I am experiencing an issue with the User Acquisition data in Play Console. The data is only showing statistics up to February 13, while today is February 22. It has not updated for many days. This is very disappointing because developers rely on accurate and timely analytics to track installs, evaluate campaigns, and make decisions. Currently, there is a mismatch between dashboard install numbers and acquisition data. Expected: Data should update daily. Actual: Data is stuck on February 13.
KPIs are out of sync ( for some there is one end date and for others another) + the data is missing for some KPIs for more than a week... 1-2 days missing data would be manageable but not a week or more! And having different end dates for each report makes the reports useless... It is a mess!
terrible experience, im a young developer in Africa/Zambia. I paid for a developer account yet I cant even utilize its services. account verification keeps getting denied. there's no way to contact Google. no help team. they dont respond to emails. if you're a developer and you see this id advise you not to pay for the account as it very difficult to very almost impossible to verify the account once you've paid for it
was better in the older version. now updated and key features were removed. (or hard to find, not user-friendly). Can't even see the total revenue or installs of particular date range.
Sometimes making security excessively strict can also create unnecessary difficulties. My experience with Google Play over the past three days has not been pleasant. As a developer who has already paid the registration fee, facing so many hurdles just to publish a simple static app feels quite frustrating. While security is important, the process could be more streamlined and developer-friendly.
1) The web version has "Order Management" tab that allows us to easily see purchases for all the apps on one screen. Would be good to have that on the app version too. It doesn't need to be an "Order Management", but simple just an "All Earnings" tab, so you don't need to go into each app individually. 2) Would be good if I could save the metric used to display the KPIs. E.G. I would like to see User Acquisition with countries as well, as a default on the main screen of each app.
I like that you can customize the KPI dashboard now. However, all the statistics are useless. There is no way to view any cumulatives, only "daily/monthly averages". These numbers are completely irrelevant to get a good grasp on app/earning performance over a longer period of time. The old version was much more insightful in that regard. Please bring back total/cumulative statistics...
very unuseful app. i can see my apps. but i cannot install directly from play console. i can just see all releases and internal testing versions. it should have a button to install any specific version i want. but now there's not
Love the hardware protection logic. It doesn't conflict with my mouse, and the auto-stop at 5% battery is genius. This is the only jiggler app you’ll ever need
"An error occured while loading your data" this is what i get after sign in and i am not able to do anything to fix this. I tried cleaning up the data, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing fixed it. Important note: App used to work perfectly, but suddenly it stopped working due to the error i just mentioned. I will change my review if the issue gets fixed.
Google make us developers jump though many hoops to meet ridiculous automated (and dumb) quality standards. So, they better meet these standards themselves, right? wrong. poor UI. frequent non-descript errors. limited functionality.
The graphs include days without points or with zero value, which hampers the clarity of the plot and the accuracy of the analysis. Please fix it.
Really helpful, but as part of the KPIs, developers should be able to know how many subscribers are currently active for each plans. This feature is available in the website but not in the app
hello I'm Michael from Nigeria please I did a mistake during the registration process but after making a payment of $25 for the registration fee and I want to verify my account so there was an issue so I created another one which I have verified already so I need a refund for the first $25 registration fee thank you
hi Google for the regular play store it would be nice if we could have a dock on our phones to put the app we can't locate on our home screen just temporarily (like more than one at a time) so we can put it back in the place we knew where it was before. I'm pretty sure my stalker who is great at hacking android phones has been deleting apps (not from phone) just home screen. this phone doesn't have the slide up app list I don't think nor do my other doogee phones. it's global version right plug
Useful tool but has become very untrustworthy. Total app installs vary almost by a factor of 10 from day to day.. 🤷♂️😒
They terminate accounts without warning or clear reason. On personal accounts no tries are given, only on professional accounts so better to allow only one type, not both. At least a warning or chance to fix policy issues should be given before permanent ban.The review process also takes far too long, which makes things even worse. Developers invest their time, money, and effort, and suddenly losing everything without clarity or second chance feels extremely disappointing.
I thought the Play Console app was a command line app for some reason since I first saw it in 2018.
some KPI's show for today, some for a couple days ago and some others for over 10 days ago, completely random, and it keeps changing every few days. sometimes they are all a couple days old until a few days later they are out by almost two weeks. the data is incomparable and therefore useless! Can't believe that a company like google puts an app like this on the play store! The app has been bad for years... feels like it is an unsupervised google intern project where everyone can have a try!
simple ui and easy to nav to critical information available in a few clicks. good to monitor my app status.
