure what it's actually supposed to learn about, maybe a volcano explosion?

App won't download for I and my coworkers. I have emailed you on, and you don't get back to me. I get an email that your engineers will figure this out. You even told my college that user error about something else on something so small that other apps can do. This company has no accountability. You know on a app you can enter info and click next for answer another question. Then go back to it and changed that info, and finally submit it. Your app can't do that, so you blamed it on user error.

Garbage. I was directed to download the app. I downloaded it without a problem. Opened it up, found my organization, logged in with my credentials, It got past login screen and sent me a notification to approve, which I did, And then it sent me to a dark screen that said "Invalid Account." I tried multiple ways of authentication, all resulted in the same :( What the hell is the point of this, If it recognizes a login through an official account but sends you to an invalid account page..

I'm subscribed to 7 alert feeds, and yet they're nothing on my feed page on the app, and when I try to link my phone number to get text alerts, when I enter the code it tells me I have no subscriptions, and yet I go back to the app main page and I'm still listed as "subscribed" to those 7 feeds. Typical KC dysfunction.
