My Jamba Rewards has been refreshed to provide a better rewards and app experience for customers. The new version is designed to be easier to use, easier to earn, and easier to enjoy. Additionally, customers can now have their Jamba treats delivered to them. The app offers features such as ordering ahead and paying with a phone, saving favorites, and exclusive insider fun. To use the app, customers must sign up for My Jamba Rewards. They will receive $3 off their first order and can select their preferred Jamba location. Customers can browse the menu and create their order, or use a previous order. Once they have selected their items, they can choose a pickup time, pay in advance, and save payment information for future orders. Customers can then head straight to the regular pick up location in the store and Skip the Line®. For any questions regarding orders, customers can contact Jamba through their contact us page. It is important to note that continued use of GPS running in the background can significantly decrease battery life. Overall, the new My Jamba Rewards app offers a more convenient and enjoyable experience for customers. With features such as delivery, ordering ahead, and saving favorites, customers can easily make the most of their Whirl'd.

It's been over a month since I gave feedback within the app about the horrendous performance. Today I placed an order at my usual location, or so I thought I did. I look back and the payment screen is still loading. Since I pressed placed order, finished getting ready, walked out and drove to the shop, only to find out they didn't have an order for me. I checked the app again and it was still trying to process after I submitted my order. Windows 95 runs faster than this heap.

Ever since they re did their app, the rewards are practically useless in comparison to so many other reward apps. A lot of their deals are just spent 10 bucks, and you get 2 dollars off if you happen to come back in 3 days or expire. Or buy 2 smoothies for about 20 bucks, and we will take off 2 bucks. Honestly, you're better off just spending money elsewhere for cheaper, but if you like spending 125 bucks for a free smoothie, it's the app for you. Update 01/08/25 : The Rewards don't work

This is the worst mobile-ordering app I've ever used. So buggy and slow. Everything you tap on takes 30 seconds to load to the next page. I started trying to put my order in at 6:50, it took so long to load my payment method (10 minutes) that it said I couldn't use my reward for the $5 smoothie that ends at 7. If I hit enter at 6:50 it should still go through. Ridiculous. Guess they're not getting my business.
