terrible experience, waited 10 minutes only to discover it never started because I thought the animation was it working. didn't know i needed credits so I bought some. clicked start, no message or change in screen, nothing happened for 5 minutes so click again, nothing changed. clicked again and nothing still. I got frustrated and gave up. as soon as I locked my phone screen I got notifications it was done. so it wasted my 100 credits and only one of them looked decent. I cannot recommend.

I was able to make like three videos, but now it says I have to subscribe, even though I still have 91 free credits and the video generation option is supposed to cost 35 credits. And not daily refreshers from what I can tell. And it was supposed to give me credits for uploading my video but it never gave me any. Of the three videos I made, two where pretty good for showing dynamic action scenes, so it does have that going for it. For that, it gets three stars.

5 ⭐ for the photo or text to video aspect. 1 ⭐ because it's too expensive for casual use. I think it was $20 for 660 credits. I did one picture with some text description, it cost me 20 credits. The result wasn't what I'd really like, so you have to do reiterative productions over and over. You could easily spend a hundred credits just on a one photo item. do three or four photos at a time, pay more credits. like 35 or 40 and up. not worth it.

if you can't afford to pay for the subscription, good luck. 2 to 3 hour waits for a 5 second clip. I bought extra credits because the average wait times were small, now they are all over an hour sometimes 2 and 3 hours. Video quality, when they finally do get through is decent enough, but there is no guarantee that the "fast track" offered by the subscription will be less than an hour at this point. I've been trying other apps and have found several that have far less wait times with good result

You guys were perfect. before I was just using the browser version and everything was perfect. since you forced everyone to use the app my clips have been awful. it's not animating the picture!!! it's creating it's own video using elements. it's an awful idea. Elements is not working right. not following prompts and wasting my money. fix it please!

This should be the nail in their coffin. They lock you into a membership that auto withdraws. If you have credits but no membership, then you can't use the credits up. The free credits to get you hooked , give you good results, but once I committed to a membership the problems started. very long processing and no motion, despite telling it to add movement. If you report it, it neither gets addressed nor credited. It's a shame , because it did work well for a few pictures.

it was perfect before I subscribed to membership. once I subscribed, non of my prompts worked. I tweaked the same videos several times wasting my points, and the image to video did not move my images of change them to video. it did absolutely nothing. I added an extra $10 after paying for membership because I thought it was me. but no matter what I've done, nothing worked. in total I wasted $30 on this app. I will likey money back!

The app is an absolute favourite of mine when it comes to AI. The video quality and results are amazing, and I just love Kling AI. However, when I’m trying to generate a video, it keeps saying that the free queue is busy and it suggests the premium plans. I keep waiting but the free queue is always busy, please fix it. Otherwise, it is an amazing app, probably one of the best AI generators out there. Thank you.

Unfortunately didn't work out for me. Other users videos and pictures in the app were very interesting and cool to look at. I prompted it to give me cute aliens and got grotesque, creepy looking aliens. Didn't want that video, just deleted it. I did image to video and it did not do anything I asked, and the eyes looked like they were melting. By the 3rd try, app wants $11 per month for 660 credits. Which is reasonable, if it generates good content. But didn't for me. Gave up and uninstalled.

I tried the Ultra subscription! Honestly! I will not renew my subscription and I do not recommend anyone to subscribe. The system of losing credit every month doesn't suit anyone. I pay money for specific services and add-ons plus a certain number of credits. If those services and add-ons stop upon subscription expiration, that's acceptable. But stealing purchased credit is unacceptable. Many other platforms offer similar deals, but they don't steal our money.

Seems great at first but quickly declines in quality. It is extremely inconsistent with what it produces. it charges a lot for the little it gives. Sometimes you will get a great scene of little information, and sometimes with the most clear and simple instructions it will ignore you and do the opposite. It kept adding/including guns in a scene with no guns. I rewrote "No guns." in so many different ways and wasted all my credits. The only blessing is that it has two photo options.

I consider one of the best ai apps out there, but how can I generate images if it just DOESN'T LET ME? It's frustrating, EVERY DAMN TIME I try to generate something is says the "queue for the free plan is full", and it's not sometimes, it's EVERY TIME!!! I have credits and I just want to generate a single image but I try it in the morning,in the afternoon and at night but it simply doesn't let me do it. At least you could solve this instead of forcing everyone to pay.

IMPORTANT... Make sure you understand there credit system it's not a 100% accumulative system as the credits have a use by date. It sucks especially when you have paid for them. They sell you a product then come rob you of the product you purchased so you have to buy more product. It's a racket I tell you. So if you don't mind being robbed it's a great app 😲 😲 In all fairness if this wasn't an issue l would give them a four star⭐rating or more.

good point s. it has different payment options, you pay £10 per month which is great value. alot of great styles. negative point is results of text to image aren't accurate compared to Grok. video generation uses up alot of credit and results aren't always that great. l haven't used all features but worth a download.

The app is very buggy and horrible to use. It's glitchy, and it will try to get you to pay by constantly saying the queue for free version is busy when it's not (I tried at different times of day). I tried 3 times and each time gave me horrible edits. Not worth the time or download AT ALL.

It's a good image and video generating app, and have purchased credits too However, I have encountered an issue that is quite annoying, upon downloading video or image, the screen loads with a green running light, and it says 'Downloaded to the Local Photo Album's but when I check my phone's gallery and file manager, the images or videos are no where to be found Please fix this, what is the point of generating content when one is unable to use or download...

They are not Removing my Credit Card from their payment system Stripe since more tham 30 days! I asked them many times to stop card payment attempts, my subscription was already cancelled in kling website. But they are still trying to eat money from my card. Useless Support who doesn't even read or understand a basic issue. Remove card should not be that hard from a big site like kling! Just remove my card entirely from your system, its my right to remove my card from a site that I do not use!

Extremely frustrated with this tool. Every time I try to use it, I get the same "Free plan queue is busy" pop-up. It’s impossible to get any work done when you're constantly pushed to "Buy Plan." If the free tier doesn't actually work, don't offer it. Terrible user experience.

When I first started using Ai Motion Control it was excellent & videos usable but for the last few weeks none of the videos are usable and I reported feedback but no credits returned nor is there a way to regenerate to get usable videos that's money thrown away for no item 🤨 I even contacted support but no credits returned if our credits are taken we should have a usable video or at least let us recreate until we get one that is usable

Very bad experience with the Kling app. They charged me two times for one AI video. Payment was deducted twice, but it was only one video. There is no clear information about the charges before payment. This feels unfair and misleading. I am very disappointed. Please be careful before making payment.
