Today I tried booking a car. The price was $22.10 and I clicked to look for driver. During the booking process, the app went offline. When it restarted I tried booking again and the app pops an error message saying I cannot book multiple times, with no indication that the initial booking went through. I then booked car through Grab, which was cheaper by 5. When I went down 2 cars arrived. I honoured the Gojek ride and paid other driver $4 cancellation. This app is unstable and unreliable.
I appriciate the app, it's good. But I have a complain, it's the fact that we (customers) cannot see the reason as to why our orders are cancelled. I'm fine if the driver or resto might want to cancel, but at least give concrete and fair reason. If not, then there is no accountability and I cannot be sure at all if my order will be ever delivered or not. Like I've waited for 20 minutes but then it says that the order is cancelled. It's pretty unfair for the customer.
You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.
I love using GoCar as their drivers are respectful and usually on-time. However, there are several things I want to note on my experience: 1. With the Even-Odd exception in several area in Jakarta, I wish that when drivers decide to take my order their license plate can match to minimize the time required for the route. There have been too many drivers accepting my request although their license plate do not match. 2. I can't put more than one stop to drop my friends on my trips.
Used to like GoJek because it provided me a better alternative to Grab in terms of pricing. These days the two apps are basically the same. The lower rating is for their annoying ads in games where they will force you to open the app when you try to close the ad. Like bro, I'm playing a game before I sleep at 2am. You expect me to book a ride go where when you open the app? Honestly considered just deleting the app because of this.
I can't contact with HUMAN to make sure my ordered was not cancel. Can't contact the resto or the driver. Wasting my time wondering what if I get cancel after waiting like 1 hour? Do something. We are the customers. What's the point of having gofood if there is no guarantee that my food will arrive? Better I go to the resto by myself than using your apps. Even when talking with the help support doesn't help at all because they don't resolve your problem.
Gojek apps has downgrade tremendously, especially on gocar feature. The driver oftenly choosen with unreasonable distance to pickup location. After the driver pick the order, the car doesn't move for at least 10 mins. When we cancel due to app/algorithm error, the price will rise 200%. I have to wait for 40 min just to get the right car and the driver doesn't know how to read map. End up with another cancelation. This is ridiculous, and not happening one or twice. Please improve your algorithm.
This app is very good for the payments and for ordering food. But their Gocar facility is very bad. When I book it, they show the driver is coming in 3 minutes but the driver doesn't move on the navigation. And if I text the driver never replies. This is not happening for the very first time. I have experienced it several times. Then I have to book a Grab Car and they always come immediately. I am never gonna use this GoCar option again. The rest of this all is fine.🙏
the system of ordering something in this app is a little bit odd especially gofood. because what do you mean I have to wait for the driver and wait for the food to be cooked wich usually takes more than one hour in my case. and the app just cancelled my order by itself when it can't find a driver is annoying. what if someone is really starving and needed the food fast. it's a waste of time and I'm still hungry nevertheless so yeah 1 star is appropriate in my opinion
I've been using this app foe long long time but these day everytime I order Gosend or Gofood, I always get notification "seems like your connection is offline". I though it was my connection but my internet data is fine, then your loading time is more than 1 minute so it takes really long time... that's why I need to refresh again.
Still better than Grab in terms of features and all-in-one. However, in the past year, I've noticed the quality of drivers has declined sharply. I've switched to Grab entirely for cars and bikes due to a fourth or so of drivers being some mix of rude, too fat for me to fit, cancelling often, or just bad drivers. Grab has very rarely given me this issue.
Too in-your-face in promoting their paylater and installments finance product. Too many graphics shown as soon as I open the app. Please let me disable the animated people from gofood's ongoing order page. It's a battery drain and it just tells me you got your priorities mixed up in making the app as smooth as possible. Scrolling down the gofood restaurant list is janky. If I scroll and the list hits a loading indicator, the list somehow thinks my thumb swipe is a click. I don't want to see it.
not good at location pinpointing for pick up. Twice in a row i put my pick up location but the drivers went to another block and waited there. it was within the vicinity so the waiting started there. i cancelled the trips but they incurred me waiting fees. huh??
very stressful cancellation with so many options to choose the reason for cancellation, in fonts too small to read. should process the cancellation first n ask for the reason later. app keeps jumping the gun to make booking automatically without asking user for confirmation. app irresponsive when I try to stop it from automatically making booking. terrible experience.
Edit: It's not because of app version. I've always updated my apps to the latest version. It's only Gojek that has connection issues while other apps can access my data just fine. Fix your app, it's bloated as hell. | Original: Can't even login! It's such a shame how far Gojek has fallen after the acquisition.
Watch out when ordering food, you can't cancel orders if you accidentally pressed the order button. Order is ready at a price but when you try to tap order then it changes prices. Ongkos yang tidak konsisten. Driver minta cancel, saya cancel, harga langsung naik dua kali lipat.
Please remove or give me options to turn off the automatic pin point location. THAT IS NOT AN INNOVATION BUT STUPID. I had to walk again and again to different locations for the sudden change everytime after I clicked order. Why are you guys so stupid. 🙄 What's the use of a driver to be able to rate the customers? The thing is both drivers and customers have to give each other 5 stars, if less than that, it would be hard for both in the future. This is stupid.
i was all about supporting local products but you guys seriously pissed me off. might be one of the worse system ever, awful and uncomfortable visualisation of map, pricing is way too expensive than it should be, and lack of discipline from the drivers by purposely taking too long to arrive when customer is in rush and sometimes ask us to cancel instead of not taking order at all. such a disappointment, i'm truly glad that i move on and change app.
Driver always cancel the trip without any reason!!! Especially Gocar!! that's very annoying!! I ordered GoMart. The items were shown as available in the app, but it turned out the store’s information was empty. I deliberately ordered exactly 30k to get free delivery. Because the item was actually out of stock, I ended up being charged for delivery. Gojek sucks!!!
I used to really loooove this app! Been relying a lot on this app for gofood. I even subscribe to goplus to be able to enjoy better benefits. But lately it frustrates and angers me every time I order gofood because : 1. the minimum spend that keeps on getting higher , 2. I noticed that drivers always cancel my orders when I get a delivery discount or use vouchers, fix this!!! in this area there are always plenty of gojek drivers around, how come not 1 available to pick up my gofood order?!
