It's been over a month since I gave feedback within the app about the horrendous performance. Today I placed an order at my usual location, or so I thought I did. I look back and the payment screen is still loading. Since I pressed placed order, finished getting ready, walked out and drove to the shop, only to find out they didn't have an order for me. I checked the app again and it was still trying to process after I submitted my order. Windows 95 runs faster than this heap.

Ever since they re did their app, the rewards are practically useless in comparison to so many other reward apps. A lot of their deals are just spent 10 bucks, and you get 2 dollars off if you happen to come back in 3 days or expire. Or buy 2 smoothies for about 20 bucks, and we will take off 2 bucks. Honestly, you're better off just spending money elsewhere for cheaper, but if you like spending 125 bucks for a free smoothie, it's the app for you. Update 01/08/25 : The Rewards don't work

This is the worst mobile-ordering app I've ever used. So buggy and slow. Everything you tap on takes 30 seconds to load to the next page. I started trying to put my order in at 6:50, it took so long to load my payment method (10 minutes) that it said I couldn't use my reward for the $5 smoothie that ends at 7. If I hit enter at 6:50 it should still go through. Ridiculous. Guess they're not getting my business.

I just timed this. I have a favorite smoothie that I order from the same Jamba a few times a week. Because of its latency and the number of clicks it takes to order one smoothie, it was nearly 2 minutes for me to place the order. I can order the ingredients on Amazon faster. Save a credit card number and then you'll get 5 stars.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Randomly get logged out. Sooooo slow when trying to navigate. Plus not the most intuitive to navigate with extra taps required. Truly makes it difficult to use for the purpose of ordering. And to add further insult to injury, after enduring all the inconveniences of placing an order, Jamba charges a "convenience" fee for ordering through it!

id like to claim this app is a scam offers never work and I receive push notifications for deals that are nowhere to be seen in app. I'm trying to use a $1 mozz bits offer with purchase of a large smoothie. but the price doesn't go down. when I look at the terms it doesn't say "mozz bites" it says "egg bake" an item that's not on the menu. this is just the most recent example, any time I have tried an offer the past year I haven't been able to use it

this app is slow, unresponsive, crashes. it also charges you a 3% fee on any purchases. I've had it unable to "reuse previous order" with the explanation that the store cannot provide a straw??? It won't let you edit the previous order to fix that issue, it just won't let you continue. I went to the store and they had straws. buggy, avoid

Updated review: This app is now somehow much slower and won't even let you add cards to order. Useless app. Original review (11/21/21) : One of the most frustrating food apps out there. Half the time it says stores are already closed when trying to order ahead, you can't order anything after noon or it says the store is close to closing and you also can't order during "busy hours."

This app constantly needs to be updated and is usually janky AF. Seems like every time I open it it needs an update. Sometimes it works fine but other times there's long loading screens and errors when I try to look at menu items (just now it kept giving me an error and reloading when I would click on the bites section of the menu). More often than not it's some degree of hassle. edit 10/20/15: I hate this app. Rarely works. Keeps giving me errors. Terrible.

Ever since the big update this app has been all but worthless to me and others I know. You still cannot choose the location you're ordering from (for deliveries), menu items that I know are available at the store do not show in the app, and when entering my address, it forces me to use a street in my address that isn't right lol. I cannot get it to use the right address. In short, this app is now even worse?! 😡

This app is great when it works. *When* it works. I've frequently had issues getting it to load correctly, signing into my account, and getting it to remember things within the account (like favorite orders). After the last update, when I try to login it insists I update my information and input information that I know it already had. When I submit the information it tells me it has an error and to try again later. So the app is unusable for me right now.

Every time I've tried to use the app lately, it doesn't work!! I go to checkout, it spins & nothing happens. I've changed cards on my account, still doesn't work! I've entered a new card, still doesn't work!! SO IRRITATING!! You app has cost you several orders that couldn't be fulfilled because I just gave up in frustration!!😡

The app won't let me log in no matter how many times I change my password. When I use the website on my computer or phone, I can log in, but not on this app. edit: 9/18/25 the app is still NOT working. it logs me out every couple weeks and makes me reset my password numerous times. it states my password is incorrect when in fact it is not. this is frustrating that it is not being fixed.

app is super slow. it works, but it takes time to move from selection to selection. it's almost faster for me to drive down and place the order in person. oh, and they charge a 3% fee to use the app as well. It's a huge no to using the app for me. Especially since I can use the deals in person. I won't be charged more for a splurge purchase every now and then. I'll go in person or I'll go without.

It's probably the worst version of this app. I can change my delivery and pick up location. All the drinks at the location I order from are not updated on the app, but when I walk in the store, what I want is on the menu board. This is irritating because I am trying to pick up and go. That's the purpose of ordering ahead of time. Another thing is that I am clicking on an item, and it keeps taking me back to the previous page. I close the app and relaunch and it still does it. BIG GLITCHES.

Unable to log into app with my account. Keeps stating to connect to wifi even though I am. Website not any better. After adding items to cart, I cannot checkout. There is no button. App/site poorly developed. I work with better developers who do better work then this. At least they would have tested on all browsers, platforms, and most combinations of security software installed on mobile devices. Got excellent service from the local store @ Lemon Grove, CA. They worked very hard to help us.

3% "convenience fee" Is absolutely ridiculous, especially since most food chains don't charge that. It's especially atrocious because the app is so unstable. For example I just put in an order with two items, it only charged me for one and the receipt at the other end still said "one of two" And I had to put in another order. Terrible fee, terrible app.

What? They STILL haven't fixed the problem that makes it practically impossible to log into this app?! I use a password manager, so my password is a long string of random characters, that I'd have to continuously switch between apps to enter manually. I tell cashiers my phone number to get the points, but it means I can't order ahead, so I mostly get smoothies elsewhere now. Password managers are common and no other app is frustrating like this, so I guess their devs are clueless. Uninstalling.

The old app was great... The update sucks. It's slow as hell, all of my saved favorites are gone?! There is now a service fee for pickup?! I get there being a fee for delivery but I'm picking it up myself... And the Jamba I was ordering at has a drive thru, and there is an option for drive thru but when I tried to select Drive-thru it says it's not available?!? (Also curbside was not available either!?) I much preferred the Old User Interface.

Whatever they did with this new update really messed up the app. You have to sign in everything you want to use the app, which is fine. But, the app doesn't retain your password and then when I go to reset the password and then go back to the app,after getting the page stating my password is reset and I can login, I still can't login! Now all my points and rewards are gone because I can't use the app. I guess their idea of making an app more secure is making sure no one can use it!
